I'm prefacing this review with I had a really horrid week but I went to pay my bill in store. The gentleman, I don't remember his name, was very kind considering I pulled on the door at 10:03 a.m. We chatted for a few minutes and I went on my way. Cricket is the first store to ever really work with me when I had a major issue. I'd recommend them for a service provider anytime.

Love, love, love Kalia! She is one of THE best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. She is polite, funny, knows the merchandise and makes sure that her customers have had their questions answered and concerns solved before they leave the store. She is an asset to the store and company. I switched from Strait Talk because of her.

Best experience I've ever had with any customer service person. I'm smartphone illiterate and Avery had me covered on everything. Transferring photos, apps, etc. Had a selection of cases out before I even asked. Truly the best experience I could have asked for. The cricket in West Allis is closer to me but will be driving the extra 10 mins. from now on. Don't go to any other cricket retailer and be sure to ask for Avery. Cricket needs to give this man a raise!!
