These guys have helped me with 2 issues, with the major one being replacing a cracked lens on a Google Pixel 2XL. I was nervous about the repair but the camera works flawlessly and you cannot tell there was work done when you look at the phone. The second issue was removing a cracked screen protector. The first time i walked into this store i got so comfortable already because of how nice the workers treated me and my son. I came in there to replace my phone screen and the pricing there was affordable and very reasonable. They have so much stuff you can get for good prices such as speakers, chargers, phones in mint condition, airpods, everything you would ever need and want.I’d always go in there to get my screen fixed and to buy phone cases and everything. This place is really underrated especially with the prices, apple let’s say charges 100-200 dollars to fix a screen and but here it’s twice as less to fix something then apple. The place is very very cleaned up and it has amazing air conditioning.

My experience was good, but not great either. I got my iPhone 7 fixed here. One thing to note is that they will NEVER tell you that the price they state does not include tax, and depending on how much you spend, it could be a big difference from their stated price. Additionally, the warranty should be more explicitly stated. The workers did their jobs without much of an issue. In all honesty, I kind of regret going here and probably would've been happier spending my money repairing my phone at Apple, since I have so many issues with this phone. I was forced to spent around $170. I don't know what other reviews are saying about getting things for free, because I didn't get a single thing for free here, regardless of spending so much. I appreciate the hard work the workers do. They are friendly and caring. Besides that, for the price I paid I don't think I'm too happy with my total experience.

All i have to say to this place is just wow, it’s so amazing seriously. They people who work there are so honest, so generous especially with the prices, and they make you feel at home. I walked into the store multiple times and they kept treating me with good energy, good vibes, and just made me feel so comfortable with them. Honestly i couldn’t ever imagine going to another place, seriously every other place either over charges or is just rude completely! It’s safe to say this place is such an amazing, awesome place to shop for. Also they sell phones in mint condition which is awesome because i can get a good phone for a good price in mint condition. I had a touch screen issue with my iPhone XS (digitizer was broken, so entire screen had to be replaced). I decided to take it to the Apple store in Grand Central to get it fixed. Once at the store, I agreed to $279 screen replacement charge. It turned out to be a huge disappointment, not only that I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get my phone back, Apple Store “technician” failed to open my phone and do any repairs to it ( because he accidentally stripped the security SCREW). He quickly went to label my phone “unfixable” and offered amazing solution:” just buy a new phone, and we can recycle this one for you”. I didn’t buy their BS narrative and decided to look for a local 3rd party cell phone repair shop. Smart Phone NYC caught my eye because of their numerous positive reviews from happy customers. So, I decided to give them a shot. Once at the store, I was greeted by Max, who immediately took my phone to his Lab... 20 minutes later I walked out from the store with a working phone ( that’s how long it took Max to diagnose and replace a screen on my “unfixable” iPhone). Not only it was lighting fast service - it was exactly 1/2 of the price that I was quoted by Apple. To anyone reading this- if your iPhone is out of warranty - don’t waste your time and $ by going to the Apple store, just call Max - and he’ll get it done for you. Max, Thank you for saving my phone - it has 3 years of pictures/videos with priceless memories.

Awesome customer service. Response was quick and when their attempt to clean a spot off my camera lens didn’t work, they didn’t even charge. At least 3 customers came in while I was waiting, and they all seemed to have a good rapport with the tech. Definitely will come back if I have more serious phone issues.

The best!!! I had an issue with my phone where the battery wouldn't accept a charge because the battery was too cold. This is a known and apparently common issue with Samsung galaxy phones. Max spent the entire day with me and my device, debugging and testing and testing some more. In the end, we got the issue resolved. So, all in all, if you have a problem with your device these guys can fix it.

I like the fact Max did a splendid job on my sisters iPhone in repairing it. It was better than what other stores do in repairing iPhones. It took about 20 minutes max to fix the screen and I highly recommend this place. The one I went to is 372 Fulton Street. It's the best!

During the quarantine, I needed to get my kids' Samsung tablets fixed for their online classes. They were able to fix their tablets (charging port issues) quickly and for a very reasonable price. I don't do reviews often, but this store definitely should get a proper recognition. Yesterday, my iPhone 6 battery, died, phone stopped charing and would always stay at 1% when plugged to a charger. Calling Apple, i was told that i need to make an appointment in their store, but the first available time would be in 2 days, I started googling for a repair store in Brooklyn and came across Smart Phone NYC, gave them a call and was told that i can bring my phone and they will do a replacement in 5 minutes. I must say when i came to them a tech guy replaced the battery in front of me in under 5 min, wow. I said that would give them a good review because they definitely deserve a good one. Highly recommend this place, they will give you a great price and fix it fast. Well done, I'm a really happy customer!

Great guys! I called around 20 minutes before they were about to close (which I didn't know btw as the hours on google say otherwise) and they told me they were closing up soon but offered to stay later! For the second time in a month, the screen of my iPhone cracked. There was no way I was going to pay Apple another $150. Fortunately, I found this spot right around the corner from my home. I found this place on google after my screen cracked for the 60th time. I have a blue iPhone 5c. I went in, told him the problem, handed him my phone, waited for 10-15 minutes and I was handed it back. It looked fixed and when I used it, it was working perfectly fine....until I decided to use two apps at the same time. I was FaceTimeing my friend while also using the Facebook when the screen suddenly turned white, showed all of my previous apps then preceded to shut off. This has never happened to me before this day and I've had this phone for almost two years. I waited a few minutes before attempting to turn it back on. It worked but now I'm scared of using two apps at the same time.
