I have a Galaxy 10e phone which had a crack. I was told but Boost Mobile (by CS and at the Store) that because of the way the phone was constructed the screen couldn't be fixed and I would have to buy a new one. I took the phone to B Mobile and they somehow removed the crack from the screen completely. They do great work and at reasonable prices.
