My phone was cracked and I thought I was gonna have to pay a lot but they are the cheapest I found and they are really nice. I sent a few of my friends, coworkers, even my boss to them to get their phones fixed by them and they come back to me and tell me that they loved them they do really good work! My new go to for screen repair!!! I'm super clumsy and cracked the screen on my iPhone and my friend recommended me to 911! Trey was super knowledgeable and explained what needed to be fixed and how much it'd be (definitely the most affordable I have seen for screen repair). Highly recommend this place! Normally I don’t write reviews , but I really like this place. Chris was very knowledgeable, patience, and super nice!! He spent over 2 hours figuring out what is wrong with our old 6th gen iPad (we are on 10th gen now lol). It turned out that is cheaper to just buy a new one than fixing an old one. It was free diagnostic!! There is no charge at all since we decided not to fix it, we offered to pay for some service since he spent like over 2 hours on it, but he said, nope it’s FREE!!! Highly highly recommend this place.

Today 3-11-23 added to a new Ipad, replace the scratch up screen of an older IPad and the screen on my IPhone had cracks and chip on it. This store earned this review! Opened my MacBook Sunday morning and saw the case was bulging. Called Bestbuy and they took a brief look and said they couldn’t fix it because the battery expanded. Best Buy couldn’t even say where to safely dispose of the computer. I called 911 repair and they ordered a battery, replaced it and disposed of the expanded battery in 4 days. MacBook looks good as new and operates normally again. Highly recommend!

Oh lord what a blessing this place was! I woke up completely late for work because my phones battery has been failing me for some time. Money has been tight for some time so changing a battery was something I put on the back burner due to the insane rates that places have for changing them, but this place saved me a pretty penny! The wonderful associate, whose name I believe was Edgar, was such an angel to both myself and my girlfriend. He changed my battery out in no time and for such an unbeatable price! I recently broke an Iphone 13 pro. I had insurance so the phone was replaced but my data, apps and 3,500 pictures weren't backed up prior to getting the new phone. I was unable to get into the phone due to the screen being shattered. The phone wouldn't recognize face ID so I was in trouble. I went to the Apple store and they just shrugged their shoulders and couldn't help. I stopped by 911 cell phone repair in Penn Square Mall and the gentleman working gave me the phone number to their store in Del City. I contacted Justin on a Saturday afternoon and he had me bring the phone by on Monday. Two days later, he was able to get in my phone and back up all my data and pictures. I can't tell you appreciative I am for the work that Justin and his guys did at 911 Cell Phone Repair. This fix only cost me $79 dollars but saved me a lifetime of pictures of my parents, kids, vacations etc. Thank you Justin and all the guys at 911 Cell Phone Repair. I would give your company 10 stars for the save!

Amazing service! $149 for an IPhone X lcd screen replacement plus screen protector install. It took less than 30 minutes for them to repair my phone. The screen protector they put on is a nice glass protector so the phone still feels natural unlike a lot of other screen protectors. Definitely recommend

A HUGE thumbs up for Rolo at their shop in Penn Square Mall. 1st - excellent communication! We were texting the entire time about my phone, price, appointment, changed the appointment and Rolo was fine with that - and he was very kind and knowledgeable. I brought in my Galaxy Note8 on Friday, 8-28-20, and Rolo told me it would be about an hour. I went back to 911 Phone Repair's kiosk in Penn Square Mall, and Rolo told me that right before he took my phone apart he decided to take of the screen saver glass - and THAT WAS ALL! A complete savings of $200! We both had a good laugh about it, there was no charge, and again, Rolo spent about 30 minutes with me texting. I will recommend Rolo and 911 Phone repair to everyone that I know that needs a phone fixed.

Awesome experience. I dropped off my iPhone 6s with them. They said about 30 minutes. Took 25. They opened up the phone replaced the LCD and the screen discovered my charging port was broken. So for 125 I got it all fixed with a screen protector. What will make me go back is the advice after. I had no idea thy after market chargers fried ports. They were awesome definitely will be back if I break my screen again! :)

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. I dropped off my note 5 for a battery replacement, accidents happened and my screen got broken during the repair. Hey, things go wrong sometimes and it's no one's fault. I did have to be without my phone for a few days since they had to order the replacement screen but they replaced the screen at no extra charge, put on the matching back I brought in, and did a beautiful job. I basically have a brand new phone now. Great work & great service, A+!

911 cel phone repair is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and welcoming. My iPhone is charging with laptop and car but not with wall charger. They could figure out that the phone has some IC problem but could not fix it. They replaced the charging port to fix it and it didn’t help. They did not charge me any money for that. I wish they could repair it or suggest some other shop to repair the problem.
