As the owner of the firm that owns my iPhone 12, I am liable for any repairs needed due to physical damage. This is my 3rd experience with this store and they yet again delivered a world class service. This time my wife had a phone with a ton of priceless photos on it that had been smashed and would no longer charge. I went to numerous local national chains here and they all said that the phone was damaged beyond repair. Remembering how great this store was to me previously I called them and spoke with Diana. She was phenomenal in terms of professionalism. After our conversation my family drove the 7 hours from our residence to the store. She went above any beyond in terms of diagnosis as well as her ability to think outside the box on a solution. She not only recovered the photos that were priceless to me but THE BILL WAS CHEAPER THAN A TANK OF GAS. It cost us 4 times in travel costs than it did for their service. I will continue to come here when something just has to work. I can only hope Diana still works there.

Hands down the best! We've used Diana 3 times for what should have been an impossible task and she not only did it, she did it quickly. Twice we had items go through a flood and they were full of water and mud. She was able to get our priceless memories off. The second was a cracked and fried phone one local company told us for $450 they could try to get my pictures but there was no guarantee. She had it done in 3 days and for $50. Two of the times we drove 6.5 hours to drop off the items and another 6.5 hours to pick them back up. It's that we'll worth it. I'd never use another company ever!

They went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it! My cell phone started a reboot cycle. I took it in to see if it was fixable. When I dropped it off I mentioned I did not want to reset it because I hadn't been able to back up everything. Unfortunately the phone was not fixable (I was not surprised as it was really old). They put it back together and were able to backup my contacts to my memory card for me during the brief time the phone came on. They only charged me a minimal charge for the attempt to fix it. It took them less than 2 hours. They were prompt, courteous, and I greatly appreciated the technician wearing a face mask while I was there. And I'm extremely thankful they were able to back it up for me when it turned on for a few minutes!

I went into quickfix the day before I got my phone fixed to see how much it was going to be and I was told $90 to fix it and so I went in the next day(the day I was getting it fixed) and they said $90 both times. I wasn’t in there very long and my phone looks perfect and is working perfect. The employees were very nice. They stuck with the price through the whole experience and didn’t change it even though I talked to two different employees. I will definitely be recommending people to come here and will definitely be back!!!

Couldn't find a reputable place to take our computer until I came across this little gem off of I-240. Very friendly service people, knowledgeable and quick. Competitive and fairly priced. Kept me in the loop before they acted when replacing our power supply, called with options. I again am using them for another problem I have run into and am confident in their ability for good results. Josh, was helpful and am happy he will be working with us to fix our computer. I called today because I need my xbox repaired however I live over an hour away so I couldn't just walk in. When I called the gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and very professional. After reading everyone's reviews I thought this would be a sure fire place to get my computer fixed. I took my wife's computer in for a replacement cooling fan, battery, keyboard, and "tune-up". I took it in on December 17th and was told that I would be given a call the next day with an exact quote and I would have it back to give her as a Christmas gift. I got the computer back January 13th after calling and stopping it many, many times. When we got the computer back the keyboard is buckled on the left hand side and this "tune-up" couldn't possibly have taken place. I had to take it to a friend who deleted all of the malware and adware off of it for us, in about an hour I might add. This might be a good place to take your phone, but I not only feel the amount of time, but also the quality of workmanship was unacceptable. EDIT: I originally gave them a one star review, but I got a call from the technician a few days after making the review. They fixed the keyboard performed the tune-up and even gave me a small refund for the excessive time. So they did make it right. The computer is working great and my wife is happy. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because it did take a month and a half for the repairs.
