Horrible customer service when my husband and I went in to ask questions. Daija was extremely rude from the first interaction. Went back to return my home internet and had a pleasant interaction with the other staff. But had gone to the store again this past Saturday because my bill was way more than what she originally said and Daija said she doesn’t “deal” with bill issues to call care. Returned to the store yesterday to ask about my bill and another worker was very kind and explained why my bill was so much. Turns out my husbands and I’s phones were only worth $400 and was originally told $800. Would return to this location to work with anyone besides Daija and I recommend staying far away from her while being in there. There’s plenty of other friendly staff at this location.

Great experience with Carlos today. We came in to do an upgrade from Sprint to T-Mobile, had a few hiccups with authorization but when we got that situated we had no problems. Significantly better then the Derry store who will do nothing with you other then sell you a phone under contract. Go here instead of Derry. Just a better experience where people know what they are talking about.

Right now this store has great knowledgable staff and it is too bad that issues of the past have plagued this comment board. I know all the reps there currently and they all do their best to take care of customers. They cant physically fix phones but they can troubleshoot and are a great place to go for answers. Im confident they will implement the best deals for switching carriers and upgrades or anything you need.

Location is still open and has provided me with so much help. Very easy to get to through the Red Robin entrance . They are very upbeat and up on knowledge of devices. I have been to other locations that weren’t as helpful but this is the store to be at.

YES, this store is now TMOBILE, not Sprint. This was always my go-to mall store for before and still is for Tmobile products and services (after my service got switched over). Ive always liked their kind and courteous service. They really do try to give u the best deals on phones. If you’ve had a bad experience its probably because you didn’t understand what they were offering in the first place. I dealt with Sam who was super helpful with my phone options and offered me a great deal for the new Iphone. Great job guys keep up the good work and great customer service!

After making two trips to another Sprint Store in the area and spending over two hours trying to get a SIM for an iPhone 6, they told me they couldn’t help me and I would have to order it from MySprint. I went to the Mall of N.H. Sprint Store and had the new SIM and an activated phone within five minutes of walking into the store. Done! Great service and very courteous staff.

I had issues with my phone and needed Apple to repair some stuff and when I went in to ask questions the person behind the counter (sadly did not catch a name. Didn’t see one and he didn’t say it) was super rude and than proceeded to ignore me to the point I got none of my questions answered and I left the store to go to another t-mobile location. The rude situation happened at The Mall Of New Hampshire where Sprint used to be. The people at the other T-Mobile in the same store by the food court where A LOT more helpful and actually listened and helped me.
