Brian Lilly was excellent today helping me switch from US Cellular to AT&T. He went above and beyond to get me switched over even though US Cellular did not make it easy for us. He’s super friendly and a great conversationalist. Even made me laugh out loud a bunch of times. Thanks so much Brian.
Andrew K is a great rep to work with. He was very knowledgeable and dealt with my many concerns and addressed them all. He worked really hard to get us what we needed. This will definitely be the location and rep I will continue to deal with. Everyone who worked in the store were polite and respectful. It made me feel good about switching to AT&T.
AT&T on 78th dodge help me out a lot. I was having issues with customer service on the phone and in council bluffs location. I came in this store and they solved my problem right away. I’m so thankful for all the help Andrew kallio gave me. He had so much knowledge of what what going on. Very well trained! I’m very pleased with the customer service.
I just had the best experience with Marlena at the 78th and Dodge location in Omaha,Ne.
She took so much time to make sure all three of my phones were activated and help me with so many other problems I was having with one of my older phones.
She is a great asset to your company!!!

Regardless of AT&T poor service, I visited this location and two young men Brian and Joshua welcomed me and helped me. They were so nice and kind, and I appreciate their assistance.
Cisco was an amazing representative and helped with my new phone purchase. He was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. There's a lack of customer service everywhere these days but this is not one of them. Thanks Cisco.

Shy/Cheyanne (I hope I spelled that right) was brilliant! Very helpful, relaxed, handled my father over the phone which is notoriously difficult, and she made a point to ask my pronouns which absolutely made the experience! Give her a raise please, she's awesome!
I keep returning to the At&t store because of the excellent in-person customer service. I will not deal with customer service over the phone due to too many negative experiences, including the time I spent on the phone for 3 hours only to learn that I must call back the following day and wait another 2 hours on the phone with them before learning that I must go in-person to have someone look at my phone. I appreciate Marlena's assistance and rapid resolution of my issue.
Absolutely amazing experience!!!!!! My rep was so knowledgeable and quick. We needed new screen protectors, and he made sure we got the correct ones and placed them on perfectly! Thank you for the smooth transaction!!!
I went to the store to makes some changes on my account, update my name and add some international calling options to my line. Shi was very helpful and friendly! I was pleased with the results of my visit!
I had an issue with my Apple Watch Series 7. Both Marlena & Nick went above and beyond to spend over an hour and a half to work with me & the ATT tech support to fix the issue. Now this is great customer service. Give these both a raise!
I usually don't write reviews, but Marlena helped me with my phone she resolved my problem when I wanted to cancel my services with At&t Thank you Marlena for your help.
I chose 5 stars for my visit. It was a great experience. I went to just add myself to my husband plan, but got so much more done. I even got a new phone for free with the trade-in thingy and was able to use other promotion for the protector and accessories. The manager helped us initially and then Shy help us with the rest. They were both very capable and excel at what they do!
Everything was taking care of, by the end of it. I just turned my old phone in the next day and everything was done with ease.
As for the wait time, it felt like less than 5 mins and I didnt keep track. Despite how busy it was when we were there, we're addressed very quickly!
I received the best customer service in a very long time at this location from Shy. I normally do not write reviews but I could not -not do this one. The best part was Shy knew her stuff and did take the initiative to learn more when it did not work. Although I was there for over an hour, I did not feel that I was wasting my time with someone who did not know what he/she was doing ( This is exactly what I felt at another ATT location and had to take off 2 days ago with a temporary fix to my problem). Unfortunately, many unhelpful people are taking up customer services jobs and sorry to say many do not know what they are doing.
Thank you Shy for your help. I know my work is not completed yet but I feel confident it will, because you have demonstrated your competence. I am sure your employer is happy to have you work for them.

I just came from upgrading 5 phones and changing plans. Jack did an amazing job. He was professional and efficient. He made our Friday experience fantastic! I had to go in and get a new phone set up.I was dreading going in. ( Almost as bad as having to buy a new car). Jack was the salesperson who helped me. He was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He provided exceptional customer service. The best experience I have had in the 15 or so years we have been with AT&T.

I've been an ATT prepaid customer for over 7 years now, and I took my Note 9 in for the any year/any condition S22 promo. Brian Lilly helped me, and far and away, you'd be hard pressed to find someone that does their job better than he does his. He talks about products in good faith, with an enthusiasm only a tech guy could have; he helped me get switched over to a postpaid plan (and even put in the extra effort to get it down to just 10 bucks more than I was already paying, and with way better service), set up my new S22 (I'd highly recommend the Ultra if you can spare the extra 400), and instantly fixed a sim card issue I was having when I got to the store the next day (they were closed by the time I discovered the issue). Overall amazing service from all of the staff, and if you're looking to pass a promotion on to anyone, my vote is for Brian.
P.S. A floor salesperson that keeps gushing about the product after I've already signed and paid for it is a damn good sign in my book.
Dude was helping me and was super informative. Got me the full hook up on new phone iPad and head phones. Super cool guy. Recommend coming to him every time.
Andrew is absolutely fantastic. He is so very informative, friendly, professional, and helpful. I have no doubt that he helps people make the best choice for them and make the process as pleasant as possible.
I expected to spend hours upgrading my phone.I was excited to get a new phone, I also dreaded the time I would spend. Jack was quick, he made sure my wife and I would be satisfied with our purchases. He shared his knowledge and helped us make the right decision. While I know he is a salesman, he did not come off that way. The accessories he suggested really were great deals. It was really one of the best experiences I have had buying a phone.

I walked into the store for only what happen at Sam’s. But I was able to get everything that I needed done with Duk and Amber’s help they were there for me to help me from the beginning to the end. If it wasn’t for them I’ll be paying way over. So I’m really glad that I had them to help personally and they took their time to make sure that you were happy with everything. So I just want to thank the both of them.
Duk helped me from start to finish, it was the fastest best customer care I've had. He showed that as an employee that he was very knowledgeable about all products even giving his honest opinions, and on top of it he personally showed me the options of which plan/plans would work for me with discounts I didn't know about. I would personally recommend him to any veteran/first responders out there looking for new service or wanting to switch. Again thank you Duk
Horrible, awful experience. Why’s it rated five stars? Because the assistance my wife and I received from the associate Shy was outstanding!!! The horrible, awful part relates to the 7 years prior of bad service from other AT&T stores and even customer service via online and phone. Shy helped us set up our online access when we had been told repeatedly we couldn’t be helped with it. She found where we were being overcharged for unnecessary services and then actually sat down and went through EVERYTHING to figure out what we needed for our situation. If it wasn’t for her, we would have finally left AT&T. I know it took us awhile but we are grateful for the help Shy gave us!
After many hours on the phone and 3 different AT&T stores, we were blessed to find Amber at the 7820 Dodge store in Omaha. She spent a couple of hours with us on a busy Saturday last Fall running into the same phone holds we had experienced. Her patience was beyond measure, and our problem was solved. We came again today, 1/13, and once again she solved our problem. There are no words to describe how grateful we are.
Helpful and respectful staff! Pretty sure they lean towards trying to promote and sell the iPhone, not a big fan of that but my friend is so made her day haha. Not a bad place to visit. Also saw a customer being disrespectful and aggressive towards a staff member and he remained calm and collective. Lots of kudos to him for that. He (the worker) definitely deserves a free month of service from y'all.
Shy helped us out when my husband and I ran into some issues with a shared friends and family plan. She got us into our own plan and took care of basically everything for us. Wonderful customer service from her.
I recently lost my mother and was having a very hard time closing her cellular account. I can't say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and wonderful support the manager and Francisco provided. Francisco is very knowledgeable, greets everyone with a smile and he and the manager were able to help me close Mom's account within minutes!
After the horrible /traumatic experience at the 9614 S 71st Plaza location... (Nobody should be brought to tears trying to reconcile a loved ones accounts!) I highly recommend the team, and Francisco at the 7820 Dodge location! Don't waste your time - let the friendly team on Dodge take care of your AT&T needs.
Duk was especially helpful with transferring and upgrading multiple lines of service from antiquated mobile carriers for my family. He turned a process that I assumed would take many, many hours into a simple morning transaction filled with good conversation and solid advice. My family has so far loved their new phones and knows they can definitely find support at this ATT store if needed.
After 2.5 hours on the phone with 5 different offshore support people trying to get my new iPad on my internet account, I gave up and went in to see Andrew in this store. Andrew had it all fixed and running in 15 minutes! He is a credit to AT&T, and I am certain you are not paying him enough!
Everyone is very helpful and friendly! Cisco is very knowledgeable, patient and honest. I am so thankful that he has been here to help us, we switched three lines from Sprint to AT&T it was the best move ever. I am relieved to be with a phone company I can trust. When you stop in ask for Cisco you will be glad you did.

A big shout out to Francisco Castellanos at the Dodge Street Store. My Note phone has been giving me trouble and I was frustrated by the on line assistance. Francisco listened to my problem and quickly got me
directed to a location to get it fixed. His customer service and helpful approach was the best...We need more Francisco's in the world!!!

Went in today needing a new phone after I dropped mine last week. I had exceptional service from their associate Brandon, who made the process quick and painless. He was able to answer and address any of my concerns and questions. My experience at this location really made me feel that my needs were a top priority.

My husband and I went to the Dodge St location for an upgrade and to have our bill looked at to see how we could get it lowered Jack was the team member we worked with and he was amazing and very knowledgeable he looked through our bill helped us save a substantial amount of money he also got our upgrade and made sure he answered all of our questions and that we understood everything I went back a week later Jack was there and we were very happy to work with him again!! The Dodge St location is a all around awesome location!

I have purchased several phones and I have never had the exceptional customer service that Shy provided. She is an asset to this store and a pleasure to work with.
The workers were very nice they helped me with my problem I have been in others stores and they couldn't fix my problem in this store they fixed it right away.
Cheyenne was wonderful! She helped my husband set up his new iPhone after having only had an android. She was patient with us older, tech ignorant people. Cheyenne explained things, answered questions, set things up, even connected the phone to his hearing aid, and sent us away feeling confident. She"s a huge benefit to AT&T! AT&T on 78th & Dodge is the place to go. My Sales guy Gabriel, did a phenomenal job. He’s on point of the phones & plans that I need for me & my family. The rest of the staff are so friendly & attentive as well

I spent hours, if not days, to get online order and account mistakes corrected. It was unresolved at all. I had to come to this store. All problems were resolved and clearly explained.
Shyann was so helpful and full of knowledge about the steps we needed to add another phone to our plan. Definitely a rockstar and recommend her if you need help.
The team at the 78th and Dodge location were great! Brandon greeted us and immediately helped us to make our switch to at&t easy. Unfortunately our phones were not able to transfer data the same day, so we had to go back the next day. But no worries, Bryson and Eliot helped us complete our information transfers and they answered questions we hadn't thought of the previous night. Look out for one of these three if you ever need help.
A young man by the name of Bryson Twist started my new year off right!! I came into the AT&T store on 78th and Dodge this afternoon very frustrated with a broken iPhone and he sat with me and worked through all of my issues!! My tech skills are very minimal so he guided me through the entire process with a smile and a listening ear. This is the store I will use to purchase any phones or supplies I need in the future and I am highly recommending it to my friends and family!

I want to thank Sim one of the stores managers. I had concerns about my BOGO deal that that I was told by the customer service line was not added and incorrect. I confronted the main store I went to which was at another location and received disappointing service where they told me the sales agent who helped me would call me back and they never did. Called the next day and I asked for the manager and the gentleman said he was the manager, but wanted nothing to do with my concerns and told me he would have to talk to the original agent who helped me. Hmmm... your the manager? and you refuse to take ownership? and won't even look into my problem unless your sales agent is there? This was horrible and to top it off the customer service number goes to people who don't even know their own BOGO deals and tell you how the store messed up when they don't even know if they did or not. Sim isn't even from the same store I did this at and he took ownership and helped me and understood my concerns and helped me resolve it. Guess what the other store still hasn't called me back!
The gentleman had pretty much resolved my issue when another lady came up and told him to reset my network settings. Now all bluetooth devices, saved wifi networks e.t.c are gone. Thanks a lot. Maybe we should wait until an associate asks for help before offering useless advice. He clearly had it under control.

I had some issues with my Apple Watch I purchased not correctly connecting and Gabe was very helpful, pleasant to work with and was able to get the issue resolved.
Stopped here to price check plans and to find out if we had coverage in our area.
The store was clean organized and the employees looked very proffesional.
We were greeted right away and shown to a member off staff who would help us.
We found out right away that we would not be able to get good cell reception in our area and the employee did not try to talk us into anything based on that fact which I really appreciated.
We had a bad experience with Sprint a few years back. They talked us into getting phones even though they knew we would not have any bars and that where we live we would be charged roaming fees.
So thank you at&t for your honesty.
If new towers every go up near my area I will be back. :)

The wifi was down and they let us take our new phones home to use our wifi to use smartswitc to transfer our phones data after we sold our old phones back to ATT

I have never had anything but good luck in this location - Duk (pronounced Duke) was a great help with a multi-layer set of issues, then helped me set up appointments for our home security and satellite dish - and we really love them all. This sounds like an ad, but I am real, they are too, and I go there first.
Had a great experience tonight when Ryan Skahan helped us out. He really went above and beyond to serve our needs and inform us of all of our options, not just the ones that make them the most money. Really impressed.
I usually walk into this place knowing exactly what I want so I usually get pretty decent service without all the sales run around. The only downside is the this place is at a pretty busy location in town and if you are here at busy hrs you can expect to wait up to an hour in queue before getting help. I have tried the South Omaha location I which I also once waited an hour, then they didn't even have the proper size Sim card for a 6 month old flagship phone. Micro and opposed to nano if I remember correctly. That was ridiculous. So despite the potential long wait, this is where I go because I know they can easily get what I need.

Prompt service yet watch the hype about "free" phone. Staff efficient helpful and no pressure.
I only go here when I must. They are so slow to move through their waiting list of clients. There is a better way to serve their clients, such as have the person checking you in see if they can solve your problem instead of waiting for slow moving clients ahead of us to always take priority. It’s so slow.
I went in trying to solve a problem I’ve been having for awhile and the sales representative I had was awesome. He got it figure and solved for me. He was awesome! His name was duk.

This is a roll of the dice kinda place,,, theres some really good and friendly workers and then theres those just waiting to get their paycheck,, I have ben greeted by both types,, the most recent one,, I got a lazy , rude, and had no idea what a cell phone is type of sales person... so I went to Nebraska Furniture Mart instead,, and bought the same cell phone for same price,, what made me decide where to do business fell on the customer service,,, If I get treated like royalty, I will buy regardless of price.
