Buying or replacing a cell phone is slightly above having a root canal on my list of least favorite things to do. And to be honest, my past experiences with Verizon stores have been less than pleasant. But after two days of trying to work around a broken screen, I took to Google looking for a Verizon store that I hadn't been to in the past. I decided I'd give a new store a shot, and surprisingly found myself heading to Opry Mills, a shopping venue I normally avoid like the plague. And surprisingly, I will head back to theOpry Mills the next time I need a Verizon store. Admittedly, I am ignorant to all things "technology." I tend to frustrate sales staff, and seem to walk out of a store less than pleased with my purchases. But I have to send a SHOUTOUT to Grant. Grant is like a prototype of what all sales staff should be: knowledgeable, PATIENT, and patient. I never felt rushed, nor did I feel pressured to to buy anything I obviously did not need. I left with exactly what I needed, satisfied with my purchases. Thanks, Grant. I just wanted to acknowledge a job well done⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In the past I’ve dreaded Verizon stores due to the amount of time spent waiting and trying to get tasks done. I was pleasantly surprised with the service at opry mills mall Verizon store. When we walked in we were promptly greeted by Elisha, and he had the old phone switched over to a new phone in record time with all the extra accessories he recommended, and was very professional. It was a nice change of pace, I would definitely recommend this store and Elisha specifically due to the good experience.

I called this location and voiced my and questions about the P I X E L 4. Emily was vibrantly excited to tell me about HER experience and why SHE loved the Google phone rather than sell me. Interested, I told her I would come in to see it for myself. Emily not only showcased the P I X E L 4, but also touched on the Iphone 11 & Galaxy Note 10 discussing all differences, trade in promotions; and cost leaving me with options. It was not even close people... I was sold on the P I X E L 4 after witnessing first hand Google assistant and the possibilities of Google's smart home ecosystem. I was pumped. All this time, effort, & excitement to run into an account PIN issue my mother likes changing every month... not a joke. Irritated, I apologized and said I would come back tomorrow. Emily kept up the good energy and gave me her schedule & contact info. Next day I called her last minute telling her I was 15 minutes away to buy the P I X E L 4. She wasn't in the store, but told me she would meet me there in 20. I didn't need to say how busy I was, she knew I was in a rush. Set up took under 1.5 hours with pricing contracts and complete transfer from Iphone! All in all I haven't been this excited with a new phone since my very Iphone, nor this pleased with my Verizon experience ever. Emily was understanding, knowledgeable, and concise servicing my exact individual needs. I am not a big fan of indirect wireless establishments. Both Victra and Rogers have been next to useless to me. Michael Ayers at Cellular Sales however was amazing. Due to the 3G shutdown I was losing my service - I have a 4G LTE device with 3G fallback for home internet use in a rural area. I am also a small business owner. Verizon corporate and a direct in-store visit yielded nothing but "Thank you for being a customer the last 4 years, there's nothing we can do for you". I wandered into the Cellular Sales store in Opry Mills and presented my situation as a last ditch effort to retain my service. Michael Ayers was able to detect an incosnistancy in my account type, open me the proper account for my business, and get me a device that connects in my rural home, all inside of a week. If it weren't for Michael, I'd be facing no wireless internet service at the end of 2022 as no one covers my area effectively. Michael is to be commended for assessing the problem, partnering with me for a solution, calling for help when needed, and doing the work to make sure I had a working device within a week. They don't make sales and service people like him anymore. Stellar service, stellar assessment, and stellar listening skills.
