Miracle Leroy

This location is very clean and organized. Heather is super sweet and helpful. She made my upgrade experience very comfortable and was patient enough to answer all of my questions. Simon was super nice too. They don't have a huge inventory but they are willing to order items for you and the delivery process is pretty quick. Definitely my new favorite location. Looking forward to continuing to do business with them.

When I say Heather and Antionette is a boss at T-mobile they are positive, when I say they are dedicated to they job, they is dedicated to help you. They will literally be on the phone with customer service for 2hours until you are satisfied about everything that you had a problem with, I been with T-Mobile for 6 months never had a problem with Heather and Antionette, they all ways help me when I need it!!!

This store is awesome! The store manager is very informative and accommodating. Upgrading my phone was an enjoyable experience. I'll definitely go out of my way to stop at this store because they are up to date with all the deals and options for whatever plan you may have:) Customer service is top notch.

Only t-mobile location that actually has common sense, common courtesy, respect for others and consideration for people with disabilities. S27th & Miller Park are both terrible stores especially with overall customer service
