I ran into bad traffic getting there and was a little late, but they kindly stayed and replaced my screen. Efficient and thorough with great customer service! I highly recommend them!

So it's a Thursday morning and I'm going to get in my car when I take my phone out of my pocket and go to look at it and sure enough the thing slips right out of my fingers and lands face down on some pebble concrete... I pick it up and sure enough the whole screen is cracked up and it will barely function anymore. So I call a couple of places locally and they tell me that they either can't get the part or don't want to do the job because it's a curved screen phone... I'm so glad my next call was to iSupply because Nick over there basically told me that he could get the new screen the next day and could change a curved screen in his sleep! Sure enough, by Friday evening my phone was back to full functional capability and I didn't have to go through the hassle of losing all my pics and buying another phone! Thank you Nick and iSupply! Hopefully I never break my phone again but if I do, I know it's in good hands!

Best service ever! Great repair and so fast!. I went to get my iPhone 6 plus screen fixed because it cracked years ago and, one day, my battery died on me only for the phone to lock me out after restarting since the touch screen won't work anymore. I am a full-time student so I have a lot of my notes and lectures on there so my main priority was to keep the contents safe. Went into the store, and Nemo told me it could be fixed in an hour. I was all ready to wait days for it. My phone also had water damage so they also cleaned the earpiece to get the speaker working again. Nemo and everyone from the store are the best!! This was during Mardi Gras week too so everywhere was either closed early or the whole day. I am very happy with the result!

Highly recommend iSupply. They were very friendly, professional, and competent. My camera was not working on my iphone 6s+. I called ahead, they said they had the part in stock, and could fix it in an hour for an affordable price. When I went to pick up the phone they asked me to test it for satisfaction, but it wasn’t focusing at a distance. They immediately spotted a spec of dust in the lens, asked to clean it again (which took ten minutes), and it is now working like brand new. Will return if something else happens.

Had an awesome experience today at iSupply! My iPhone XS screen was fixed within 30 minutes of arriving to the store. I never got the name of the man who helped me, but he was friendly, knowledgeable, and even made sure I got today's sale price added to my order. He also ran diagnostics on my phone to help me with issues beyond my broken screen. Pricing was great--about 1/2 the cost of what Apple was going to charge me. Highly recommend!

My phone screen was absolutely shattered when I came in. Parts hadn't been released yet by the manufacturer to repair it, but the store kept in touch with me about when the hardware was to be released. After biweekly contact for four months, I got the good news. They called me in, took my phone, and had it ready 4 days later - even though there were manufacturer defects in the first part that was shipped to them. The team here was open about all the issues they had experienced or that I could expect, and allowed me to test my phone thoroughly before accepting my final payment. Fantastic service, excellent quality, and confident workmanship are to be expected when taking your tech to this location. Phone came out good as new! 10/10, would recommend!

The battery on my iPhone 6S was no longer holding much of a charge. The owner showed me how to check the health of the battery. After seeing how bad off it was, he offered to replace the battery for me at a low cost. I left my phone with him, and in about an hour, my wife received a call from them saying that it was ready! The employee behind the counter gave me the phone and showed me that it was working properly. I haven’t had any more battery problems since then. The service was great! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I am recommending iSupply to all of my friends and family.

after leaving best buy mistreated as usual i drove 3 blocks down veterans and found this wonderful place. i was looking for a case for my iPhone 5. best buy said they no longer stock it. that's pretty much the same answer i get every time i go there.well as i entered i supply i immediately pleasantly greeted by a young man name Mitch. he showed me a wide assortment of cases that would accommodate my phone. i picked a pretty navy blue model at which point Mitch gave me a full demonstration on how to use it. i paid a good price and i am very happy with Mitch and the company. i highly recommend this location. Due to a freak accident, my iPhone X ended up in the middle is Airline and run over at least once. AT&T was unable to help me since I could not unlock the phone. The screen and camera were both destroyed. I brought it to iSupply and they were able to recover every scrap of my data! I went in today to get a repair for a cracked iPhone screen. Nick, the man at the front desk, took the time out to ensure that my cracked phone was still functioning properly. He even boosted me to have my phone fixed on the spot when I told him that I couldn't return on the same day for pickup. He was EXTREMELY pleasant and even advised me on a phone case to purchase, which he took 10 percent off of. While waiting for the repair (which only took about 30 minutes tops), I caught a glimpse of the screen protectors and asked Nick about them. Nick pulls one that he had just discarded, installs it on my phone and includes it for NO extra cost. If I EVER break my phone again, or laptop, or ANY electronic. I'm heading straight back to them! No questions asked.

My daughter dropped my phone. Screen cracked but everything worked great I never fixed it due to cost. I am in vacation in New Orleans and the prices are way better than NY and PA. So I decided to go to isupply. I could of done it cheaper with Ebay but I couldn't bear the wait. Nemo was very nice and definitely not money hungry. He said since everything worked, how about just putting a screen protector over the phone and save the $250. I told him I knew but the crack bothered me and the slight candy crush and keyboard burn in bothered me even more. I like how he tested the phone before and after the screen replacement. My note 8 was fixed in 2 hours and he even cleaned out the earpiece ( I was having a hard time hearing ppl). He also suggested getting a very good case as I wont become a repeat customer. iSupply Veterans store is Awesome! Nemo and Nick Rock!!! Today I made my second visit to the iSupply store. Both trips were for tech support. I have an iphone and both times they fixed what the apple store could not. Today I visited the Apple store for tech support because my internal mic broke away from its mother board solder. The Genius Bar support guy said there was nothing that could be done. He said I needed to buy a new phone. I also visited my phone provider and they too said there was nothing that could be done to repair my phone. I decided to visit iSupply and guess what, they fixed it and did it for less than $100 bucks. I am So Grateful to Nemo and Nick! These two guys are like phone repair magicians!!! I have purchased several iPhone cases, accessories and screen protectors from the Slidell and Metairie stores and they always have a nice selection to choose from. I recently had issues with the battery in my iPhone 6 and could never get an appointment at the Apple Store that was convenient with my schedule to have the issue diagnosed and ultimately repaired. Thankfully I remembered that iSupply handled these types of issues as well and I brought the phone to the Metairie store. In a matter of 45 minutes they had diagnosed the issue, replaced the battery and had me on my way. They were very professional, thorough and saved me quite a bit of money. I typically do not write reviews, but the service was so good that I decided to write about my experience.

Last week, I came in to see ISupply (Vets Hwy) with a smashed screen on my Android. I came back after 1 1/2 hrs.to pick it up. It worked for about 2 hrs then a black screen...I brought it back and they apologized profusely. They stopped everything while I waited (it was a problem with the screen) and then after 30 mins , I walked out very happy with a new screen and many apologies. It was a week ago...and I am very happy with the staff and Service. Thank you.

The screen on my IPhone 5 broke. The Apple store would not even quote me a price over the phone - they said I had to schedule an appointment and come in just to find out how much it would cost to replace the screen. Radio Shack quoted me $140 and told me it would take 2-3 hours to repair. iSupply charged me only $100 AND repaired it in 20 minutes while I waited on the couch and watched TV in the store. As a bonus, they also installed a screen protector that I purchased. I will absolutely be going back there for all of my IPhone and IPad needs!

After going to the Apple Store with an half way decently working phone . Til waiting about 4 hours for them to tell me they could not fix my iPhone 6 screen because it was to damaged . I had done had it with Apple . They actually damaged my phone more to try to get me to buy a new phone . They made it completely unusable ,. People told me if Apple couldn't fix it nobody could .
