I went in to the So. Willow St. location in Manchester, NH today with my daughter Rachael, and the employee Tyler absolutely went above and beyond to help us. There were also 4 other customers in the store, and he was helping all of us simultaneously, as he was the only employee working. We have had problems everytime previously, but Tyler made it a breeze. He even taught us about different features, saved us money, and helped us sign up for other things we had trouble with. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't believe that he had only just started working there a few months ago. This man needs a raise! Thank you Tyler!

They service on the phone sometimes lags more then I am used to from Verizon but I do like how inexpensive they are. I don't mind the lagging a little cause I don't need my phone to be super fast. Went in there once to change something on my account since I went with this carrier. Had no problems , the people there were helpful and changed everything I needed changed within 5 minutes.

Came into cricket wireless today. Had problems with my phone and the manager there helped me out with getting a new phone. I believe his name was Adam. He transfered all my data. Even found old lost videos from 6 yrs back. I wish we had more stores with this type of customer service.

As a long-time local guide usually when I write something many people will see it and read it. Today we are discussing mobile device connective services. So, after dealing with Verizon for 2 plus years with their disingenuous billing and business practices I must say that it is refreshing to join a service provider that is customer-driven in concept and in their business practices. Cricket Wireless does not bill ahead like Verizon or Comcast, which in my opinion is unfair due to the fact that you always have a balance that creates excessive late fees when in fact you are not late on your bill whatsoever. Do yourself a big favor, consider porting out your number to Cricket Wireless. Save money and receive real customer service and coverage that is surprisingly similar!! Thanks, Adam for getting me set up. Well done! Switch to Cricket Wireless today & start saving real money on your cell phone bill!
