I had an awful day today, and I got my phone stolen in Walmart and Jose came to the rescue and was able to cancel my own phone. Give me the product I was looking for and take care of all my concerns, extremely professional everybody in the store highly recommend From the service here it was some of the best AT&T service that I’ve ever received. Also wasn’t able to use an Uber and they were able to provide one for me one way above and beyond what is required. Got me out of a big jam X stream Lee helpful. Thank you for everything you guys do. Thank you.

I was so amazed at how above and beyond the sales worker Sophia Alejandra went for my family and I. She created a great bundle plan and helped me understand it all as she walked me through everything. If I ever needed any help in the future I would be more then happy to go back to her. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. They are kind, knowledgeable & courteous to everyone who walks in the door. Best example I saw wa. an elderly man, clearly upset & frustrated, came in because he was having trouble with his landline. Another cell phone store might have sent him packing, but a very kind employee listened to him and helped him get through to ATT landline people by phone. The manager leads by example & all the team members I saw that day were patient & thorough. I am very sorry not to remember names because it's been a couple weeks. If you want to deal with ATT about cell phones, go here. They are a great group of people.

I had an incredible experience in this store with Jose Santana!! To say this young man went above and beyond is an understatement!! He was extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. I was having problems transferring data to my new phone, Jose figured it out, quickly! Jose shared tips with me, showed me how to use my new phone (I'm a senior citizen, enough said) all the while with a smile on his face and kind words of encouragement. I absolutely highly recommend Jose Santana and have shared this amazing experience with everyone I know. Ask for Jose Santana at this store, I promise you'll be glad you did!

Sophia was very helpful! She got me a good deal with an S22. I'm even paying less than I was on my other company. She got me some discounts and I walked out of there completely set up. If you ever need any help, go to her. She will do above and beyond. 5 stars. Definitely recommend.

We went to AT&T hoping that we could walk out with a good plan and new phones. And we walked out with just that! We had Jazmin Rojo helping us the majority of the time we were there, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so well organized with everything, she took the time to go over different scenarios with us regarding different plans. She takes her job seriously and is so knowledgeable in her work. She strived to give us the best deal possible and we left really happy with our AT&T plan!:) She was very patient, and was always so sweet and made our experience amazing! I walked in knowing pretty well what I was looking for. In less than 20 minutes Eddie was able to process my info, answered every question, and made my move to AT&T the most efficient I have ever had. Eddie had incredible customer service skills, communicated effectively, and did everything he could so I would walk out a new and happy client. 5 stars just isn't enough to score my experience with Eddie today. As a new AT&T customer (I made a BIG mistake of signing up at Target), there were significant problems with getting my new internet service installed and some minor problems with my wireless account. Fernando Melendez is a pro! He was very helpful and concerned with getting my services correct. He also took care of my iphone trade-in. (still waiting for the email from AT&T Target representative explaining what I should do)

We went here to switch from a different carrier and get new phones. Luis was so helpful and patient; he was happy to answer all of our questions and made sure to break down all the costs so we understood exactly what we were paying for. We went to this store after having a problem with another AT&T store. We were trying to switch from T-mobile to AT&T then we changed our mind and the employee told us “I’m going to change anything” which means the phone number will stay with T-mobile but unfortunately he canceled the number already. And after 2 days of trying to get back the phone number going to several stores at the end we went to this store were Rigo helped us getting the phone number back and was so friendly with us. Even though the store close at 8:00, he stayed with until 8:35. Thank you for the great service Rigo! God bless you brother

We stopped in Saturday 2/4, and Sophia helped us. She is amazing!! She's so sweet and helpful! Not, pushy at all. I really liked how she kept telling us, if we have any problems once we recieve our phones just come see her. It shows true compassion for her customers. She answered all our questions. She's super knowledgeable too. We are very happy with the whole experience! I'm sure all the employees are great. We are just happy it worked out for us to have Sophia.
