Had the most pleasant time and experience getting helped by Jason at the St. Anthony store. He listened to me and took in consideration everything I had to say. Jason went above and beyond to help me buy the phone that I wanted. He even helped me get it set up so it was ready for me to use immediately after walking out the store. He restored my backups and set up my apps, I didn’t have to do anything at all. He made the transition to a new phone easy. And also suggested accessories for me that work well with my new phone that right now I absolutely love. He was fantastic, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend St. Anthony Verizon.

Another awesome experience! After negative Verizon experiences at the bull’s-eyed logo stores, I only have great experiences at the St. Anthony WW Verizon. Grant was super friendly and patient with me, going over different plans and providing me the information I needed to make the best choices for me. I had my doubts that I could trade in my current phone for the latest model but trade I did! Grant ordered the color I wanted and I can’t wait to move into it. He then went through my account and activated all my new features as well as updating my contact information. This location has often repaired glitchy software updates, restored what was accidentally deleted and patiently walked me through new features of my various phones. I always plan on allowing at least an hour to get my issues resolved since it is grossly unfair to expect staff to keep the lights on due to poor time management on my part. Everyone has always treated me well and Grant is the latest team member to provide me with another great phone trade-up experience. Here’s to many more :)

Better than a corporate store. Azia is awesome. They give you a printed quote with before and after pricing on your plan, as well as complete out the door "pay today" pricing, which is over-estimated to include sales tax on devices, and protective cases - so its an actual out the door cost. That is exactly how all resellers should operate. I was sold on a new phone and a deal on a new tablet but overlooked the fact that the tablet was still under a 2 year contract until next month. So when I went back today to do the deal, Verizon wanted a $70 cancelation fee for canceling 1 month early on a $10/ month plan for my tablet, which is obviously ridiculous. Travis called Verizon and spent a half hour on the phone with them and they dropped the fee, saving me $70 today. Update: Travis called yesterday to tell me they got my phone in (they didn't have 256gb in stock, had to order, and came a few days early). Went in to do the final trade-in of in my old. Easy process! Now I have the best phone ever made (Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) and my bill is LESS than it was prior. Thanks!

Caleb Driscoll ROCKS! This is the store to do your wireless account through. A recent accident left my cell phone screen disconnected from it's base. My old phone had been unable to upload my contacts as the screen would not show updated setting. Caleb just about had to write new code and create a program to download my contacts and upload them to the new phone. He used understandings that amazed me. He would not give up until my contacts were recovered. I got expertise from Caleb just because I was a customer. He could have easily said there is no way to fix this issue and been within my contracted services. That is what I call value added!! AMAZING!!!
