I have an older model laptop that is still in pretty good condition, but it just needed a battery. After taking it several other places, I was told that it was old, parts could not be ordered, and even encouraged to ditch it and get a new one. I went into the store and was told that a battery could be ordered. I was so elated. This afternoon I picked up my device, and it is working nicely. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!

T-mobile referred us because we have Samsung Z phones. They were very friendly and most helpful. They made us feel that we were welcome and that they would do everything to make the repair as soon as possible, including calling other local locations to see if they had the needed part. I've been here before, right around the time they first opened. I was happy with the service then. Not sure what changed, but when I called to get a quote for a screen replacement, the guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I came in anyway the next day, since I rationalized that he may have just been having a bad day. (I've worked retail and it happens! <3) Everyone in store was super nice, as always. They were pretty busy when I went, but got the repair done within the quoted time and they were very kind and polite. I'm giving them four stars because after I got my phone screen repaired, I restarted the device to resync with my bluetooth devices and wifi at home, and I got an alert that they did not use a genuine Apple screen to repair my phone. If the difference in price from going through Apple Care or through these guys is less than $60 (which it was, still is for my phone), I'd rather get genuine and certified parts. (My preference and I should have double checked!) I will, however, continue to recommend them for people who have other devices or don't use Apple Care.

Seems to be good repair work (I've only had screen replacements done here). But the service is very slow and I don't like having home+ insurance pushed on me every time I walk through the door. Getting each customer checked in, put into the system, and repair started takes far too long. I thought this was a one time thing, but it has happened all 3 times I've used their service. Good repairs, could use a little streamlining to get faster services though.

I went in today for my appt because of a cracked screen . Jackson was extremely extremely helpful . He greeted me immediately. The process was very simple and complex . Jackson guided me on the steps i needed to do on my phone before I left . Told me 2 hours and it was actually fixed before that. My phone screen quality was also good. My phone is looking new . I got my screen replaced here, and it was the most convenient experience I have had with phone repairs! When I called, they gave me a quote of what they thought would be the issue. It turned out to be accurate. When I came in, they went out of their way to explain the problem and show me the parts I was purchasing to understand why that would fix the issue. Done in under 2 hours! Very friendly here, as well.

The place is clean. Some of the workers need more customer service training. I brought my laptop to be serviced. It is an older model laptop so there were some difficulties that required that my files be removed. I brought my portable drive but apparently it didn't work. So I had to bring my only laptop available and informed them I would need it back that day. When I arrived there was alot of confusion on the tech side as to what I was there for. It was partially resolved by him reading the notes on my case. However when I explained that I needed the laptop right back after the transfer he told me that they may not be able to do that because there were people ahead of me. I told him that was promised to me and he checked with someone in the back and then he came back and said it would be completed today. Fast forward I went back to pick up my laptop and after signing a receipt, I inquired about the first laptop I brought in. Had I not inquired I wouldn't have known the computer was ready. As I do not live anywhere near the place, I would have been quite angry if I left and had to come back. What I figured out during my business with several different techs us that some are more knowledgeable and customer friendly then others. That problem needs to be addressed. My other concern is there is no handicap parking available due to street construction. The curb to get into the stores are very high. I have a disability and found it quite difficult to get into the businesses. I'm not understanding how people who own these buildings are getting away with not being ADA compliant.

The phone was bulging after they returned it to me and were apathetic to fix it, they heated it up pressed it down and handed it back to me with it continuing to bulge, stating I should call Samsung and send the phone to them to repair.

I wish i could give this place the 5th star, but my initial experience takes that away. Jarrod, the first employee I spoke with, was not pleasant. He said he couldn't find my claim by any of the information I had and he definitely needed the confirmation ID # to find my claim. This was not that easy for me, as my coming in to fix my phone hindered that. I couldn't use my screen at all. I drove all the way home to my computer to get this information ,which normally because of my retail experience I would blame on myself, but when I came in not 10 minutes later, Drew, the employee I was handed to, found me almost immediately. Jarrod also decided to be short with me upon my return, there was no helpfulness, no pleasantries, nothing. Sure, when I first left I was upset, my device provider was unhelpful all morning and it is very hard to get your screen repaired when you need your phone to make claims and appointments, which is so odd, and no one was willing to help when I am already stressed this happened in the first place. I am very grateful for the fast service that followed. Under 3 hours and I had a brand new screen, thats also Samsung certified so all of the water resistant properties were assured. Drew, if you ever find this, I am so thankful for your help and for being so nice and great.

The repair has a 90 day sanding warranty.

I didn't end up getting my phone fixed here because the person very honestly told me it wasn't worth fixing and explained why in good enough detail for me to believe him. I had traveled from FL to Gulf Port, MS initially to get my phone fix but Tyler at MS location fail to tell me (when speaking to him over the phone) prior to me making a trip that parts may not be available. As a result, I end up going to this location to get my phone fix where GT, Chris, and Paul were happly and willingly to assist. They were all extremely professional, kind, and educational on how to avoid future problems with my phone. Since I'm not from LA they went above and beyond by telling me some nearby places where I can kill time while they fix my phone. I want to sincerely thank those guys at that location for their patience and assistance. The guy who helped me was Jared. He was very professional, friendly and QUICK! Dropped it off at 10, they texted my husband that it was was ready by 11! I had a nasty shatter on the back glass that affected the camera's focusing. (Samsung Galaxy S9+) It was a quarter of the price ($65 after tax) I would've paid to make an insurance claim through my phone provider & my manufacturers warranty is still intact!

I went to ubreakifix on Severn in Metairie to get my desktop fixed. Rodolfo helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure my rig was in the best shape possible. I built my pc myself (first build) and didn’t do the best job with the wiring (it was a mess). He reorganized all the wiring for me in addition to getting my battery replaced. Highly highly recommend, kids a genius.
