First of all, I have never written a review line this before. I had such great customer service that I felt compelled to write one. Jose provided the best customer service I have ever received. We came in feeling pretty stressed out about Having lost my phone. Jose was super responsive, had a great sense of humor throughout our experience and moved us along really quickly. We actually left our experience in a really good mood and feeling really supported. Once again, the best customer service I have received. Thank you Jose!!!

Jose is wonderful at his job! He's friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He's also got great jokes. If he isn't already running the place, Russell Cellular needs to promote this man and make sure it keeps him around. Leaving work yesterday evening, I unceremoniously dropped my iPhone, shattering the screen. I needed a quick replacement but was dreading having to go to the store to replace it as I was tired and didn't want to spend hours on this unscheduled task. I was pleasantly surprised to have only spent maybe 30 minutes in the store - Jose was able to address my exact needs quickly. And not only that, he was helping me while also simultaneously helping another customer, without affecting the quality of help to either of us. Jose's multitasking abilities are off the chart. All around great experience because of Jose.

I have never had a pleasant experience at any phone company store until today. I was immediately greeted and helped by José who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. While I was waiting for my phone data to transfer to my new phone he kept me and another customer entertained with conversation and laughs. He had answers and solutions to every question I had. It was honestly the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. He turned what is usually a tedious and frustrating process into an enjoyable afternoon.

Terrance was outstanding! I stopped by this Verizon store last week and he walked me through options. I was not ready to buy as yet, so he handed me his card and told me to just let him know when he could be of service to me. I called him yesterday and came back to the store today. He was so pleasant and friendly and extremely patient with me. He was simultaneously training another young man, who was helping another customer. So, he can multi-task without losing his train of thought. He really has phenomenal sales skills and established rapport with me immediately. I was in Hospitality Sales prior to retiring, and I hired a lot of sales people in my career. I was always looking for people who had his natural “people skills” because it is a trait no one learns. You either have them or you don’t. I would have hired him away from Verizon in a flash. He’s a star!

I went in to get a new sims card for my iPad. I had to pay 6 bucks for it and just the week before I had gone into another Verizon store and was not charged. The staff was friendly but I do feel they could have been a tad more professional. Example - guy was helping me and who I thought was store manager came over and need the computer being used for my sale. It kicked my salesman out and I had to wait longer because the process had to be started all over. Would I go back - probably not mainly because I did not agree I should have had to pay due to my circumstances with my iPad. So $6 cost them my business for any future items.

My daughters and went in and there was three people ahead of us with one employee, so we were going to leave but decided to stay. After waiting for a while another employee came in took the next customer and then we were next, the employee name was delisha when I tell you she was really good at her job and her people skills are wonderful, she made us feel real comfortable. I never feel inclined to write a review, but given the outstanding service that Brittany B has given me on FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS, I feel compelled to state how professional and diligent in solving our problems. She was able on one occasion to salvage my son's data (the phone was wrecked from water damage) and she never lost patience during the long process. This brought great relief to my son. On three other occasions, Brittany has worked very diligently and competently to make sure we have a fully serviced phone when we leave the store. The professionalism and competency Brittany brings the Verizon brand is a key reason I stay with the service. Thank you.
