Very Professional and friendly!!! I’m having a problem with my iPhone X camera microphone. It simply doesn’t record voice the first five seconds, Although they didn’t solve the problem yet, They were very helpful and friendly and tried everything to do to get it fix.. They still giving me the option to leave my phone there for a few hours so they can do better diagnostic. But I’m not ready for that. I also used them several times to change my iPhone screen (The guy Juan already knows me by name 😂). I got a loyal customer discount. and also got a free screen protector installed ON THE HOUSE! Guys this is the one and only one place to go, no matter which broken phone you have, they will always have the parts in stock, best customer service, it’s a real treat to walk in there, The screen of my iPhone XS Max was broken so went to the apple store on 5’th ave and they advised me that they can only troubleshoot today and repair the screen tomorrow, (why that can’t be together I don’t know,) So I was very upset , I came to Brooklyn and my friend advised me to try ifixscreens so I did, I came in and was greeted with a nice smile by Juan, and he told me not to worry it will take approximately half hour, and after 17 minutes I was out the door with a beautiful phone and a huge smile! Awesome job

I was recently on a vacation to NYC with my wife and while enjoying our first night out I managed to to some pretty serious damage to my Samsung S20 front and back screen. After trying another phone repair shop I was informed that 1: the part would have to be ordered 2: would take a day to repair. I needed my personal phone for the trip so I rang up IFixScreens and was informed that they had the part and come on in. On getting to the store I was greeted By a gentleman called Juan, who was by far the nicest person we came across on your trip. The extra bonus was the phone screen was repaired to brand new condition and in under a 90 minutes. I would high recommend there service and to ask for Juan

EDIT: Changing my review to say I had exceptional customer service, I won't say what they did because they may not do that for everyone but I had to go back concerning my repair and now they have a customer for life. I'll always come here and recommend it to anybody. It was expensive but that is what it is with phones these days. Fast professional service Juan helped get my phone back within a few hours and let someone else drop the phone off and it was easy to pick up with no hassle.

Asked for quote online and received it, day later had brought in my device to get fixed. Screen got fixed but several black spots did appear on the device, I decided to bring the device back in. Only giving 4 stars because I didn't actually have work done, though I'm sure if I did it would be a 5 star experience. I was having issues with my note 9 boot looping, and dropped by to see what my possible repair options were. After talking a bit he figured it's very likely a hardware issue, and any possible software fixes would likely not resolve it. We agreed my best plan would be to just do a factory reset unless I absolutely wanted it to be repaired. In the end the factory reset didn't resolve it, it was a hardware issue, and I ended up getting a new phone. It was nice to see a store looking out for the customer vs just trying to just make money. All my options were laid out clearly, and instead of pushing for one or the other. Thank you!

The loss of one-star came due to the lack of notification beforehand that you are charged a six percent (6%) when using a credit card. Had I known of this fee, I would have gotten cash.

I came in to fix my screen, service was good though the price was a bit too high. At first the guy told me it would be $140 then when I started to leave he said he will give it for $130 and then he went down to $100 (another shop in the area quoted me $90). The actual fixing took less than 15 minutes and my phone works great since then.

Def the best customer service I encountered. Went in to fix my Samsung galaxy s8 screen. Colin at the store was extremely nice and asked me to put down a deposit for the screen which I did. Two days later I found out my insurance can cover the damage and I asked Colin to cancel the order which he did and I got a full refund. Awesome experience. I had a broken camera screen and after the replacement piece was ordered it didn't take very long to repair it. As irony would have it, later that night my camera wouldn't auto focus. I took it in the next morning, right when they opened up, and Colin was able to get back in there and clear out whatever broken glass debris was hiding. Camera works. Screen repaired. Happy camper! Incredible customer service. We stopped by to have my wife’s screen repaired and were greeted by Prakash. I can’t speak highly enough about how friendly, relaxed, and helpful he was. He was very straightforward about what he was replacing and the costs associated with it, and even gave us a heads up about some other damage to the phone that was unrelated to the screen. The best part is, he wasn’t pushy about selling extra services, he was purely telling us out of respect. When I returned to pick up the phone, he even flagged that the colors on the screen seemed a little off and wanted my opinion since he wasn’t sure if it was a theme or the phone background causing an illusion. After looking it over it did seem like it was just the background, but he assured me if it continued to feel miscalibrated that we could bring it back and they’d take care of it under warranty. Throughout the whole experience, Prakash felt more like a friend than salesman, and that is invaluable. When we eventually need another repair, I know exactly where I’ll be going. Thank you for all your help.

this place was a pain in the ass. My tablet system software all of sudden got messed up. I found this place the next day. It took 2 weeks to get it fixed . But they were able to fixed my system i have no idea . What they did. I guess they know how to fixed software issue on top of there fixing the screens. The charged me me 54.43 dollars. That was a good price. Honestly if it was more i would have gave up on my tablet. Colin thank you for helping me with my tablet. I know the way i sounded last week. Went to repair my Samsung Galaxy S6's charging port, and although it took a bit longer than I expected, the woman there did not stop working at it until my phone was completely back to normal- she even threw in a free screen protector for my trouble, and the wait was not a problem since they had a nice couch and Netflix to watch at the location. The charging port works fine now and no other parts of the phone broke in the process of the repair!

Decided to ask in here if there was anyway it could be repaired and was told to go back to T Mobile as it was Samsung's problem, not mine. I now have a replacement phone on the way! I did some google searching in the Williamsburg neighborhood and came across iFixScreens on Broadway. There were all these posts about how great their customer service was, with everyone specifically naming Colin. The reviews were so glowing, I actually thought maybe Colin had put his friends up to it. But I walk over and am the first customer in and the guy behind the desk is so friendly and professional I'm like "are you the Colin that everyone loves in the google reviews" and he laughs and says "yeah, I work my ass off for those." I gave him my phone, bought him a coffee, and it was fixed in under 45 minutes. Could not have been more satisfied with the experience. Any more issues with my phone I'm going straight to Colin.

I had 3 ipads fixed here (AT ONCE). They, the people, were amazing. They were professional, so nice, and fast. Other than glue on the sides of all of them (not a big deal to me since I plan to put cases on all of them) two of my ipads came back looking like new (as new as a 3 year old ipad can look) but my 3rd was not ok. The screen had visible streaks in it. I mean seriously visible. I mentioned it to the front desk girl and she was a little too dismissive in my opinion. She said it would not affect the touch features...well maybe not...but the VISUAL FEATURE was definitely affected. It looked really bad, nothing like the other 2. I was in a rush and needed to get out of there so I took them anyway. I have 3 months to bring it back if anything goes wrong. We will see, hopefully the lines become less of an eye sore. It has been almost 2 weeks of straight use, lots of kids in my house to test the product. They all seem to touch fine and look great, except, you guessed it, the one with the streaks. That one you have to be a bit more aggressive with your touch. Truly a great experience but I would be remiss to sing their praises without pointing out their flaws. As a business practice they should only send out their best work and compared to the other 2 they did on the same day this was clearly lacking. She should had offered to fix it, instead she made excuses.
