Phone randomly died on me today. Eric helped me order a replacement, he's such a great guy and treated me more like a person than many other customer reps I've talked to. He stood up for me while I was on the line with the replacement manager and kept me company while I was on hold. Thanks man, I really appreciate you!
I had a great customer service experience when getting my new phone. Eric went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth and fast as possible. His great energy and sales skills are amazing! I would recommend anyone who is looking to get their new phone to visit this store.
One person working there, and a few people behind me. The associate that helped me provided really excellent customer service to me and also did his best to multi task and engage w the other customers while he could, although I had a complicated situation and took a lot of time. Great attitude, kept it real and saved me money on the things I didn't need, while making sure I didn't skimp on protection. Will definitely be back to this location if Eric continues to work here. My trust has been restored! Thank you Eric!
After a HORRIBLE day dealing with Straight talk and being on the phone with them for literally more than 8 hours, having them deactivate my phone, give away my phone number, and literally WRECK my day!!! I was welcomed by Troy at Verizon. He promptly assisted me. He listened and joked with me to help relieve my stress. My service was switched and activated less than 20 minutes of being in the store. I walked out of the store relieved that I FINALLY had a working phone again amidst a snowstorm right before all the stores were getting ready to close. THANKS AGAIN for the phenomenal customer service!

Best experience EVER!! Loved Eric and all his expertise and helpfulness! I needed a new phone in a Sunday and found him in the 2nd store i drove to! The first one was closed!!! He was so patient and kind and help me from beginning to end!! He made my day!!!

Location is convenient and I had a great experience upgrading! The representative Eric was very helpful picking out a good phone for me to upgrade to coming from an IPhone 6s, as well as informing me on all options available to get a bang for my buck! I appreciate the fact I stayed past closing time and made sure I was satisfied. I walked out loving my phone! Great customer customer here!
UPDATE:I just called regarding a “fast” charger that was sold to me that works much better for a Samsung phone according to the sales rep Eric. I clearly don’t have Samsung so idk why I would have been offered it when I could use the charger it came with it. I was told apple does not have a fast charger when I know specifically they have a block that works better than what I was sold and was going to go with else where. I know its 2-3 months later but I did not have a return policy on my receipt because I was not provided one due to COVID, yet the rude rep who answered the phone wanted to argue otherwise. It’s the principle of it all and I’m not happy I’ll have to spend another $40 for a faster charger. Customer service today was not so good today and I’ll be visiting another location from now on.
The service was excellent! The staff were very patient in answering my questions. I had had some problems with my IPhone with another carrier and they made sure that my new phone was set up and I was able to have a working phone along with my information from the cloud. Thanks!
Went to store and manager Eric showed both professional and respectful service, I watched as he under the pressure of several customers take control and make us all feel that out sell business was both wanted and appreciated
Eric and kyla were awesome.. hooked me and my wife up with the new Samsung galaxy s20 (Daddy of all phones). Eric was super transparent of the plans, deals, coverage, and answered all of our questions. Me and my wife always went to maple Grove verizon but we were always a just number there, Brooklyn center is better they took care of us.
Extremely personable and informative, Eric was the consummate customers service professional. My wife and I went in for upgrades and was blessed with great conversations and shared laughter as well as great phones.
Eric provided a good phone at a reasonable price. Customer service was. Took approximately 2 hours to get phones. VERIZON rocks great phone service that works as expected.
