Great service went above and beyond what I expected. Was working on a line swap and adding a number the other carrier refused to give the account number over the phone so we actually had to go to that location get the account number then come back the customer service agent at the store retained my information so I did not have to repeat myself. It really turned out to be a speedy check out and and great upbeat atmosphere..Great Experience

After having a terrible experience with Boost, I decided to switch to metro by T-Mobile. Omar the T-Mobile associate was very helpful and made everything so easy and clear. I definitely recommend going to this location simple to the point and great customer service .

I recommend this store to anyone needing metro service . The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming ,and the customer service was very friendly ,but I wanna give the most credit to the store manager Elena she is very friendly and caring she is the person who really made our experience there so much more awesome she was very fast and was super ingaged with us while she worked and she even helped us when we needed it so the 5 star rating for this store goes to her thank you Elena for giving us such an awesome experience at your store

By far the best experience I've had with any phone carrier ever. And the staff was out of this world helping me get everything setup. Go to Vinton location and ask Umar. Next time I come here I will ask for Umar!!!!
