UScellular in Cookeville has a wonderful consultant; Miss Jennifer Marshall. If you are thinking of a new phone, accessories or just in need of helpful information I fully recommend this young lady. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of UScellular products. She corresponded with the company side quickly and efficiently in my new phone transaction. I had many questions as I am not very iPhone or computer savvy. I went to the store 3 times and called this young lady 2 times before I purchased my phone. Each time she answered all my questions with patience and kindness although I had not yet purchased my phone and was not 100% sure I would purchase. She sincerely cares about people and wants to help even if you just stop in with a question. As of today January 30th I am back in the store purchasing my accessories for the new phone I bought 2 weeks ago. I am extremely happy with my phone and it was not stressful in any way. If you want a company that has great customer service, you've found it! Our family recently switched carriers to US Cellular from another pay as you go company. The US Cellular team worked overtime to get our old phone numbers switched and never complained about the difficulty of it. They could have asked us to simply get new numbers and move on, but they went above and beyond keeping us up to date on the process.

My phone quit working on Christmas day, I took it in the next day they tried every thing to get it working again, but couldn't they went above and beyond to get me another phone which they did, they called and told me to come pick up my new phone the very next day, I am so happy with the service and the staff they always do the best they can and beyond.
