I came in with no phone and no clue and left with 2 phones and a free tablet for an amazing price, Timothy was a great help. Amazing customer service and did everything for me so I didn't have to do a thing. 10 out of 10 for me . Thanks Tim!

My experience was not even close to as amazing as when I have dealt with Mike and his two amazing daughters in the past. New young lady was very sweet. Prices where far above the expected norm at this location. I locked myself out of my tablet and they told me there was no way to reset it?!!! Ridiculous... Heard later there is a way,. But don't want to help the sneaky people get into people's devices, so I won't post it.

This store used to be more like a 2 star. There's a kid named Tim there now who gave me the best service. I'll always shop here as long as I can deal with him. 5 star representation of your company.

While the service was good, I had to pay an activation fee as an existing customer to upgrade my phone. I called Metro customer service after purchasing the phone and was informed that I DID NOT NEED to be charged an activation fee but that they could have activated the phone by calling them. METRO was nice enough to reimburse the fee. To anyone who visits this store and is told you have to pay an activation fee, please be advised this is not the case according to METRO. Because of this experience I am giving only a 3 star for lack of integrity on their part.

This Manchester store is the Best at trouble shooting, I had a bad SIM card replaced and the phone worked like brand new, I was at the Derry store with Rob and he never replaced the SIM card but was eager to sell me a new phone.

by far the best new phone experience of my life. the couple that helped me were very professional. not too pushy like most salespeople. provided some priceless information about an app i did not know about. they really went above and beyond my expectations based on previous experiences at cell phone stores.

Most people that work here are very helpful and go out of their way to save you money. Telling you cases are cheaper elsewhere as well as sd cards. And some even wave the 15$ activation fee. But beware of the a**hole that doesn't help with anything and rips you off!

I came into this store multiple times and ultimately was feeling iffy about metro service in general... But when I went in for help with my phone I was in and out with complete ease.... Shavedka ( probably butchering her name) was incredibly helpful and definitely gave me a different outlook on metro services.. her kind demeanor made a stressful experience extremely relaxed and helped me feel at ease.. businesses need more people like her

My phone volume and audio stop working and the phone is a couple months old. I went to the Nashua store first they couldn't help me they said needed to buy a new phone, I called Manchester store they said not an issue they gave me a replacement. I don't understand why the Nashua store wouldn't help me, won't go there ever again, thank you Manchester store.
