My most recent experience was excellent. On my previous visit for a replacement screen protector, the new replacement had a piece of dirt under the cover which I was not happy about. Nagul said it should smooth out in about a week. It didn't. Then both sides began lifting off of the phone in less than a week. I went back and Nagul installed a new protector. This one has been fine without any issues. Thanks Nagul!

Being a mother of twin toddlers, my phone gets dropped more often than I care to admit. I only use ZAGG screen protectors as it is extremely convenient and quick (an absolute must) to be able to go to the kiosk in the mall and have someone change the screen protector perfectly all for only $10. No matter what new phone I get in the future, I plan to only use ZAGG simply because of this service.

I walked up to the kiosk and asked Nick if he had privacy glass for the newest iPhone. He said he did. I asked him how much and he told me. I told him that’s what I wanted and handed him my phone. Not even two whole minutes later he handed my phone back with the glass already put on. The entire process took no more then five minutes, with the time it took to pay and input my information into his computer. He was professional and efficient. I recommend this kiosk to anyone in need of screen protection or screen repairs.

Best choice if you’re looking for the famous and impeccable 3X strength glass ZAGG offers and less screen glare. Highly recommend this store. Dealing with Zagg is great! The main reason I've paid so much for the covers (>$50) is because I know they are solid and will do what they claim... protect the phone. I dropped my phone on an asphalt parking lot a while back. Of course with my luck it landed face down. The glass cover cracked but the phone was fine. Unfortunately (or maybe luckily) before I could replace the cover I dropped it again and this time it bounced on the edges before landing hard face-down once again. The phone itself was fine and the cover didn't deter from me using it (with the exception of cleanly swiping from the edge). I tried to replace the glass cover at the Zagg kiosk at the local mall but they were out of stock for the Galaxy S8+ covers. I waited a few weeks before going back and they still didn not have any. Once I did finally get it replaced it was a quick process. I thought it was cool that even with a back cover on the phone the Zagg rep knew at just a glance from 6' away that it was an 8+. Having to go back 3 times until I could get a replacement is the only reason I did not rate it 5 stars. Having to wait over a month for a stock replenishment is poor business. But other than that... awesome product!

I have shopped this Zagg Kiosk in the Mall of New Hampshire for several years. Most importantly, they have Always done an outstanding job of helping me protect my devices with Zagg products. They take their time, make sure their product is on perfectly, leaving my devices looking great and I know from personal experience, Well Protected. After the initial purchase of a Zagg screen protector, they cover the replacement if your Zagg screen should crack doing its job of protecting your devices original screen for only $10. That is a great warranty price so you do not have to pay the full price to replace the Zagg screen protector as long as you own that device. They take care of iPhones, iPads, and most other makes of phones. They also sell a variety of protection equipment like Otter Box and others to protect your devices from falls or other damage. Again, I can’t recommend this Kiosk store any more highly. It is my Go to Place for protecting my iPhones for my family. I was there actually yesterday and they did a great job putting a new screen protector on my iPhone 13 ProMax. I offered to pass on my thoughts about this store. I had went online to do a Warranty Replacement and had hesitated to do it there. Upon, entering the Mall my friend stopped at a Kiosk and I found the ZAGG SIGNAGE. I approached the Kiosk and saw Nick. He said he would be happy to help me with my issues. I showed him online that I did a Product Registration and he replaced me with a newer style Screen Protector and I was so impressed with his talent and Customer Service.
