I called Philly Wireless and someone answered the phone immediately and was very professional and courteous to me during the call and answered all of the questions I had with patience. I went to the store to get my case and they had many colors and options to choose from and they even put the case on my phone for me to ensure that it was on correctly for optimum safety. I definitely had a great experience so I definitely recommend this place and I will be back for all of my cell phone needs without hesitation. 🙂

Came in around 2 o’clock because I had dropped my phone in it no longer worked I called my Philly wireless and they told me to bring it in and by 3:20 my phone was done with a Brand new screen Protector and this literally saved my day and it was so inexpensive. I don’t think that I will be doing business anywhere else very fast quick and professional

Everybody was telling me to come go to Philly Wireless to get my screen fixed. I was a lil skeptical at first. I wanted to just buy a whole new phone for charger purposes But I eventually went into the store at there new location in West Philly Being as tho my phone has completely stopped working properly. When I arrived the helped me right away. Everybody who worked in the store greeted me with kindness They began to work on my phone right away. It did take a lil longer to fix my phone then the time they told me it would. They complimented me with 2 free cases and a screen protector At that time I asked if I could get a charger instead which the owner said yes No it wasn’t an Apple charger. But it still works the same. They only thing I am not happy about is my screen protector , it is actually coming off already. And had a lot of air pockets in it when I left. I did ask for them to take the air pockets out. But he was unsuccessful but he never try to put it on again Other then my screen protector coming off In 2 days I would definitely recommend there services to anyone.

Had a long night iPhone 7 got broken door near destroyed the screen stopped in to Philly wireless on 40th just off of chestnut work with a lady name T tiara and my phone is back to 100% she was very professional it’s a matter fact everyone in the location was very professional and upfront with the cost if you having problems with your phone I would suggest Philly wireless 40th and Chestnut.
