Well, I didn't go there to repair any of our iPhone but a little issue I had with a Microsoft Surface Pro laptop Not a biggie, they don't the work on laptops, but the people there were expectacular, specially Britney. She took the time to look at it and acted with kindness, knowledge and diligence. No charge for the 30 the minutes. I'll definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend this place if you are having problems with your phone or computer. I went in today because my phone wouldn’t charge. Of course, I was panicking but the young man that helped me was so helpful and reassuring. I left with a working phone so I brought a new case and now my phone looks good and works great!! Thanks!!

Good service, but slightly careless. They were good in diagnosing my computer's problem (it basically just needed a BIOS Flash); however, in diagnosing the problem they: -broke the end of one of the SATA cables -put my power supply in upside down -ripped off the pads that were below the power supply. They were very nice and helpful, but I'm not sure if I would bring my computer back here, as they seemed to be rather careless with my hardware.

Best phone repair in the NOLA metro area! They are affordable and extremely friendly as well as honest. My whole family- even extended family uses them. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I even had a button jammed for 6 months. I tried everything even brought it to a Samsung rep with no help and in 5 minutes they popped it out getting it working like new! Highly recommend these people they are the only ones we will ever bring our phones to!

These guys saved my life. Computer was stuck in some kind of restart loop and the techs at Fixit pinned down the problem (a bad hard drive) and got me up and running within 48 hours. Not only that, but they installed a solid state hard drive instead of the old kind that my brother put in for me when it was built. The computer flies now and loading times are almost non-existent. Apparently, they fix iPhones too so my wife dropped her old iPhone X off when we picked up the computer. It had a cracked screen but it looked brand new about 45 minutes later. Got these guys on speed dial now!

Today 4/5/22, I went to this store with an iPhone that died on me the night before. I am a teacher, so I depend on my phone to organize my schedule, emails, grades, etc. I spent the whole day without my phone, and after school, I luckily remembered this place near my home on Veterans. I decided to go, and the attention was the supreme, amicable staff, and I received a possible diagnosis quickly. The best part is that the tech fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes and for FREE!!!! They did not want to charge me since it was an easy fix. That's what I call a quality, fast and HONEST business.

I’ve gone to FixIt many times in the past to repair phones and tablets and every time they were quick, reliable, and professional. My most recent visit all I need was to transfer some files from a CD to a flash drive. Not a big job but I don’t have a way to read CD’s and I needed this done quickly for work. FixIt was able to transfer the files in seconds and I was on my way. Their professionalism and knowledge is top notch and they have a lifelong customer in me!

Every time I come here, I am treated well, especially yesterday. My daughter has a disability and has just bought a new Chromebook - we were having trouble with it and Kevin was so so so patient and helped us to coordinate it with her Android. Wow. Also, I recently have taken 3 computers for repair there. 2 are now functioning again at a very reasonable cost and one was going to be too much to fix for us and Sam advised us it just was NOT worth it. He is another wonderful tech person who always is generous with time yet to the point. This place is a blessing for our family.

Love this place. I've had several computers – Macs and PCs – in there and they've always done a great job repairing them at a reasonable rate – and their communication is always great. There are no surprises when I go to pick them up. But my favorite part was the time I brought my iPhone down, convinced I needed a new battery since it wasn't charging properly. Instead the guy took out a flashlight and a tiny pair of tweezers and pulled out a small wad of pocket lint that had accumulated in the charger port. Didn't charge me anything for it. They could have replaced the battery – it was what I came for so it wouldn't have been a surprise – and quietly plucked out the lint ball and I'd never have been the wiser. So I was really pleased.

These guys are legit awesome. HIGHLY REC! Took my 10 year old mac laptop to buy a new charger. They had it in stock. Then I asked a few questions regarding getting my old girl looked at and updated. They gave me a rough estimate, I brought it in the next week. They had it back to me that day and it is doing fabulous. THEN I took my iPhone back in after I tried to update my screen myself and it just wasnt working. Fixed it in an hour while I ran another errand. I feel like I am back up any running faster and better than ever.

Husband couldn’t get the charging cord to “snap” into place. They cleaned out all the dust in the charging port and even offered to charge the phone for me. When asked how much I owed, I was told there was no charge. I have had iPhone screens & Mac screens changed there in the past and they have ALWAYS done and excellent job and a reasonable price. Will always use them if the need arises.

OMG......I really don’t know where to start.... These people are quick, precise, kind, and amazing!! I came in about a month ago to get my screen replaced for my iphone XS because the hardware was defective. I initially went to Apple who said it was about $300 to get it replaced. I came hear after I saw the good reviews. I can not express how accurate they were. These people took my phone and they didn’t make me pay immediately and finished in a very timely fashion. It looked totally brand new and I paid half the price that I would have at Apple. If your phone has any issues, DEFINITELY 10/10, go to this place.

When I brought the phone in, the employee at the counter did a "hard reset" on my phone and it turned on. Better yet, they didn't charge me anything.

My laptop computer screen had a decent crack but there was nothing else wrong with the computer. But it was aggravating so I decided to price getting the screen repaired since it was really not that old of a computer. Brought it to Fixit to see if it would be worth repairing the screen instead. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They repaired my screen at a fraction of the cost of a new computer (which I did not need). So my screen looks perfect now and I don’t need to think about getting another computer (for now).

Way to go Fixit! I went and got my screen fixed about a month ago and they did it while I waited (about 1 hour). The screen stopped working Fat Tuesday night. I went in first thing in the morning and worked with Kevin. He was so accommodating, and they fixed the screen again for free. He was so kind to everyone he met at the desk or over the phone while I was waiting. He and his team are super knowledgable, and are going to give you best advice, even if it means they aren't the correct people to help. Was blown away with the superior customer service, and will definitely refer friends to them if they need some tech help. They exponentially exceed the service and experience that you receive at the Apple Store. Thanks for killing it yall!

Fixit Repair is the best! Went in today for a screen replacement because my screen was popping open. At first they said it'd be $119.00 because it wasn't covered in my lifetime warranty. Then they said their tech guys would take a quick look at it and when he came back he said the battery was expanded which is what caused the screen to pop out so they would only charge me a little over $50 for a new battery and then they would replace the screen for free. I later came by to pick up my phone and they told me the screen replacement and new battery were both free! Just wanted to share this because I never received better customer service than this!

Long story short I managed to get an SD card stuck in a SIM card slot and these guys were friendly, prompt, and competent. They didn't even charge me! They came highly recommended and I can see why. I had a great experience here. I cracked the screen on my MacBook Pro. The Apple Store told me I had to wait 6 days for an appointment, and wouldn't give me a price quote even though I could identify the specific repair. Called Fixit, got a quote over the phone and dropped it off. Both girls that I spoke with at the counter were very friendly. Expected repair time was 2-3 days, but I received a call saying my laptop was done within 3-4 hours! Glad I found this place. Thank you!

I came in to get my screen replaced under warranty. I literally dropped it at the counter and it cracked only barely (meaning it would not be covered). I cried, they offered a discount that was reasonable, I signed for that price and left. When I returned, they informed me they were gonna warranty it anyway because “things happen.” This is the second time they’ve fixed my phone, and I’d absolutely recommend!

I have gone to Fixit Nola multiple times for problems related to my laptop, and each time they were extremely helpful. They quickly diagnosed the problem and have even been truthful to me when my laptop was irreparable. In that latter instance, they even refunded me my initial payment since they could not help me. I went in with my Mac Book that had a bad connection with the charger. Turned out it was just a loose screw. The employee said it was no big deal and fixed it on the spot in less than 30 seconds. Well, it may not have been a big deal to him but to me, WOW. Then he said there was no charge. I was shocked. In today's world there is so little "good will" out there. I cannot say enough great things about FIXIT. On previous occasions they have repaired my pc, and my telephones. Always professional, friendly, fast, and very reasonably price. Found some good reviews of these guys on Google, seemed legit. Having issues late night with my phone, decided to shoot them a question on the listed contact ... To my surprise they got back to me within moments...past ten o clock at night via text message! Wow, that's service! Unfortunately they only work on iPhones as far as phones go, but whoever was behind that text message deserved this praise. He/she responded with some good advice of their experience and some recommendations. So, phone isn't fixed, but these guys went well above and beyond to help none the less.

Got my phone screen replaced here. I have gotten repairs here before. Very, very professional. Simple, quick etc. I like the fact you pay when you pick up. That being said, the front camera area on this knock off screen is trash. Snapchat won't detect my face in any low light anymore. Also, the quality when zooming is noticeably worse. Good service, but you guys should switch your supplier! /s

Fix It is the place to bring in your computer. I have used them multiple times for issues with my PC, Mac and my IPhone. Once, my phone was not charging and the guy just plucked the dust out, no charge. Another time I replaced a motherboard on a PC. It worked for a while, but then it failed. They replaced it with no hassle, and again, no extra charge. They are fair, fast and friendly. I will only go there for my repairs because they have treated me right every time.

Uncommon honesty. Just went into the store for a problem with my charging port on my iphone. The technician took the phone to the back. He returned in a few minutes and explained that he removed lint from the port and it was working fine. They refused to charge me! I highly recommend this business!

I cracked my iPhone 6 screen last Monday and decided that I'd bring it to the Apple store. The store was jam packed and couldn't fit me in, so I had to schedule an appointment to for Thursday. On Thursday I went back to the Apple store on my lunch break and they were just as packed as before. The guy in the front checked me in and sat me down at the table in the front, where I wait for nearly an hour before I have to go back to work. On the way home from work, I saw a sign for Fixit iPhone Repair, so decided to try them out instead. They don't require an appointment and don't charge anything until after your phone is fixed, which is nice. I was able to drop off my phone, run a couple errands, and pick it up about 2 hours later. My phone looks like new and their prices are very reasonable. I will be recommending Fixit to my friends.

Fixit Metairie is THE best!!! My iPhone X seemed to have died on me one day. I left it on the charger all night but it would not turn back on. Thankfully, Fixit Metairie was able to figure out the problem and fix my phone without losing any of my data. My MacBook Pro went into lost mode and required a firmware password to get back into it. They performed “brain surgery” on my laptop and had it fixed and working in 4 days! (The Apple store said I was basically screwed and couldn’t help me, bs) Paid Fix It $163 which is so much better than buying a new laptop. Thank y’all so much. Called and asked if they could replace the charger port on an iPhone 5S. They said they could, and told me it would likely be a 45 minute wait. I said I'd bring it right in. Guy looks inside the port, cleans it out with compressed air - it was full of lint. No charge, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. They'll certainly get a real job from me in the future!

Don't take your phone or laptop anywhere else! Seriously. These guys are incredibly polite and professional and they work quickly and diligently to get you great service at an unbeatable price. They understand your busy schedule and KNOW that you don't want to blow superfluous money on repairs for the products you rely on most. I've had chronic issues with destroying the screens of my phones. I swear I purchase a new iPhone and dump it out of my lap getting out the car upon arrival home from the store. Fixit gets the job done SO fast and they're located right in the hub of Metairie's finest attractions! In the time it takes to pick up a bolt of fabric at Joanns, grab a struggle lunch at Popeyes, or go to Chase to replace the debit card I lost the night before, my phone is restored to beautiful, immaculate condition! PLUS. In lieu of further destruction, I've been turned on to their amazing glass screen protectors! For just $15 and about 2 minutes, they'll peel the old shattered one right off and stick on a new, glassy shield! AMAZING. The integrity of my phone is indestructibly in tact and a visit to Fixit means I'm ready to party. ALSO. They're magic MacBook whispers. I brought my tired, old, slow Mac in and, within days, she was running like new! They installed an amazing operating platform and cleaned up all the stuff clogging the gears and fixed issues I didn't even recognize I had had! GOOD LUCK with the Apple Store doing that! In short, if you have a technological need, Fixit is the place to be! :)

My wife's iPhone was erratically charging. I called the Apple store in Lakeside Mall. We were advised to make an appointment in one week to have the problem evaluated. We went to "Fix It" phone repair. We walked in without an appointment. The tech looked at the phone and blew out the lint in the charging receptacle. NO CHARGE. The phone has been charging perfectly for the last month.
