This place did a good job repairing my iPhone. It only took them an hour to repair the phone. I liked that. And they went out of their way to make sure the phone was finished quickly because there was a date I had to be at, but it didn't quite finish in time before I had to leave for this other appointment. That's fine, though. There are still many other fast phone repair places that can serve customers just as quickly if this one did not happen to fit into my schedule on that day.

Well, this was by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had getting my phone fixed. Jay was incredibly helpful and gracious. Jay really knows what he’s doing, and he’s a total sweetheart. Jay always gives professional service at the best price. I’m always in and out in roughly 20 minutes, except that one time where my iPhone 6 battery fizzled and popped!! I had gone in with a broken screen and LCD and disabled phone. Jay was able to replace the screen and LDC within a few minutes and for a very reasonable price. Getting the phone to unlock naturally took a bit longer, but it was also done. His service is reliable, fast and very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back with any phone issues and will also happily recommend him.

This is a business man that goes beyond normal practice to fulfill the customers needs! Example: He was willing to pay for overnight shipping on battery that was needed for a $75 repair bill, thus destroying any profit from the repair. I said no to the overnight and was willing to wait for the battery. He is honest about any possible repair difficulties.

My screen was was cracked, and I had gotten it replaced by some other place before. Jay, the owner, pointed out that the place I got my screen replaced before had not tightened the screws all the way in! He fixed it right up. Cracked my screen on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, and called around for quotes on a replacement screen. Jay quoted me by far the lowest price (it's a particularly expensive screen to fix), so took my phone in. Rather than sink my money into fixing an older phone, he offered me a used, reasonably priced, and much better phone to upgrade to and then worked diligently to retrieve the data off of my broken phone which apparently took him quite some time. Super appreciative of all of the work he put into getting me set up. I was going in thinking it was going to be a days long repair, but I left with a functioning phone and he worked some serious magic to get the data transferred over. Friendly guy, knowledgeable, nice shop with all the accessories you may need, and goes above and beyond to make sure you're a satisfied customer. Would absolutely trust him with any future repairs I may have!

Easily some of the best service I've had. I had an emergency need for a rush fix on my Samsung J3, and was looking for any options that could do it. I came across A2Z, found they had a real-time chat function on their website, and got a response within thirty seconds, which then turned into a real-time talk. Jay agreed to look at my phone even though it was 15 minutes before he closed for the night, and then fixed it right then, staying about 10 minutes AFTER he could have been going home to finish the job for me. Services were a repaired charger port and headphone jack, and he charged me only $100-ish for the job, which is WAY better than the quoted prices anywhere else I looked for a rush repair like mine, not to mention he did it in 15 minutes, not 3 hours. If you want fast, high-quality service, this is your guy. He owns and operates the place, is both professional and engaging, and of course does good work at good speed for reasonable pricing. Definitely telling my friends about this place, because it's got the true small-business charm and quality of service.

My phone screen cracking actually turned out to be a larger problem that required me to buy a new phone. The screen was done twice and, because the problem wasn't solved I got a partial refund. He was upfront and fair and also offered to help me find a quality refurbished phone. I ended up finding another phone but I would definitely return here again if I need another repair.

I read the reviews and decided to visit his store. He was very prompt in replying to my messages and setup an appointment. After going to the store he did try and understand the problem on my phone. Apple suggested me to change the screen but Jay suggested that the most common problem is the dust covering mic and earphone which was true and it worked like magic. It worked great and I went back to apple store to do the diagnosis and it passed all of them. I was planning on selling my phone but I wanted to fix it ahead of selling and visiting his store was really worth.
