We went in to trade in a phone to upgrade. After 2 hrs, and being told it was no problem, we were told the phone couldn't be used for a trade in because their system said it was a bad IMEI?? We'd bought the phone outright 6 months before that?? They said Tmobile and Sprint had not fully merged their systems yet... YOU THINK?? While we were there a lady came in with a new IPhone 13 she'd just bought from Sprint 4 days before and which she couldn't make or receive calls on. She was told that was because it was an older phone by one employee before they ever looked at her phone. The lady told them no... it was not an older phone BUT a brand new Sprint IPhone 13. The employee then owned up to their systems were not fully merged yet... I myself, have a 2 yr old Sprint Galaxy Note 10 Plus, and can't even get a signal half the time in New Orleans!!

Great customer service and knowledge. Vernell was very patient and gave me well informed information while there getting a new phone only thing I have to say bad is they didn't have certain things like case and screen protector but all in all a good visit

Best store in New Orleans to get stuff done! Ivan Jackson the store manager got a customer service issue resolved and removed on my account. Then took the time to help me get a more powerful Mobile hotspot for my RV and helped me get it set up! Go here for to get stuff done right away! Great customer service and dedicated to what they do!

Tanner was very helpful and thorough with explaining how T-mobile functions for a new customer like myself. Tanner took the time to explain my payments and how everything would work. I highly recommend this place.

My neighborhood T-Mobile shop on S. Carrollton shut down, so I came in here with three phones wanting to swap cards and reset/transfer everything. I was unprepared, didn't know a lot of passwords, the iPhone-Android mess was part of the mission... I was a really shaky customer, but Jarrell just HANDLED it. He was patient, kept it fun, knew all the right answers, wouldn't let me leave until it was straight, stayed positive even when we had to start over, and even managed to help others at the same time so I wasn't the loser holding everyone else up. Jarrell is the champ, just a true pro. He's clearly going places, but while Jarrell's there this Timo shop is the one to visit.

My day started off terrible when my phone blew up, but got better when I showed up at the T-Mobile store. Meg wash the one who helped me. She gave me several solutions on how to help me with my problem. We settled on one even though they were out of the iPhone se that I wanted. She was so helpful and funny I wish I could do more then right a review for her. Thank you meg. Oh and store manager "GET THE STORE PHONE FIXED".
