Anthony might be the most dedicated, resilient, and patient man I have ever met in customer service. For 2 days in a row, Verizon and other forehead slapping hurdles kept threatening to make a simple phone transfer a ridiculously infuriating task. Anthony not only kept his cool, but calmly and methodically tried every possible avenue to get my new phone all set up. EVEN MY DAD LOVES HIM! Not all heroes wear capes y'all, and Anthony- you made my day, week, maybe my damn year!

The guy who works here everytime I come is named Michael T. He is extremely helpful. He knows how to do his job but usually goes over and beyond. In a great way. I had a problem with my phone. It was a simple solution by pressing a button. But he didn't judge. He even validated my feelings. Which you don't see much in customer service now a days. Can I tip him?? Or is Cricket against that? If the owner is against that, please give this man a raise. I am coming back for a phone protector. And I will be going back when I need anything related to my phone. This is a reliable place. I highly recommend over metro pcs or other cricket locations. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Is there a horrible experience at the Bass Lake location. I went over to Lake Street and head Jason the manager of the store helped me. Polar opposite difference. I recommend never to go to Bass Lake store and just stay on Lake Street with Jason!
