Great experience today at this store. The manager helped me - I think his name was Damonte. EXCELLENT customer service. Very knowledgeable and efficient in solving my issue and you could tell he took great pride in managing his store. His interactions with me and the other customer and staff in the store showed great leadership. I never thought I’d say I enjoyed stopping in the phone store because my phone wasn’t working but I guess I was wrong!

I been having difficulty with my phone so I went to the store and the store looks good and nice with good bright display of phones,Calming good music like the one you hear in 5 star Hotels lobby.I met Mr domitre and he was so so HELPFULL and the way Mr Domitre was talking in phone with customers was Elite and Professional.make me get Home internet. I would recommand all Somalian ppl to T Mobile and this store is the THE BEST In TWIN CITEIS.

The entire staff was extremely helpful. Ervin was very quick and polite answering all my questions. Lindsey was very knowledgeable on some of the tricks to get things done quicker and more efficiently. Truly amazing how Lizzy and Travis were able to handle the amount of customers that happened to come in at the same time as well. Overall one of the best experiences I have had in a wireless retailer in my life. Renewed my faith in a usually irritating industry of no they always knew how to make the answer "yes, I can help with that."

Great customer service from Lariza Vasquez today at T-Mobile Uptown. She was super informative, very patient and a pleasure to work with. She got my new phone all set up and transferred with everything from the old. I will look for her next time I need anything. Thanks Lariza!

I didn't have to handle the switchover from AT&T, but my son's mother wishes she had the opportunity to thank the guy who helped her and my son. I personally don't know, as it didn't involve me, but apparently T-Mobile is the bees knees

I came to T-Mobile with an issue on my phone I created , Alex a very AWESOME customer service agent , He was the original salesperson when I purchased my phone one year ago , He' the best , within 5 minutes of coming into the store my issue was fixed , I had previously earlier in the day went to a different T-Mobile location and 3 sales agents were unable to fix my problem so I came to the best place available T-Mobile in uptown Minneapolis . The best in customer service

My husband and I had upgraded our cell phones 3 weeks ago to the new Samsung Galaxy S21+5G. all our information was transferred successfully to our new cell phones. My husband has much more tech knowledge of computers and cell phones than I do, but I try to figure out things on my own sometimes which ends up a disaster. My Facebook was my latest disaster, but when I walked in to T-Mobile Uptown immediately greeted by Tre's smiling face and briefly explained my Bonehead Blunder! He said my Mobile Expert Liza can help you with your problem right now and introduced her. When I explained what I had done to my Facebook account she said, let me see your phone and give me your password, we can fix this for you and it's not going to be difficult to do. After exchanging bits of information and Tre came over to add some of his expertise, my Facebook screwup was fixed! I thanked them both very much for their help and promised that I would never, never again do something on our computer or my cell phone if I didn't know what I was doing!!! Lesson Learned, "Just Ask Someone!"

I hated Tmobil stores until I started going to this one. Great customer service. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. I usually work until 8 so unfortunately I usually get there late and they still treat me awesome. Whatever your doing to train the staff at this location please teach other stores! - coming froma girl who manages a hsir salon and expects great service.

Where do I start? Went into the store because my phone was locked up! Chris Chesky is the man!!! Let me tell you this, he was able to unlock my phone with a lot of hard work. He did not give up. He tried many times and finally. He did not give up. I can tell that he enjoy his job so much. He is very pleasant and helpful. Wish more workers were like this! Keep up the good work CHRIS CHESKY!!

We called ahead and asking if they were open and were informed they were. They did not inform us we needed masks during the phone call but the service was great and I would definitely recommend this t mobile store

Hands down best TMobile location in Twin Cities area! If youre looking for great customer service, seriously, well worth an extra 20+ min driving. Always been impressed, staff is very knowledgeable, accommodating and speedy.

Not bad...went in for a replacement and unfortunately our phone was out of warranty...not a lot they can do. The employee was very helpful in helping us get to the right department of LG. I'd recommend this one over the Lake/Chicago location.
