5 stars is not enough! I want to leave 10 stars. This place is amazing. We live in a throw-away culture, driven by consumerism and corporate greed. In this case it was what turned out to be a perfectly good 1st generation iPhone SE. My screen alternated between no-response mode and possessed mode (generating phantom taps and swipes). About a half-dozen different attempts through different avenues at Apple came up with nothing better than: "you should buy a new iPhone because fixing this will take days and hundreds of dollars". Hah. Wonder why they say that? Anyway THIS place.... fixed it in 20 minutes for well under $100. And it's like having a new iPhone SE. I highly recommend iFixScreens. It will be the FIRST place I go to from now on.

I've been here three times and before each visit I called ahead to other local repair shops to see if they can fix what I needed to be fixed. All said no or yes but it will take a few days. Only this shop said yes. Not just yes and come back tomorrow rather yes and come back in an hour. Fast service is the key to a successful reputable business especially for a electronic/screen repair shop. People's lives are tied to their phones and the crew at this shop realized that hence they did the job "the sooner the better". Elven Muhammed and Abdu were extremely friendly fast and professional. My iPad Pro stopped charging after many years of usage, screen time indicated at least +10 hours a day every day for 4+ years. I needed a quick resolve to remedy my situation, within a 1 mile radius I can find over 8 service shops. So many decisions, different price points, many reviews, some just ok, some to avoid, many seems to dissatisfied from the various repair shops I decided on the ifixscreens to give a call and a general price quote, they picked up immediately, answered my quick question on a fast turnaround and reliable service. I stopped by after researching the few other shops I can also get an estimate and other service details. The ifixscreens team was more the ones to do the delicate service, it requires complete knowledge and confidence to pull off the charging port repair, the screen is thin and not for the novice technician. They were able to have the part in stock, do a diagnostic to see if it was another issue not part related, and get me a working iPad in under 3 hours. Go to ifixscreens for all professional repairs, read their reviews and a few others before you decide on the technician who will open up your expensive devices, who can fix it above all others. Do not trust a better price point because the money spent is the quality of service expected to receive. It will be the best and safest choice to make. Visit the local ifixscreens shop, I’m lucky they opened one in park slope, get you fixes done without issues.

I had a great experience at iFixScreens. My Pixel phone was having serious hardware issues. I brought it in, and Abdul was able to figure out exactly what the problem was. He had to order a part, which came in very quickly. Once he had the part, he let me know that I could bring the phone in. The repair itself was fast, so I only had to leave my phone at the shop for about an hour and a half, and he sent me an email as soon as the repair was done so I could pick it up. Since you keep asking for my comments, I will provide them... Repair work was excellent and finished on time. However, the technician when taking my information quoted the price and indicated "that it would be better if I paid in cash." He left out the part about a percentage added to the bill for using my card, which might have encouraged me to seek out an ATM before settling the bill. Accidental omission? Deceptive?

They fixed my apple watch screen and it seems good as new! My one, minor compliant: they really underestimated the time it would take for the repair. I think I was told about 4 or 5 days but it really took about 10 days. That being said, I would definitely go back and recommend them to others.

Totally recommend. It’s not a cut-rate repair shop, but they are very straightforward and knowledgeable, and that is all I could ask for in this situation. They fixed a cracked iPhone screen with FaceID, and we went through all the options and prices. Abdul even showed me how I could physically tell the difference between the types of screens once installed to reassure me of their credibility. Pros: Quick fix , they work hard and stayed passed closing time to fix my phone (which I really appreciated ), they were responsive and ordered my part quickly . They were professional and polite. Cons: Screen I got looks very different from original. Colors are off, not as bright , and now I cant see any image with my polarized sunglasses which I did before. Mohammed was quick to reiterate three times that I got water damage , which to his defense is possible but that doesn't justify why the colors are dull and brightness is low. So I felt that he was passing the blame on that to try and shut me up. I called back and was told that the screen they ordered on Amazon is an OEM screen, so why is everything so different now? I paid almost $150 to get my screen fixed ($30 of which was for expedited shipping), this is not what I expected . I could've ordered a screen myself and took it to a much cheaper place to swap which I now wish I did after seeing the end product. Also the top and bottom part of my phone chassis are now different colors since the ordered screen came with a different top/bottom chassis color. Mohammed stated these pieces are newer so he thought i would prefer these but I wish he asked before so I could've told him I wanted the original pieces so my phone doesn't look like a Frankenstein phone. He stayed late to fix my phone so when I inquired about changing it at the end he asked if I can come back tomorrow . Well if I didn't live 45 minutes away I would've , I don't want to drive 1.5 hours for something that could've been done correctly the first time if he had asked. Also now the back of the phone is much harder to close and doesn't easily click in as it should . Not happy , won't be going back. Be aware replacing a screen voids your warranty. Update : Mohamed contacted me to rectify the issue and ensure I leave a happy customer. I was glad he reached out and will update this review after.

I just came back from picking up my Galaxy note 10 plus from this shop. I had the pleasure of having Mandy work with me. He was very helpful, patient and kind. It also would seem that he did a fantastic job fixing my screen which was cracked and caused the phone to be unusable. Experience with the shop itself was very good so far. As long as the phone holds up over time this was a good experience but only time will tell. If anything changes I will update this review. As of right now I can highly recommend this shop as well as Mandy who has been an excellent technician and person. I must say that I do believe that it was a little bit expensive when compared to a few other shops that I priced out. This is the only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5. Everything came out to a little over $400 after tax. Other places that I priced out where between 300 and 350 to replace the screen. I went with this shop because they were the closest one to me and it seemed like the fastest way to get my phone back. As of right now I'm very happy with the whole experience and I would come back again.

About a week or two ago I was in Brooklyn on business from Queens and based on the reviews stopped at the shop to get my screen on my iPhone 8 fixed. Abdul was very busy and told me it would take about two hours I explain to him that I had to go all the way back to queens for a business meeting and couldn’t wait for two hours he was so cool about it he said no sweat wait a couple minutes and fixed my phone in about 20 minutes He was very polite very nice good guy did a great job very quickly at a good price highly recommend I fix screens very reasonable very fast great job !!! Nice place. The power cord kept falling out of my iPhone. Muhammad tried a simple cleaning before replacing the lightening socket and it worked. I made a same-day appointment thinking I needed a new charge port and battery for my iPhone 6s. They could easily have taken my money for the new charge port, but it turned out I only needed to have the existing port cleaned, which saved both time and money! The newly cleaned port holds the lightning connector so much better now, and it took only seconds to fix. I'm not sure why they needed an hour to replace the battery, but, so far, it seems to be humming like a charm. They even showed me where on the phone I could check the battery status (which had indicated service was required before the repair, but now shows "peak performance"). It was refreshing to shop somewhere local and honest. I highly recommend this shop for your cell phone repair needs.

My phone unexpectedly shut off one day and told me what I can consider for long-term solutions and the implications of each choice in addition to pointing out several other issues with my phone that I didn't even know existed. He told me right away that he would need to fix the dent for the screen replacement to work. I love this place! Mohammed is very nice and does what he can to give you the best price and fastest turn around. I came here to fix the screen on my Apple Watch, which they did. A few weeks later the screen popped off, which turned out to be an issue with the Apple battery expanding (Apple's fault not theirs). Since I had already been there and the man remembered me, he performed the labor for the second fix for free (I still had to pay for a new battery). Prices are good- certainly cheaper than doing anything through Apple. Mohammed also cleaned my screen for free and charger port. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood as I'm sure I'll be needing their services again one day.

SECOND FOLLOW UP - I took the phone back, Mohammad ordered a screen from a different company and replaced it at no cost. However, I was promised a tempered screen protector with my purchase and never got it because they wanted to use the more expensive screen on my phone. That was fine with me but the more expensive screen looks pretty faded and dull compared to my original screen. I don’t know now.... After three visits to an Apple store, Apple was telling me to throw away my iPhone6, and that they would not even give me a credit to trade it in on a replacement. My iPhone 6 screen stopped working, so I brought it to the Apple Store, and they gave me a brand new phone (same model) for the same cost as repairing the old one. A mere 3 months later, the microphone on the brand new phone stopped working. I brought it back to the Apple Store and was told the microphone wasn't fixable, and that I'd have to buy a new phone. Before dropping hundreds of dollars on a new phone, I took mine to iFixScreens, where Mohammad gave me a summary of possible fixes and started with the most obvious one--replacing the part that includes the microphone. He fixed my phone in 20 minutes for about $60, and also gave me a few tips to increase life and performance of the phone. He couldn't have been a friendlier and more charming presence. I think I can now consider Mohammed a friend after the wonderful service I received from him and his store over the course of 2 days. I had returned from Bahamas and my phone totally crapped out and would not charge. I took my iphone 7 plus to 3 Apple locations in which they could not tell me what was wrong with the phone; only that they couldn’t fix it, would not open it to figure out what was wrong and the only option they could offer me was to buy a new phone outright, not ideal especially since all my data could not be recovered if the phone couldn’t be turned on. I found ifixscreens on Google and decided to give it a chance as it was very close to my house. After bringing my phone to ifixscreens, Mohammed was able to open it and turn on my phone in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES!!!!! After figuring out the issue with my phone, I came in the next day to sync my phone to a newly purchased iphone. Mohammed stayed at the store with me to back up my phone until 10:30pm (2.5 hours after his closing time). He is a wonderful man and very great at his job. I dropped my Samsung 7 and the screen no longer worked. I bought a new phone (IPhone) but the carrier couldn’t access or transfer anything from the old broken phone. There goes over a decade of photos, messages, etc—only some saved on the cloud. I went to IFixScreens in Park Slope hoping they could help. They did a backup of my old phone and uploaded photos and videos to a cloud Google account so I could access them from anywhere. I had to go back to transfer the old phone info onto my new one. I showed up without an appointment at about 6:45pm on a weeknight. I was greeted by a friendly and gracious Mohamad right away. He told me it would take a little while to transfer everything and I should come back at a morning appointment since I’d have to be here with both phones to do it. I mentioned that might be hard with my schedule. Mohamad told me not to worry and that he would help me after the appointment that was scheduled at that time was done. He helped the scheduled customers and a few walk-ins with quick inquiries. It was getting late at this point, yet he didn’t ask me to leave and come back. He told me he would do it, no problem. There was a lot of data on the phone and the transfer was going VERY slowly. The store was set to close at 8pm but the transfer was still going at 9pm. Still, Mohamad was gracious and stayed open doing the transfer until everything was complete. His customer service is amazing and I highly recommend this place and Mohamad, particularly!!

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for in this case. Muhammad and Chase are genuine guys. I brought in an ipad with a very damaged screen, corner and home button. They were honest about the possibility of not being able to fix the home button. They called during the repair to update me on cost so I would not be surprised. A couple hours later I picked up my ipad completely fixed and ready to use. Muhammad also gave me a free screen protector and recommended a better case type of case! Hopefully I won't have to return, but if needed, I won't hesitate to go see Muhammad.

I came here with my mother as a walk in for a badly damaged samsung galaxy phone that has been dropped more than I'd like to admit, and honestly needed to be completely replaced. Initially I was in a bad mood because I thought that my phone might've been damaged beyond repair or that I might loose all of my data. However, my mood was quickly turned around when I was greeted by Mohammed, the technician. He was very welcoming and took care of me right away. He assessed the situation right in front of me and explained in detail what was wrong. While waiting, the atmosphere was calm due in part to a great music selection and very intriguing yet also informative documentaries that acted as a great conversational piece amongst waiting patrons. As other customers came in, I observed how he went out of his way to make sure that everyone was not only comfortable, but to give everyone the same amount of attention. He strives to save each customer as much money as possible and in general is a very genuine and personable person. Well deserved 5+ stars, and would definately recommend to anyone else who is in need of a phone repair.

When my Chromebook 14 screen broke, I was a little nervous on what to do. I thought that the lcd screen was broken, but since geeksquad wanted to charge a $40 diagnosis fee before repairing it I wanted the free diagnosis at iFixScreens. Once I did that, the staff was very nice and specially ordered the part as well as repairs for an affordable price. Additionally, when they were sent two defective lcd screens the didn't charge me for my screen. Overall, incredible service
