I’ve never had an issues with them ever. I got my laptop screen fixed back in 2019, and loved the work. Then my screen shattered yesterday and they fixed it today. Way cheaper then Apple, and it comes with a free warranty. By far the best place to get any electronics fixed.

I had an excellent experience with uBreakiFix on Kenilworth. I had an odd request for them to put a new Nintendo Switch shell on because the entire Switch had to be taken apart and I didn't feel comfortable doing it myself. They said they usually don't do requests like this but they would give it a shot. Not only were they able to get the new shell on but they were also reasonable with fees. Additionally, the customer service was professional, responsive, and kind. This location really goes above and beyond for their customers and I will definitely be back. Plus, look at how cute my Switch looks!

Great experience here. I believe the persons name who helped me was Maya and she was fantastic. Super nice and very helpful. I stopped by during my lunch hour to get my iPhone screen replaced and Maya let me know that it would be 1.5-2 hours. Since it was my lunch break, I said if she could have it done within that hour that would be incredible. 50 minutes later I had my phone back and it looks brand new/works perfectly. Hopefully I don't have to get my phone fixed again anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely be going back to this location.

I recently went in to get help with a product that I have and I was extremely happy with my experience! If i remember correctly, the woman that helped me goes by the name Maya! She was very helpful and answered all of the questions that I had. She was very good at explaining everything to me in a way that I can understand! She maintained a very professional stature the entire time and overall was a very nice employee to have help me! She immediately greeted me when I walked into the store and gave me a very nice smile. It made me feel welcome and that I could trust this work environment. I will most definitely be coming back to this location in the future if I ever need any type of technology help again! This place is OUTSTANDING!!! If you break your phone or tablet screen go HERE! Specifically, this store. Mike was super friendly and kind. Would Highly recommend. Mike and the entire staff were all very helpful. Needed to repair my phone urgently before leaving on a vacation and they got it done. There was a couple minor things wrong with it after the repair so I took it back a month later and they redid everything at no extra cost to me. Phone works great. Great experience.

She made the process really stress free and answered all of my questions. I had gone to a few other places before deciding to go to Ubreakifix, and I was pleasantly surprised to have a wonderful experience here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with technology questions. I loved them the first time. I'm sure they'll fix my computer just fine again but I'm extremely aggravated because they won't answer the phone. You can't even leave a message. Four days and every call drops after one ring while 2 other stores I called answered within 2 rings. Now I have to take a bus there just to find out the status, after four days of hearing nothing. This is a completely opposite experience from the first time.

This place fixed Grandma's iPhone screen really fast. I always brag about our AT&T insurance bc then it's only $29 :D The super cute girl Maya I think was efficient and knew her stuff. I even left my laptop bag there by mistake and she called us back right away :) The dude was helpful too when I picked the phone back up and it's like brand new now, thanks! I heard Apple makes repairs harder and harder every year so keep up the great work!

My Google Pixel 5 had been dropped and the digitizer was not sensing any touch, as well as there being a bright white line across the side of the screen. They knew what was wrong almost immediately, went to check if they had the part, and gave me a very fair price quote. I had looked up the price of the screen if I bought it, and they basically charged me the same amount for the screen itself plus replacing it for me. I was definitely expecting it to cost more. Great service.

I don't write online reviews, but the great experience I had here merits one. I'd been having a problem with my trusty old Samsun Note 10 for a month or so with the charging port, and thought I'd have to leave my phone for a day or two to get diagnosed, and then that I would be facing an expensive repair or replacement charge. Guy at the store asked me to wait a minute while he took a look at the phone in the back room.. I waited about a minute or two, and he brought it back and said "I found a tiny piece of plastic that had got stuck in the charging port, fished it out with a dental probe, and now you should be good to go." He was completely right. "How much do I owe you? "No charge." So I'm a fan of this store for life.

I brought in my Amazon tablet today because it was not charging Isyah tried to clean it but he could not get it working again he was so helpful and explained to me why he couldn’t fix it. Mia was great she helped me find another tablet and even called the Walmart to make sure it was there for me. The screen on my Google Pixel 3a XL had cracked and then the screen stopped working altogether. I came into uBreak expecting to pay an arm and a leg, but because they're a Google authorized repairer, it was just $130 to replace the screen with a brand new one, making the phone feel and work like brand new. I got a text about an hour after I dropped it off, which really pleasantly surprised me. Friendly staff and great experience for a reasonable price.

I took my phone in for a camera repair. While there, I inquired about the cost of replacing my cracked screen but then decided against it as it was going to cost an additional $300 so I had them just fix the camera. At first, I was a little annoyed that the repair took two hours longer than what they first told me. However, when I picked it up, turns out not only did they fix the camera, but they also replaced my screen and battery FOR FREE. These guys saved me hundreds of dollars! I am so thankful for that, will absolutely use uBreakiFix in the future! Very pleased with my service!

Came in with a broken phone. Gave me a fair quote, for repair. I replied it should be covered by my insurance. He provided me with the insurance phone number and explained the process for that. Unfortunately my phone was not cooperating but he tried everything in his knowledge to help. He was clear and explained things well. My S8 sadly was chipped with the poor quality screen saver that was recommended by the store I got my phone from. I was reluctant as years ago had a bad experience with the local battery store that stated they could fix my iPad. The service was great, pleasant and super fast. Phone looks like new and the new screen saver they put on better than I could. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and if I need to back I will... though I hope I don't have to.

I came in feeling very anxious and frustrated about my phone that had been working fine the night before and then went completely black-screen by morning. I was on my lunch break, so I was also feeling rushed and assumed I would have to leave my phone over night and pick it up the next day on my next lunch break. Juan D was my technician and he was 100% awesome. He asked if I had just a few minutes for him to run a diagnostics test, and that he understood I was in a time crunch. When he came back, he said that he could get it fixed quicker than he originally anticipated, but it was up to me if I wanted to wait. I told him when I needed to be back at work, and he said he could beat that. So I waited. He was SO FAST, and very professional and kind. Thanks Juan--I use my phone for work and was really stressed out when I didn't know what was wrong with it. You really helped turn my day around! I appreciate you more than a review can say :)

Came in with a relatively unusual phone (OnePlus One) and my own screen that I had bought off Amazon, skeptical they'd even look at it. Nope! Granted, they did mention it wasn't typical protocol to accept customer-purchased replacement items, but due to circumstances, they used my own screen and charged only labor cost. Within two hours, my phone was resurrected. These guys are awesome. :D

I walked in thinking my screen needed to be replaced, because I spilled gorilla glue (I know, how does this happen?). Very professional tech offered to use "Goo Gone", which I was reluctant to try. Originally he was going to charge me $25.00, but in less than 30 minutes he not only restored my Samsung Galaxy 7 Active to it's original luster, he didn't charge me a cent. This place is awesome! I came in on Christmas Eve with a busted iPhone screen and a broken heart; they fixed my phone in under 30 minutes. Big shout out to the staff member who shares my passion for ugly 80s Christmas themed sweatshirts who was very helpful and kind. My only regret is that I chose to battle the yuppies at whole foods instead of posting up in their lobby and enjoying Cosmos while I waited.

Went in with a smashed ipad 2 screen. Gene (employee) was very nice and explained the different screen fixes luckily I didn't need the expensive lcd replacement I thought I did, he could have easily swindled me, so awesome points there. I got a printed out a itemized receipt and time estimate and went on my merry way. Gene called me multiple times during repair to let me know how everything was going, it was ready same day but I waited a few days to get it because, laziness. Picked it up everything looked great was recommended a case but said no and went for a walk... flash forward to a half hour later and the screen is recracked from ..? I go back and Matt is working. Said it was not guaranteed by warranty :( but took it in back... fixed it for free!!!! I caved on a case obviously but they have only 1 black otter box for 100 dollars. I said I would order 1 online from Amazon and Matt matched the price there and then saving me on shipping or ugh Walmart trip. Did I mention Gene put the home button back on for free to be nice? All in all these guys have exceptional customer service policies . I hope I never have to go back but would do so and recommend anyone else with a cracked screen to do the same. Well worth the money!!

I came in with water damage on my iPhone 4 and the home button wasn't working/freaking out. So i gave it to ubreakifix. They said it would take 48 hours to diagnose the water damage but they kept it for 3 days and I had to call them on the third day. Anyways, they replaced the home button for me, which took less than 30 minutes. I paid $60 for this, which i think is really expensive. I got my iphone back just the way i gave it to them, but with a working home button. As far as i can tell they did a good job but it took 3 days and $60...

LCD broke on my Iphone 5c and I first brought it to US Cellular to see what my options were and how much it would cost. My only option was to pay a 175$ deductible for either a new phone or to replace the LCD. Thought that was outrageous so I brought it to UBREAKIFIX knowing that I could get the LCD replaced for 119$. When I arrived I simply explained my situation and what I needed fixed on my phone, they told me how much it would cost and then told me that they have a groupon deal out there right now to replace the glass and LCD for 79$. I asked if I could go out and purchase the groupon and they said there is no need for that, we will just charge you the 79$. Saved me a total of 100$ including tax compared to US Cellular and I was in and out within 45 minutes. If I went through US Cellular I would have needed to get a loner phone and wait about 5 business days to get a new phone on top of paying the deductible. I highly recommend taking your phone to UBREAKIFIX.
