Great place to go and get your new phone. Let me tell you, I wouldn't waste a second on other providers. T-Mobile is the way to go. I've had T-Mobile for 25 years now and they never cease to amaze me! I love how knowledgeable their staff are compared to some other providers that I don't want to mention here. Also they are very friendly and professional. They welcome you with a smile. T-Mobile has the latest and greatest phones, with great deals, specials that will work just for anyone. One important thing is there are No More Contracts! That's right, No More 2years locked in with the same provider, you are free to leave whenever you want, as long as your phone is paid for in full. But i assure you, once you switch to T-Mobile you'll never go back to anyone. I highly recommend you go with T-Mobile and don't waste your time anywhere else. You won't regret it. This store right here is the place to go for sure. Thank you guys for a great customer service and thank you T-Mobile for being my provider for many years and many more to come for sure. I forgot to mention, T-Mobile is also great when traveling overseas especially Europe. T-Mobile is Europes Number 1 phone and internet provider and i promise you, your phone will work and you won't have to do a thing. Their international rates are very reasonable. You should call T-Mobile Customer Support to check and/or add the international plan to your phone line before you travel.

My siblings and I went here yesterday to upgrade our phones and the staff was a breathe of fresh air. Very lively and helpful. They made the experience way easier than we thought it was going to be. We have decided to make this store our T-Mobile store. Jay, Jacob, and Jose were amazing!!!!

I went into today to get an upgrade for my phone and wasn't sure what I wanted. Jose took care of me and answered every little crazy question or specs question I had. Helped me figure out any account questions, and calmed my future bill worries. Even ended up getting a new watch via promotion, overall a great trip and one of the best customer service experiences I've had at Tmobile. Definitely recommend this store for your phone needs!

There’s some good people working at this store. J helped me get a better deal for my phone plan than I even anticipated. I’ll admit there was some small confusion about what perks I was getting, but once it was worked out I was satisfied with my experience.

Just went there to get a SIM card replaced, and the staff were both fantastic. The associate manager, J, was incredibly helpful and friendly the entire time, and the other employee, think his name was Max, was great too. Will be going back here for all my phone purchasing needs in the future.

Had been strung along by T-Mobile rep for almost a month trying to add a phone and a line to our corporate account, and every step had been a pain and required more waiting and uncertainty--some kind of confusion created by the Sprint/T-Mobile merger. Terry and Tony worked with me for close to three hours on identifying the issue and getting results for me. Their professionalism and customer service skills were outstanding and I was finally able to get a solution AND an explanation. We had been considering dropping T-Mobile/Sprint entirely, but will stick with it now. T-Mobile corporate, if you're reading this, make sure Terry and Tony get a promotion and/or a raise!

This place is extraordinary; they put Fourth Street to shame! Really,truly caring employees, even the temporary ones. After getting screwed at Fourth Street,Baxter is my new T-Mobile. We set up my notebook quickly,and my friend and I still made it to Kroger and back before dark. I am impressed.

I mean, WOW! This team consisting of Jard, Keegan, and Anne went ABOVE and BEYOND for THREE hours to assist me in a terrible situation. I was sold a brand new Samsung Galaxy 10 on Ebay that had a clean IMEI... at first. Then, became blacklisted three days ago. The seller was trying to blame it on Tmobile. However, Tmobile proved the prior seller stopped paying on the phone, which, caused the blacklisting. Any who, because I had no phone to use (as mine was blacklisted and my husband was OF COURSE out of town for a week), they allowed me to use their phone. It was a bonus that I called inside of the store, because they helped me prove to the non helpful tech team from another country my situation. The language barrier was difficult and the teach team kept trying to pin unblacklisting on the store. However, it is the tech teams job. The supervisor was apparently busy for the almost three hours I was on the phone with the tech team. However, a solution was resolved in thanks to these three folks who helped me provide proper information and confirm that it was the on phones ladies job to fix the situation. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the assistance!!!!
