I work there as a security officer and I see quite a lot but the workers at 160 market street is on point and they treat all customers with respect and dignity.jose ray pebbles Kal and Ivan are the best at helping customers find what they need and has the answers for everything it's a great place to work and shop.i just got the new z flip and I love it.

I was having trouble ordering AirPods online and I was extremely disappointed. I went to the store and the sales associate Manny was so helpful! He honored the discount in store that I was trying to get online. After he was finished with my transaction he proceeded to inform of my options of upgrading my phone. He was very knowledgeable and the customer service was top notch! I will definitely be returning to that location again!

Shout out to Manager José Galindo for his outstanding customer service. After endless conversations with Customer Care, Fraud Department and Collection and NO ONE, was able to fix an improper charge to my bank account, since I never had an AT&T phone nor mobile service. This guy and one of the members of his team took his time to call and talk to whoever it was needed until he find a solution, even after I stormed into his store due to my frustration. EXCELLENT JOB!!!
