I went there today to transfer all the data from my old iPhone to my new one. I’d spoken to Asher by phone previously, and was impressed by his honesty, patience with my questions, and genuine kindness. The five stars were spot on! I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years and am a Verizon customer, but had never gone into the shop. It is a hidden gem - clean, well-organized, in accordance with health guidelines. Moreover, Asher himself couldn’t have made what seemed like a daunting situation any more pleasant and professional. The transfer was quick, and thorough, and he was just as nice in person. He even added the phone line protection I asked for without hesitation.I won’t hesitate to recommend him and his staff to anyone in need of great customer service and selection. I’m very pleased.

I bought an IPhone 6 and needed a lot help with it. The salesperson, Lawrence, explained everything to me. He is absolutely wonderful. He explained everything step by step and in simple terms. I was there for a really long time and he never lost patience and actually had a wonderful attitude and demeanor. He drew a picture and labeled everything so it was clear and visual as well. I also needed repetition and he was able to explain even clearer!!! I actually had to return a week later to ask more questions and he had the same disposition. Another customer came in who would take less time and I told him to take the other customer and come back to me and he didn't because I was there first!!! His partner, Jonathan, in the store is just as pleasant and I noticed his interaction with other customers. Same positive attitude and calm demeanor. I recommend this store and both guys In a heartbeat.

So we first went there to see if the place had any good deals. We ended up talking to a female. She told us Verizon had deals at the moment but they were going to have better deals on Black Friday and recommended to come on that weekend. This is already a plus because we felt no pressure to buy from the worker. So we ended up coming back and purchased 5 iPhones. The staff there was very friendly. Felt very welcome. The phones weren’t in stock but they promised we should have the in 2-3 maximum business days. Phones came in and was called right away on the 3rd business day. The process went very smooth. All phone files were transferred without any issues. The experience was fun. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Very honest workers. Thank you guys.

I went into this location looking to use my upgrade to purchase an new iPhone. Danny was my salesperson and he was beyond helpful in answering all of my questions. He was very patient with me, as I am not tech savvy. I decided on the phone I wanted, however, the store did not have the color I wanted in stock at the time. On his day off, Danny drove to another Verizon wireless location in Bay Ridge to get me the phone I wanted in the color I wanted. I was able to pick up my phone the very next day. Danny and the manager, Boris, both helped me to transfer my photos and data. Awesome store! Great customer service.

Excellent service and overall experience with Eugene. I needed to switch carriers and he made the entire transaction seamless and pleasant. I felt welcomed right away, and he answered all of my questions patiently and informatively. Great experience.....the Apple technician was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. In under two hours the batteries in two phones were replaced. He also cleaned the speaker on my phone which greatly improved the sound. The other employees were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Service! I had a problem with my iPhone and the first place I thought to go was Paging Zone! When I walked in they were so nice to me! I explained them what my issue was and they help me in no time! They explained in detail what they were going to do and while they were doing it they showed me as well. My iPhone screen cracked and couldn’t access my information but I was due for an upgrade. So I walked into this Verizon store with my whole world on my phone. I was met instantly with amazing friendly service. Frankie and Jay were extremely helpful. At first I didn’t know what was wrong with my phone at all and expected me to pay more than $100+ When Jay opened my phone he found an amazing solution. Frankie immediately went to work on my phone and they both kept me company and offered me deals and spoke to me about switching over to Verizon (which I’m highly considering) within the hour I was presented with a new phone at a reasonable price. The help I received was impecable and I highly recommend everyone to come into this store and be helped out by these wonderful people. They knew what they were talking about and I was definitely informed about all my options before choosing the best one. Come in. I highly recommend it!

These guys not only friendly and excellent looking,, but they are PROFESSIONAL and VERY HELPFUL. I had a very bad experience with Apple and was ready to go nuts. These guys not only corrected the situation, but did it with humor and extremely fast. Boris and Daniel are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and the customer service they provide is outstanding! I had an issue with my iPhone for a few months and I went to a number of locations (of a different provider) seeking for help, and no one could do anything or even care about it. Even the same day, I went to two other offices (and one of them is Verizon on Kings hwy) , where I was given a terrible customer service and left totally upset with no phone working. Thank God, I gave it another try and stopped by in this office! Boris was just like a superhero and fixed that problem in a couple of minutes. Furthermore, I needed to call a customer service and Daniel called them and stood on hold for good 40 minutes. Even after the store was officially closed, these guys were staying and helping me and other customers. Daniel was incredibly patient and made sure to get all issues with my phone and my line resolved. Thank you guys, you really made my day!! Very impressed.

The manager and crew here are amazing. I keep coming back because of the excellent service. I recently returned an item and was given a replacement with no questions asked. The best part is that they know me there and treat me special. If they don't recall your name, they will remember next time. I entered the Verizon store with ambivalence. I had a recent negative experience with the Atlantic Mall branch and was expecting the same today. IHAD to come in for I lost my phone and needed a replacement. Boy was in in for a surprise. A pleasant one! Roman Eugene and a Lawrence provided me with the best customer service i have experienced in a long time! No question was disregarded and all inquiries were patiently addressed. I was guided in making the best choice for my phone needs and educated regarding those choices. Specials and perks were explored adding to my POSITIVE Verizon experience. I could not thank them enough for their assistance. Other branches should be trained in this fashion and if so, Verizon would surely flourish. Verizon take notice and heed. This place is amazing! I had to replace a cracked screen and get a new battery on two different phones and and they took care of it quickly and professionally. I used to have to go to Manhattan or Williamsburg but now this place offers apple approved repairs and it’s right down the block from me. I hope they have more places like this around Brooklyn.

I came into the store for a problem that a store in NJ had made on my mother's account. They took complete advantage of my elderly mother and added a new unauthorized line on the account instead of just upgrading her line normally. I came back to this store that I have been coming to for years and Jonathan took it upon himself to clean up the entire mess that wasn't even his fault. He sat with customer service for an hour and got all my fees removed and brought my mother's account back to normal. I absolutely love him!

An outstanding service! I have a habit of periodically checking if there are any upgrades/new deals on the existing Verizon plan. It could be confusing at times on the internet so doing it in person is easier and Sheepshead Bay store is a perfect place to do it. The store is fully staffed so there is always someone to answer your questions. During my recent visit I've got an excellent advice from Eugene to switch to another plan . Dan did the actual switching. The guys were attentive, courteous and efficient. The new plan gave me an extra 2 gigs of data per month and reduced my monthly bill by $30.

They also transferred all the information from her OLD Iphone 6 to the New Iphone 11 no glitches and everything appeared on the new phone. Amazing. Words cannot describe how happy I am that I decided to come to this Verizon store. My iPhone was not updating properly. Not only did they help me, Roman and Eugene went out of their way to make sure none of my information would be lost while fixing the issue. When I woke up this morning I didn't have any of my contacts on my phone and I was freaking out non stop, not only that but my phone was freezing up on me and than after all that greatness non of my emails would go through. I came in here on the word of a friend and literally couldn't be happier. The Apple guy took my phone and not only got my contacts back and showed me how to access them through the google. Before I walked into the apple/Verizon store on June 13, 2019, I had been struggling to charge my phone for about a year. Every time I wanted to charge my phone, I had to fidget with the wire for about 10 minutes till I got it to stay charging. Hours and hours of time wasted over the year just trying to get the phone to charge. Hundreds of mornings waking up and realizing that the phone moved an inch in middle of the night and didn’t charge. The pain and agony was unbearable. I bought around 3 new chargers before I realized it was the charging port that was the problem. I tried to clean it over and over, but to no avail. The charging port stayed broke. The problem was, I was in Israel for the year, and was scared to fix it in any of the pop up shops over there. The day I got back to New York, I discovered the apple/Verizon store on east 9th street and kings highway. I walked in, showed them my problem, and they cheerfully cleaned and fixed the charging port in FIVE minutes FREE of charge. Excellent costumer service by Fatima, Frankie, and Kevin. The experience brightened my entire day. Huge thank you to the staff. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend.

They kept trying to make me buy another phone because they didn't have the phone I had my eyes set on in stock. They tried SO hard to try to sell me a phone I didn't want, also they told me to put in a deposit for the phone, when I went to another store they told me they could hold the phone for me without a deposit.
