I brought my phone today April 4 and they did an amazing job. The young man who worked on my phone did a superb job and my IPhone 7plus works even better now than before I brought it in. Thank you so much. For some of the comments about how this establishment and the employees/employee is rude and ripping their customers off a lot of you that have come into this establishment most likely had an attitude or was rude and felt they were with you, It’s all in how you speak towards other people. I had absolutely no issues from the moment I walked in and the moment I left. I will be back again if I ever need something fixed and I will be telling my friends and family about this place. I have been here 3 times over the last 2 years, and the service, expertise, and prices can't be beat! They are so nice, so knowledgeable, so honest... and I've recommended Stop n Fix to several friends. I come down from Harlem, and people come from NJ etc, because this place and service are so good! This 3rd time, they couldn't repair my phone, but patiently checked it out and told me that it was a manufacturer issue, he could replace the battery, but the phone couldn't actually be fully repaired , and he'd seen it in many Google nexus phones recently. He even took out the board for me (when I asked his advice about how to recycle it safely)...& no charge. We're all stressed when our phones go haywire, but his calm approach and explanations are... contagious, calming. If your mobile phone has problems, come here and more likely than not, they'll be fixed and you'll walk out with a smile.

My number one go to phone fixers here. I've been dealing with them must be two years now and they are spot on with their work. Every last phone I've brought to them has had nothing but satisfied customers. I recommend them if you're visiting the area or from out of town and need repairs to your phone, most service is done in 45 minutes to an hour tops depending on how bad the damage is to your phone or what the requirements are for repairs.

I needed to get my lcd screen repaired quickly as I broke it on my way to NYC. I did some quick research and stop n fix appeared to be the cheapest and quickest place in the lower east side. I brought my phone in, he quoted me 20 minutes and got started as I waited. While also helping another customer he actually fixed it in 15 minutes and made my unusable phone working again. I've used screen repair services before and this has definitely proved to be the cheapest and quickest I've found.

I don't want to bash this company do to the fact that they did fix my phone for cheap. I had LCD damage and they repaired it in about 30 mins. Long story short, the glue that they used to hold it in place hit my power button and it slightly damaged the motherboard. Went to another shop to fix it and they had to replace my whole frame on my Galaxy S5 and a new LCD. Now this place is still a great go to spot when you need a quick fix on your phone, I'm placing this 3 star here because I might have just had bad luck.

Nexus 5 users experiencing power button problems, look no further. I shipped my phone from FL to his shop and he fixed the faulty power button on my N5. Frankly, it was a miracle. The job Sunny did brought my phone back to a functional status and enabled me to save precious data that was endangered of being lost permanently. I went to another place to have my cracked iPhone 6S screen fixed. Long story short, after multiple trips, LCD's, and excuses the other place just couldn't manage to get it right. At Stop N Fix he diagnosed the problem in front of me, determined that the LCD the other place had put on was bad, and told me he would have a new one for me the next day. The next day I returned to Stop N Fix and, true to his word, there was a new LCD waiting for me. 20 minutes later he had it installed and ready to go. My phone now works just like new. I wish I had saved myself a ton of running around and headaches dealing with the other place and gone directly here.

nice people ..... efficient quick repair , tested the phone for other problems .... none found a small "mom and pop " repair shop ..... my preferred shopping experience..the polar opposite of the fascist behemoths eating america , highly recommended and the best price i should add , prices for the 30 or so most common repairs of android\apple devices clearly written on the wall , like a diner menu all the other places i called were either nasty and short on the phone and 30 to 50 percent more expensive , several shops actually lied about the phone saying the phone was more difficult to service and other phony nonsense by pointing out nonexistent differences etc. lastly i alled apple to get an estimate took forever to reach a apple rep, she was courteous but the phone automation saga to reach a human was overlong and maddeningly complex and convoluted , to add insult to injury apple said every stone in the NYC area would not be able to see me to drop off phone for 3 working a days ,, ridiculous and unacceptable ... i declined to use apple for this silliness.
