I Dropped of XBOX One S to Tyler at ubreakifix . Tyler was very empathetic and reassuring. Though he did make any promises of what would fix my xbox one s, he stayed very optimistic and presented me with all of my possible options. I appreciate how upfront he was and with pricing. I was able to reach out and he was very happy to provide me with updates on the progress of my device. More people in the tech repair industry should provide this kind of service. The store is very clean, staff is very knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend if you want to be given all the facts and NOT feel ripped off, GO to UBreakiFix.

They did awesome work with my phone. I had already been to AT&T, Apple, then back to a different AT&T store that day. I went to one AT&T store right after they opened that morning and they sent me to Apple. Apple could’ve fixed my iPhone, but for no less that $329 since it was out of warranty, so they helped me check my AT&T account to see if I had coverage through them. I did, so they sent me to a better AT&T store. At that one, they helped me file my claim while I was in store. Upon completion, UbreakIfix was the store covered by the insurance so I went here. They were very friendly and appreciative of the info and phone settings that had been passed on to me or already set by Apple and AT&T. That was nice to see too. For the actual repair, they were done with it super quick. I went home to let my dogs out and eat lunch while they were fixing it and drove back after and my phone was already fixed. They used original Apple parts and you can’t ever tell anything was wrong. The best part was that I didn’t pay a dime out of pocket to them. They processed it through my claim with AT&T which allowed the $29 deductible fee to just be added on to my next AT&T billing cycle. Very relieving for me because all of this was very unexpected and I didn’t have any extra funds that day. It’s a good and efficient system, which seems like a rare thing to be able to say these days. I very much appreciate these folks and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else having tech issues. I’m sure I’ll need them again at some point and I won’t hesitate to make them my first stop now.

I arrived at 11:00 with a phone with a cracked screen. They were able to pull up my insurance claim though I did not have the claim number with me. They had it repaired and ready to go by 12:30, as promised. Service at the front desk was very good. I would recommend this location.

Very friendly, extremely quick. Cracked the screen on my Pixel 6 Pro, half the display was flickering and fingerprint ID wouldn't work. Called ahead and asked for hours of operation, and wondered if they would have to order parts. They had them on hand already, as they do most parts apparently. Showed up and they fixed my phone in under half an hour. Lady at front desk and the technician himself were both nice people.

Did a great job replacing glass on my Pixel 6 Pro. Dropped off and it was ready within 2 hours. Be sure to check your email so you know when job is complete. Also make sure to have your claim number handy. Quite a few customers didn't have this info and they weren't able to have their item repaired.

Only been in once, but I've got no complaints. Pixel 2XL phone battery stopped holding a charge. Got it replaced the same day for $80. Prices on more current gen phones seems steep, but the staff do proper work. Got my phone back the same day and the battery is as good as new.

Quick service and friendly staff. When i droppwdlled my phone off on Saturday morning they asked if i i was ok with being without my phone until Monday due to Samsung phone screen repairs taking a full day. We received a call later the same day to pick the phone up.

I broke my screen on my Samsung phone and didn't know what to do. My friend had her iPad screen fixed here and was very happy with the service and the price, so I took my phone to UbreakiFix. The price quote was reasonable and I was able to get my phone back in less than 2 hours. Carl the technician was very professional and pleasant and answered all the questions I had. Dropped off phone on Friday; was told it might be ready Saturday. Store was closed on Sunday and Monday so didn’t get it back until Monday. It was under warranty so there was no charge for repair. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Short wait. There was one person in the store when I arrived and one outside the store. The weather was good; no problem. Once inside the store, contact information was collected and I handed over my phone. I confirmed that the cracked screen was the only problem. I was also informed that I needed to back up my phone - a fact that wasn't relayed to me when I'd called the day before. The tech asked me to unlock my phone and started the process for me - after assuring me the apps and messages would be backed up. Other than limiting the number of people in the store to one at a time, for the most part, no other precautions were taken; no gloves, nothing wiped down, no mask (the guy in the back did have a mask) no attempt to limit contact, device passed back and forth multiple times. Phone condition was described as poor - though less than 4 moths old and never being out of a case since purchase. Only true blemish was cracked screen. "Backed up" my phone, because required by manufacturer, but none of the apps or messages were included in the backup though I was assured both would be by the technician prior to him backing up the device. No apparent problem with the screen replacement. Still reinstalling my apps. As the only authorized Google pixel repair service in the area I would have to go back or buy another phone. Parking isn't a problem and store was clean and well organized; it appears to be a pretty new store.

I would like to say thanks to Sal and the people at ubreakitifixit. I broke my wife's IPad. Not a good thing! I went to a couple of places and all said it would take 7 to 10 days. I contacted ubreakitIfixit. They said he could get it done today. He said about 3 hours. He had it fix in about 1.5 hours. Great job! I recommend this place 100%.

The repair was really busy. At the time, this venue was going through staffing issues, so I had a to wait about 20 even though I previously set up an appointment. However, the staff was very nice, took care of the repair quickly and faster than I expected. I have had 2 phones repaired here and I would not go anywhere else as this is the only certified Samsung repair center in this area. I will take future repairs here.

The store on Hurstbourne lane was very backed up and extremely busy, which is a good sign, but they couldn't fit my repair in on my phone same day and I couldn't leave it so I drove out to the Dixie Highway location in the Dixie Manor shopping center. Sal fixed my phone in only 45 minutes and was extremely helpful in the explanation of fixing my phone! Very knowledgeable and friendly too! Jackson was very nice as well and was accommodating in every way from greeting us to explaining the cost. Will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs their phone or other electronics repaired. Mine was a Samsung phone and they are an authorized Samsung repair center with Samsung parts. Very nice experience! Worth the drive out there to have it back the same day!! Very happy with this location and the price was reasonable too! Great job! 🙂👍🐝👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good repair on my galaxy 8 with broken screen, 0 cost I had at&t insurance. Only disappointment was the new battery that came with screen wasn't charged so I had to sit their for 20 minutes while I charged it. Seems like a simple thing they could have done.

Fast and easy. Took my Samsung Galaxy Note10 plus in for a broken screen. Originally they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours because they had over 40 Galaxy's in front of me. However, I dropped it off at 10a.m. and it was ready at 3:30 the same day. I used my insurance to complete the purchase so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket and my phone works perfectly!

Great and friendly service. I brought my device in for a cracked screen repair. I dropped it off at 10am and was quoted it be ready in 24 to 48 hours, which was okay with me. 6 hours later they called and said it was ready. My device looks brand new again. I don't usually write reviews, but I have to on this one! Everybody that I dealt with in the Jeffersontown store was so nice and extremely helpful! I spoke to Nick on the phone, he answered all my questions and he was super nice about everything! When I dropped my phone off to be worked on and when I picked it up I dealt with a gentleman named Tyler, GREAT guy lol super funny (jokester 100%) amazing experience! I did briefly talk to the guy who actually worked on my phone again super friendly unfortunately I didn't catch his name to give him a shout out. I did have a manufacturer warranty on my Samsung device so I can't really speak to pricing since Samsung is taking care of it, but the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely painless, dropped it off and picked it up in about 48 hours. I hope to not have any further issues with my phone but if I do even though I live in Indiana I will always bring my phone to this location!!! Thank you guys again, my phone is working great!!

They repaired my iPhone 11. Just the ability for them to answer the phone for questions prior to getting service. I was informed that I would receive a call when my phone was repaired. I waited almost two hours after getting off work in the area of the store for the phone call that never came!

Alex exhibited great patience in dealing with 2 older gentlemen before ultimately getting with me on my needs. Interaction was great and provided clarity on what to expect from diagnosis (couple days) to repair on my Xbox One. While this will most likely be a one time visit to ubreakifix, he offered up a package to service all the tech in my place for a $25 dollar a month charge. If only I had tech to warrant $300 a year in charges.... We'll see how it shakes out going forward but we are off to a good start.

Highly recommend this business to all! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and worked to please the customer. I had a phone battery replaced and was able to go home and backup my phone (which had not been done in months). It was apparent that the battery was not the main issue with my phone as it continued to die quickly. I was able to return their battery, get mine back and turn it into insurance for a new device. Without their willingness to work with me, I would not have been able to recover the previous 3 months data on my phone. I truly appreciate their professionalism and will look to them in the future for any more issues. Thanks again!

EDIT: I was very frustrated that I was scheduled an appointment during the time that the shop was closed and originally gave 1 star because of loss of work time. When finally getting into the store, Kayla assisted me with great knowledge and professionalism that made the sting a lot less. She then informed me of a program that Samsung had for Healthcare workers and that my $308 repair could be free. I was told that the repair would take more than 2 1/2 hours but was quicker. When I went to pick the phone up at the end of the day, I was very pleased that the repair didn't cost me anything as well as my phone was as if I had just gotten it. There are no signs of any damage whatsoever. Kayla had come thru for me and did a fantastic job. I hope i never need their services again but if I do, I hope Kayla is there to save the day again. ORIGINAL: I did as asked and went online to schedule my appointment for 10 am. I understand the COVID-19 issues and all, but how difficult is it to block out the times that you have decided to close the store for your new reduced hours. Store doesn't open until 11, even though I was allowed to schedule for 10 am. I had to take an hour off from work just to schedule this and now am not sure if I'll get to get my phone fixed because I have to go back to work and there aren't any guarantees i can take off for another hour. Not very good for customers. I'm not the only one sitting in the parking lot for their non existent 10 am appointment.

To be honest it has only been a few hours since I left the shop. But so far so good. The repair was completed more quickly than expected and I haven't had any problems with my phone in the last few hours. I only dealt with one staff member but he was very courteous. Cost wise I'd have to say, based on my research, you might save yourself $20 doing it on your own but that is only if you already happen to have the required tools. If you don't, well then you also probably don't have any experience either. Pay the extra money and get it done correctly. 90 day guarantee on their work. At this point I would recommend them.

Matt, Excellent and outstanding service technician.. He went far beyond my expectations to service a Motorola cell phone which Verizon had sold me it could NOT erase data from the Verizon phone. He helped me for over to contact Motorola support which was not available in Louisville, Ky I tried to pay him and he said could NOT charge me in any way. This place is amazing. My husband had just bought a new google phone. The same day he got it he damaged the port for his charger. He took the phone back to Verizon but they were going to have to send it away to be repaired. I contacted uBreakIFix and they repaired it within a couple of hours. I took my Samsung Note 9 here to have my broken screen fixed. We live about an hour and a half away and were worried about having to leave it over night. The girl (I think her name might have been Kayla?) had it fixed within a half an hour! It works perfectly and we are very happy with the service we got.

Impressive customer service. Simply I wanted to know what is the problem with my Pixel 3 charger port which was recently loosen itself and the cable cord is pull out while charging. Gentleman here was taking a look and simply blow up the dust and it works great. Not a marketing terms to charge you but was trying to help you. It was quick and easy. Liked it.

Took my Galaxy S7 Edge for a front screen repair after I dropped it on concrete. The uBreakiFix staff assessed the phone, and explained what work needed to be done. Phone was repaired within about 2 hours, at a fair cost (these screens are not cheap, so be prepared for sticker shock). The phone looks as good as the day I bought it! I do recommend calling ahead to make sure the screen (and bezel color) are in stock.

this location has a staff that is absolutely nothing but helpful as well as professional. They repaired my screen in under 2 hours and the phone is as good as new! I highly recommend buying a screen protector from them as well, if you break the screen protector they replace it for free and in addition to that if you break your actual screen it's only 9$ to get it repaired. I will never go anywhere else as long as I am in Louisville these guys know exactly what they are doing and everyone interacted with was friendly, kind and professional; basically everything one of those middle of the mall repair shacks will not offer you. I can't recommend this location enough, and buy the screen protector it's so worth it. Thank you all for such an awesome experience !

These guys are the best! I went to the St Matthews location on a tues and they told me that it would be $239.00 to replace the screen on my Note 8. I told her that it was cheaper/better than the $250.00 deductible and Verizon sending me a refurbished phone. They couldn't get the parts until maybe friday. (they are supposed to keep them in stock. See my review of the St Matthews location) So I go in and the guy tells me that if I have the Verizon insurance that a screen replacement is only $29.00!! Score!! I put in a claim and had my phone back in less than two hours!! Saving over $200.00 because someone knows their stuff is a big deal to me. Thanks you guys so much for the excellent service! We will always use you from now on!

Mr. Matt Dumstorf went above and beyond to fix my broken iPhone. Initially, I made an appointment at the Apple Store Oxmoor and said it’s not fixable after this girl looked at it for five minutes. They didn’t even attempt to open the phone. Matt took his time to actually open the phone and it was working again after 15 minutes. I thought I was going to lose all my contacts since I didn’t have cloud back up. He didn’t even charge me. I wanted to give him a tip, buy him lunch, or offer a gift card but he couldn’t accept due to corporate policy. Thank you sir for an exceptional service. HT

They have partnered with google to fix the Pixel phones. I have a Pixel XL and took it to them to replace my broken screen. It a little over an hour and my phone looks brand new. They did an amazing job on it. I would highly recommend this place if you have a Pixel or any other damaged device.

I was very pleased with the outcome of a very bad situation! My daughter dropped her iphone in water. We tried all the typical fixes but they did not work. I read review of Ubreakifix and felt it was my best option. I was told they could not guarantee a fix, which I understood - I did need to leave the phone so they could do a wash and inspect. The next day, early afternoon, I received an update - SUCCESS! When we arrived to pick the phone up, they explained in detail how /what they did to fix the phone. Explained my warranty - and I asked for a suggestion on a new case - they did not pressure me with any sales pitches - I walked away feeling I was treated with great respect and was given a fair price for the service received.

Above and beyond. Last night I broke my screen, I had work that required the use of my cell phone starting at noon. I called in the morning, made sure they had my parts. they did, I went in, around 10:30, told them I needed to be going to work by 11:30. they had my phone fixed and in my hands by 11:20. they alerted me to other issues, but did not pressure me into anything else. Also they give military vet discounts! always support stores that do. Can not say enough good things about them.

I went in for shattered glass in front of the camera lens. When I noticed black spots showing up in all my pictures shortly after the repair, I took it back in under warranty. They took really good care of me by investigating the problem further and replaced the camera. Now I'm all set! I knocked off one star because it can be tricky to get in for a repair. You can make an appointment, but it's still first come first serve, a little confusing why you would even make an appointment then... So, it was suggested to me to come in when the store opens at 10am, difficult when you have a regular job, but I took the risk and wiggled in. May I suggest prioritizing those who make an appointment? Thank you! I did appreciate the service!

I LOVE THESE GUYS, ESPECIALLY DARIN!!! I was NOT expecting this level of customer service. In fact - I was afraid they were going to be the typical tech savvy type, you know - with the sarcastic eye roll at the old lady with the ridiculous LG G5 issues, but they were AMAZING. The part had to be ordered, but the repair was affordable and they kept me posted every step of the way. When the part came in, Darin was knowledgeable, friendly and super patient. I had a battery swell in my daughter’s iPhone which caused the screen to separate. About 3-4 days after the repair my daughter started experiencing problems with nothing happening when striking the keys such as logging in and texting. I took it back and they promptly put a new screen on as a precaution and run a diagnostics on it to make sure the problem was corrected. I took my iPod Touch 7th Generation in for repairs. The iPod would no longer take a charge or be recognized my my computer when plugged in. Since it was a Sunday afternoon and people where there ahead of me, I expected a wait that would be followed by news of an expensive repair, should a repair be even possible. The young lady at the counter promptly took my iPod to the back to have it looked at. In less that two minutes she returned the iPod functioning as good as new. The cost was way more than fair. They have now gained a customer for all of my repair needs! It appears that the previous very good reviews were spot on.

Very friendly n nice but my replacement screen don’t work as good as the main n it’s like a small dot on screen like a spec, I have to hit the power button just to swipe back open to use my bottom menu that scrolls up for quick Bluetooth or WiFi or flash light capability. Kind of a ways/distance for me so I might have to take the L. 🤷🏾‍♂️

29NOV2016: I stopped by yesterday to determine whether or not a 4th gen iPad home button plug could be removed (via soldering) and a new replacement plug installed. The plugs are TINY and I do not have the equipment nor the expertise to tackle such tedious work. The absence of this particular skill set is what originally prompted me to visit the shop. Anyhoo, I have no idea why I was leery of getting a quote, but I couldn't have been more surprised and genuinely happy with the integrity of the gentlemen who assisted me. He shot straight from the hip and informed me that the repair was a delicate procedure, gave me a very fair quote for the labor since I had already purchased the new parts and explained the mechanics behind the repair which are responsible for such low odds of a successful repair. Given this information to chew on, he then informed me of a workaround that I had no prior knowledge of. Pardon the hyperbole, but my faith in humanity was a little bit restored yesterday. I would return in an instant should I ever need any further assistance/repairs.
