They were quick to respond to my request for help and put my phone on a heater to help it dry out after some water damage. They tried unsuccessfully to get it back to life and they didn't charge me at all for the diagnostics or troubleshooting. My phone did turn on about an hour after that so they did fix it!

I would recommend this place to anyone!! My girlfriend's phone got shattered to where the phone doesn't register touch anymore so we couldn't back it up. She pays for insurance every month but all of the companies would have to wipe her phone first. This place doesn't and they got it done in 15 minutes, so grateful for a place like this! Great price too!!

I’m a social media influencer and I absolutely need my cell phone to respond to messages and take photos so I went here to get my phone fixed as soon as it broke. I can say without a doubt that I loved the staff. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and understanding. The customer service was by far amazing. Nothing less but the best. They fixed my phone fast and it was affordable. I got my phone fixed front and back for $170 and I have an IPhone XR. In Florida that would be a easy $300 to fix with just the front Screen. The man who fixed my phone was polite and nice with my repairs. My phone is so nice and brand new now! Definitely go to them.

Fast and courteous service. Good price too. Fixed the severely cracked I phone 6 screen in 30 minutes. Looks new and seems to be functioning like it's old self. Crescent city books is next door and Dominica across the street. Been to a few places in New Orleans this is by far the best and easy to get to for people who don't live uptown.

I just had my phone fixed. I was a touch iffy because my screen was not able to be placed back because of the new battery, but they did help me. I'm far from home and my phone is the only way I can navigate successfully. They were fast and they we're willing to explain to me the reason why the phone screen will not fit back. I'll have to keep my phone case on, but my phone no longer goes from 50% to dead. It wasn't perfect but when you need fast cellphone repair this is the place to go.
