Excellent service! I had a month long issue that I couldnt solve by phone. But I received such wonderful service, particularly from Miller. She was compassionate and chill, also straight to the point so that I understood the whole problem very quickly. Although there is wait time the staffs here know what they’re doing very well (better than some previous ones I’ve visited)

Just ask for El. I took a lovely but Luddite friend in to buy a new phone. El worked with her - picked the perfect phone, listened to all her needs, set up the phone accordingly, and showed her how to work it. She also got the number transferred from another carrier. Great service!

Only giving them 5 stars because of Chanelle, one of the AT&T representatives at the 1501 Walnut Street locations, was the absolute best rep i've ever had! I have had some of the worst times dealing with AT&T reps that wouldn’t give you the time of day to assist you in any issue, except for her. So, so helpful, sweet and very patient. She has been my one and only good experience when trying to get assistance from an AT&T rep. Will only be going to her for assistance from now on!

I visited the AT&T store at 1501 Walnut Street on the morning of July, 19, 2022. I was greeted and serviced by a nice young lady named Shanelle F. I went there to pay a bill, a bill for a home land-line long distance service. She knew exactly how to handle this transaction. She was also very amiable. She even held the door open for me as I was leaving the building! I was pretty much in and out of there in a jiffy. I usually do not take part in these online reviews. But I am making an exception in this case. I usually go to this location to pay this bill. A while back, I went there, and the person who waited on me was having a difficult time handling the transaction. He had done it for me previously, but I am a reasonable person. I figured he sees so many people that he cannot be expected to remember everything. So I tried to explain to him what he needed to do to access my account. He replied "I know how to do my job!" He had my bill in his hands and he said he could not find my account number on the bill. Yet it was right there in plain sight. Interesting seeing as how he "knew how" to do his job. So dealing with Shanelle was a VERY pleasant experience!

Went in to get a phone for my daughter and myself. It took over 4 hours because my daughter's new phone was said to be "parked". The salesperson was doing her best to solve the problem, with no support from her manager,. After two days, the manager called me ..Left a message. I called back at least 5 times more and left messages. He (Kyle) did not return my calls. Go to any AT&T Store, but not this one!

Great service, guys here all deserve promotions and raises. Carlos , Ty , and Kyle were excellent as far as setting me up, the service was very fast , hospitable and there expertise was very apparent and could not be taken away. Anyone who needs a phone or wants to find good phone techs to work with, I recommend this crew. I rate them a 12/10, these guys were friendly , professional, fast experts who were more than willing to go above and beyond to help a person in need and knew their stuff . Again anyone needing a phone go to these guys!

Customer service by Anthony was superb. His excellent knowledge, patience, respectful interaction with customers is exemplary. I ended up upgrading to iPhone 12 Pro even though my X was still excellent and can last a few more years! He will go far at AT&T. Anthony is a very bright young man who is eager to learn, has good people skills, good character that is apparent to anyone who interacts with him (I'm an educator of over 40 yrs, have coached all ages and many professionals). He's a true asset to AT&T. We need more employees like him. We've been very pleased with AT&T and this is a good chance to send a special shout-out to your hỉring/ training staff. Also the AT&T staff on Walnut St Philadelphia showed good cheer and caring vibes!

I upgraded to the latest iPhone and came to this location to trade in my old device. Unfortunately, it was never properly logged in the system that I turned the device in and I was charged a non return fee of $220. I’ve placed multiple calls to corporate and the store and have yet to receive a call back. This has been an awful and extremely stressful situation. Update: I received a call from the manager and he explained everything on the retail stores end. I’m not sure how this situation happened since it sounds like the store did everything correctly. After calling customer care for the 8th time, I was finally able to get the credit applied after explaining what the manager shared. I updated my review to reflect the help I received from the store and I appreciate them getting back to me.

After a week of bad experiences with AT&T and Apple support I walked into this store defeated and annoyed. But I honestly had the most pleasant experience. From the nice guard outside controlling capacity to the rep I worked with, the customer service was top notch. Went above and beyond all the way.

The experience overall was a great experience. I came in to get service added to a new phone and I had just purchased and I didn’t have to wait too long. The store seems to be a popular store but fortunately for me it wasn’t that busy that day so I only had to wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes which was not really a problem because I’m patient which you should be when shopping. I had a service rep named Angie she was very nice and she talked to me and explained a lot of things. She helped me out with pretty much everything that I came in there for. I don’t have any complaints, I love the customer service and I love the overall vibe of the store. I was helped to the T and I got everything that I needed and wanted so for me it was a great experience. I will recommend other people to go there. I will also be going back there myself as well.

I upgraded my phone today. What a great experience, the AT&T staff person who assisted me was a wonderful and an extremely helpful tech genius. I love my new iPhone XS, which came highly recommended. So happy that I didn't get the 8, which one of my daughters has. And with a current trade-in promotion, the XS was actually cheaper than the 8, who knew! I was dreading getting a new phone I will admit, but this was not only painless, but a complete home run thanks to the superb assistance that I received from Ron, who I cannot say enough good things about. I got a fantastic deal on my phone, which in and of itself would have been great. But I also wound up getting a fantastic new data plan that will save my family big bucks every month. THANK YOU RON. He helped with downloading etc and basically did EVERYTHING to get me up and running with this amazing new phone. I will be an AT&T customer for life with this kind of stellar experience.

iPhone buyer beware! We recently got a new phone and while the overall monthly bill was reduced, the salesperson added several services that we didn’t ask for. The only way we found out about it is by looking at our account online. Once we called ATT to have them removed, we were told the salespeople are incentivized to add services but they don’t tell the customer hoping they won’t look at their bill!!!

Ask for Wayne if you would like help with any of your products. I needed to upgrade my iPhone, but there were a few complications getting into my AT&T account. But there was no issue, Wayne and his other colleague were able to quickly get into the account, very that it was me, and set me up with my new phone. All of the employees were polite and friendly. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I tried calling the store about 4 times and no one ever picked up, which was hard to believe and a bit annoying. Other than that, the in-store service was great.

This AT&T store has some of the best customer service that I for one have ever experienced in any cell phone carrier industry store.
