I came in as a walk- in and was very pleased at how fast and efficient the transaction carried out. The entire process was explained to me before I left my phone with them and they were able to completely replace my screen within 30 minutes! Not sure if is possible, but my phone looks and feels better than before I cracked it! Staff members were professional and helpful and made sure that I left the shop completely satisfied. Will definitely be bringing all of my future repairs to this store and will recommend them to all of my friends! They were very friendly, professional, and fixed my phone in a matter of hours. I was very pleased with the service. I liked the fact that they gave me other options, instead of paying the $200 to fix the screen (that made me feel that they cared about the customer and not just trying to make money out of me)

Contacted them on the 4th of July and they were still open. I tried to repair my phone myself but ran into issues. They diagnosed it quickly, efficiently, and free of charge. Truly the best of the best! My phone had been run over by a car and my most prized memories were on there- including my engagement. After bringing it to Verizon and being told there was no hope I handed over my phone to these Gods already having come to the realization I would never get my phone to work again. I had dropped off the phone in store thinking they would need to work on it for a bit and I hadn't even reached my house and got the call from the Talk N' Fix Wireless team that my phone was on and all of my pictures were on there like nothing ever happened!!
