Took my hard drive here after taking It to geek squad. Geek squad could not guarantee all, if any, of the data would be recovered yet were still quoting me $1500. Brought It to u tech and they got to work on It right away. They were able to diagnose the problem the same day. They were super communicative throughout the process and very knowledgeable. I dropped off a back up SSD where they can transfer all the data they recovered. They charged me a fraction of what geek squad was charging me. 10/10 service would 100% recommend!

U-Tech is highly professional , knowledgeable and Experienced in technology repair . I was provided a free diagnostic review of my laptop with affordable options for it’s repair. When the mainstream competitors were telling me it would take 3-4weeks to have my laptop repaired due to the holiday season , U-Tech was able to do it 24 hours . They’ve also replaced my iPhone screen with an upgrade silicone material that allows for clear usage of the front-facing camera . I can’t wait to drop off the rest of my devices !!!

I searched the internet for someone who fix PS4 and the one that caught my eye was U-Tech. I asked a couple of my friends about them and they were highly reccomended When i arrived there 2 of the asociates greeted me at the door with a coupon(which was a plus for me). When i explained what was the problem they knew exactly what the problem was and they handled it. The guys were very professional and i would truly recommend their service to any and everyone. We had great conversation. One of the workers even showed my son pictures of his gaming room and he had my son attention because he knew he was a gamer. My son game is perfect. During the pandemic I was unable to go to the apple store because it was closed. U-Texh provided me with great customer service. However, I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. It was only a 2 ft. drop. With that said I’m aware that I get what I pay for. The price is low and the quality wasn’t so great. I did return for a second time to have my phone screen replaced, 15 mins before closing but João made an exception. I can attest to the excellent customer service. This time I purchased a screen protector as well.

I replaced the broken screen of my iPad by myself, but the new screen did not respond to touches any more. So I brought my iPad with the nonfunctional screen to the store. A young men spent about 15 minutes to fix the screen. When I asked them how much I should pay them, they said that they just reconnect the cable so it was free. When I insisted to pay them, they said "You can give to the world, but you don't need to pay us". I'll never forget this experience. P.S. The store is very clean. Hardwares and tools in the working area are well organized.

I cracked my Apple Watch a while ago and couldn’t find a place that fixed it. My apple care at the time had expired a month before it got damaged. My screen was cracked so I looked around for the closest tech store that could fix it. I found U-Tech, read the comments and called. The staff was polite, courteous and knowledgeable on the phone so I decided to stop by. After walking in I was greeted by a hand shake by one of the staff members and processed immediately. I was invited to sit down as they stated that it would be about 20 minutes. After about 15 minutes I was greeted by another staff member that handed me my phone and said it was done. As I was checking out, I learned that the staff member was one our students and chatted about certifications to do what he does and the pros and cons of the Iwatch. I was in and out the store with a total time of 20 mins. U Tech is professional and treats their customers with the utmost respect and care. They deserve the highest rating and more. If you are in the Ironbound and have any tech issues, you can wholeheartedly trust U Tech.
