Outstanding!!! We brought our Samsung S21 phone to them for repair today. Basically, the screen went blank, and we could not get it to work. They fixed it within a few minutes. And, they updated us on other common issues with our type of phone. The repair tech is very skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is definitely our place to go to get a phone fixed.

I’ve used CPR on several occasions in the past and service has exceeded my expectations on every occasion. Once a newly installed part did not perform as hoped, and with no question a new replacement part was installed at zero cost. Today I asked a repair to be done as soon as possible given the distance to my home. It was completed 2 hours before promised. An outstanding firm!

Shout out to Chris and Glenn! I took my iPhone X in today for a screen replacement. I’m told sure but it will take about 45 mins. Ok I’m cool with that. I take my family across the street to dollar general. By the time we get back it’s been about 25 mins and I walk in just to check out what’s in the store. My phone is already fixed! I was referred to CPR by my local ATT vendor who said they were honest and did quality work and boy did they ever. My iPhone sound was going in and out and they fixed it for free; he could have told me anything and charged me a lot to repair. Two days later an odd message about my lightning port was wet. I took my phone in and they fixed it within minutes and did not even charge me anything. That is a miracle in this day and time. If you have any trouble with your phone I would definitely take to them. When I got there to pick up my phone they had fixed the issue and didn’t charge me at all.. said something had come unplugged in the phone and it was an easy fix so it was FREE. I have been to CPR at Hikes Point a handful of times since moving to Louisville. I have gotten my screen replaced, home button fixed, speaker fixed, etc. The staff there has always been very friendly and helpful. I am always pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently they get things done, no matter if I am a walk-in or I schedule an online appointment. I highly recommend them for a fast and easy fix if you have luck as bad as I do with phones.

Been here twice now for repairs (a S8+ and S20+ screen repair) and they've done an awesome job both times! My S20+ had some additional damage that prevented functionality after they released it but they took it back in, troubleshot, and got it back to me super quickly! Working in tech I understand things happen sometimes that you don't forsee which can cause delays/etc. Overall I would highly recommend this place for the following reasons. -Super quick service, both times I've had repairs done, my phone was done same day or early the next day depending on when I dropped my phone off. -Professional service even when things go wrong. Cost seems to be on par with other places so the above points are what really stand out. Plus they offer a lifetime warranty on their work from defects! See you guys next time I inevitably break my screen!

Overall I had a decent experience. The repair person talked really fast, but answered all of the questions asked. I called back after purchase to ask questions about the set up of my recently purchased laptop and got no answer. Either they were busy or annoyed that I was calling back. I had called several other cell phone repair shops in Louisville and surrounding areas but no one actually had the part, it had to be ordered, blah blah blah. I did have to drive 1.5hrs to get to their business, the only draw back was that no one let me know that my phone was repaired and ready.. so I sat in my vehicle much longer (hours) than necessary. Did the online estimate from the CPR website for my Samsung Note 5 that had completely died. The estimate came out to be $129. I was contacted the next day by CPR (I think it was Jesse) He stated it might not be as much if it just needed the battery replaced. He said to bring it in and they would check it out. Best of all, he said it was free for the diagnostics. I was really hoping it was a battery issue but it turned out not to be so. My Note 5 had flatlined and could not be revived. The staff was great, very professional. They were a little off on the response time as far as hearing back in a hour. But all in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend them for your cell phone repair needs.

I’ve been going to this specific CPR for years. For good reason. Please note - not all CPR franchises are created equal. This one is worth the trip. Went there today after work to fix a screen on my iPhone X, which they did quickly and for free. They have a warranty on their replacement screens (not all do) and they fixed it AND replaced the nice screen protector I’d bought from them - all under warranty. And they fixed a broken speaker on the phone while I was there even though it was close to closing time. I pass a dozen other of their competitors on the way there. There is a lot of competition in this space, but this store...it’s worth the trip. So, I want to give credit where credit is due. These guys are professional, courteous, and always get the job done to perfection. I’ve had my screen replaced, as has my son’s iPad, battery replaced, hard drive swapped for an SSD in a Mac Mini... been here a lot (life happens). Fast, kind, professional, quick, customer-centered...what more could you ask for? There are others closer to home, but it’s worth the trip to come to this specific CPR. Many many thanks. So come! You won’t be disappointed.

Positive experience; I recommend this shop. Problem: iPhone became nearly impossible to charge. Over the phone, sales person was very patient. Yes, charging port could be replaced - in about 2 hours, same day (!) - @ ~ $80+. Turns out, at the store, clerk saw lint clot. Cleaned this (I asked. Used air compressor, brush, anhydrous alcohol - ok, not doing this at home !). iPhone fixed, and did not charge me for this.

Found them to be very professional, helpful and diligent. I had taken my old i-phone to be fixed after accidentally dropping it in the bath. Vincent was the associate who attended to it and spent a few hours trying to fix it. Since it was not repairable, he did not charge anything. Since I had to get a new phone and wanted a small sized phone they found i-phone 6 to order for me. Later on they told me that it was to be an upgraded i-phone SE. Due to postal delays the phone took two weeks to arrive at their store after which they were able to transfer all the data from my completely dead phone into the new one. For this too they did not charge anything even though I offered to pay. Hence I have only praise for their technical support, service and charming manners. I am pleased to recommend their services.

Recently my iPhone 7 started to have an issue with the rear camera. It wouldn’t focus and made a loud clicking sound. After research, I found that my rear camera motor went bad. I took it to a few shops, and CPR Cell Phone Repair on Taylorsville Road was the only one who had the cameras in stock at the time of visit. Not only was their customer service amazing, but they also got it done the same day! Didn’t take long at all. Price was great, wasn’t nearly as expensive as I thought it would be, nor as expensive as I was quoted elsewhere. They were very professional throughout the whole deal. Plus lifetime warranty against defects! 10/10.

Well, I've had 2 or 3 screens replaced all same day. Always have parts in stock. Never any waiting to speak of. Just had the battery and back glass replaced on my note 9. An extremely small hiccup was taken care of by the store manager on not only his day off but while the store was closed in general and also a holiday! I tell ya what, at a time when I needed reliability, especially on that specific day, CPR was there! They took care of me and had my phone back in my hands in something wicked wild like 10 min. Owned the mistake and was very very apologetic! Even gave me a coupon for my next repair should I need one. And it looks like I'm probably going to need it pretty quickly. The guys that work at CPR in hikes point are second to none. Always pleasant. Never have to wait in line. Repairz are super quick! Can't recommend them enough. I've looked at a lot of places for phone repair and this place is by far the most professional. The guy I talked to was nice, courteous, professional. I had a problem with my phone and he said it was one of 2 things and would only charge me for one part if it turned out to not be the first thing he tried. The pricing is good and they honor their work, as well as a warranty. I had to go to the east end of Louisville (I'm in Indiana) and it was well worth it. I'll be going here from now on for any phone repairs.

I had broken my camera lens on my XS Max and I frantically was looking for a reliable, affordable, and well reviewed Cell Phone Repair shop with a track record of doing good work. Found Cell Phone Repair off of Hikes and was given clear pricing and was told it would take about an hour to repair. I picked it up after work, and noticed that it had some debris on the inside of the lens cover. I drove back and explained my concern to a gentleman (wish I had gotten his name), and whilst juggling 3 customers, instantly showed concern and went above and beyond to correct the issue, even though it was now, way past closing-time. Great service is extremely hard to find in this day and age, however, he was able to address my concern and fix the issue at hand. And stayed after working-hours to get it completed correctly. I’ve had two different digitizers (glass) replaced on iPads by CPR. One was a 7th gen about a year ago and the other a 6th gen last week. Both look factory and the 7th gen has held up to the abuse of a 5 year old that whole time with no issues. If you’re debating on getting your iPad fixed or replacing it, trust these guys before buying new. Well worth the money and quick turn around. Convenient night and weekend hours too so you don’t have to leave work early or anything. Store is clean and easy to get to. No complaints. Plus after shopping around their price was $10-$100 less than other places I contacted. They mentioned the glass has a lifetime warranty but haven’t had any issues to necessitate investigating that claim. I would trust them with any future smart device repairs I need.

My phone screen was horribly cracked and the display was working but barely; there was no function. Also my frame was bent. I was offered a very reasonable price and timeline to fix (45 mins for the screen, a couple hours to move all the parts of my phone to a new frame). They looked up and found out that I had apple care plus and instead of still trying to convince me to use their service to fix my frame they were honest and offered a great temporary solution since the apple store is behind a few weeks. They cleaned the charger port of my phone for me to confirm that it was working before they started to do any work or talked about price. I walked into the store with my wallet out and after just a few minutes of chatting they had fixed my charging issue with a simple cleaning for free. I went to a place across the street called cardinal repair that no longer is in business and comparing their experiences not only was CPR faster at what they do, they're also cheaper. This is hands down the best customer service I have received in quiet some time. My husband broke his phone over the weekend and he was frantic as he's working from home due to covid. I called on Monday and spoke with Hunter who said they didn't have my screen in stock, common as we have pixels, but he could order it and it would be there the next day. I asked for a time frame of when FedEx normally drops off the shipment so we could have an idea of when the phone would be working, he told me normally between 2 and 3. Low and behold I get a phone call at 2:10 saying the shipment came, but my screen wasn't in it. This was of absolute no fault to Hunter and he could have just left it there. But he didn't! He drove almost 25 minutes away to a different store to get the screen they had in stock. I was blown away!! Next thing I know it's 4:45 and Hunter is calling to let me know my phone is ready. Tried lots of YouTube videos on my own, then took it to the AT&T store and they said I probably needed a new phone and there was nothing they could do. Went to CPR Cell Phone repair, and the man told me there were a couple tiny cracks under the screen that were likely causing the problem, and that replacing the screen should fix it. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call a couple hours later, advising me that they had good news and my screen was not actually cracked-- it was only the tempered glass screen protector that was shattered! It was difficult to tell because the protector went edge to edge and, honestly, I had forgotten that I'd even put one on the device. I was impressed by their honesty because I wouldn't have known the difference and would've ended up paying much more thinking that the screen had actually been replaced. I requested a new screen protector, paid much less than I originally expected and then I was on my way. Highly recommend CPR.

My phone wouldn't charge, and, after checking it, they ordered a new battery. Upon charging it, the charger port was found too be bad. They let me know and preferred a new one, having it over- nighted because they first assumed it was fixed. After replacing the port, it was found that the old battery was charging fine, so I wasn't charged forthe new battery, and was only charged half price for the port. I came away with my phone fixed and most off my finances in my pocket. They are very polite and strive to fulfill their word and your needs. I'm taking my older phone to them, also. I definitely recommend them.

Update: I received a call from Vince, the owner of CPR and he said he was, at the time, unaware of the events that transpired and wanted to make thinks right. He sent me the email I needed to file the claim. He even said he would call he insurance company on my behalf. He apologized and made things right. That is the way you provide great customer service. Thanks Vince. Don't expect much in the way of customer service. I took my son's cellphone in for repair. A part needed to be ordered and was told it would take a couple of days for the part to arrive. The part arrived in a timely manner. Received a phone call saying to phone part was in and I could come by anytime to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, the phone was not repaired. The guy at the counter didn't know why and they had to call the tech that did the work. They kept the phone for another day and said they would test the phone. When I called to check on the phone they told me they could not repair it. Since I have insurance on the phone I asked if they could write a service order saying it was not repairable so I could send it to the insurance company. I was told it would be no problem. When I picked up the phone, I asked again for a statement and was asked if they could email it to me. After a few days and not receiving an email, I called and was told it wouldn't be a problem and they would send it to me after I gave my email again. Still no email. I called a third time and was sent to vm. My call was never returned and I never received an email. The guys at the counter were great. However, whomever the person responsible for operations fell way short of providing true customer care. A simple, I'm sorry but we don't provide that service would have been acceptable, but to tell me they would provide me with the service and never follow through is the worst customer service.

Got a replacement screen a few months ago. It worked great, but my phone started acting funny recently. I went back to iExpert, and they informed me that a new screen would definitely fix the problem. Unfortunately, the warranty on my phone had recently lapsed. The helpful employee at iExpert decided that it was awfully close to being within warranty, so he went ahead and installed a replacement screen for me at no cost. He started working on it immediately, and my phone was completely repaired less than an hour later. I'm so grateful for the outstanding service at iExpert and highly recommend them!

I came to this CPR a week ago and needed an unlocked iPhone that met my specific needs with a quick turnaround since I was leaving the country. Unfortunately their internet was down and were only accepting cash, which isn't a huge deal because there's atm's everywhere in the mall- only downside being I had to pay the ATM fee. However, when I went to pay the $140 I owed he gave me a $10 discount for the ATM fee! Very very pleased with their service. Phone was ready on time and completely fixed of all problems. With the numerous iPhone updates it seems like I am always syncing my phone, creating backups, etc. With my most recent update I went through the hour-long process only to realize when I disconnected my phone all of my music, photos, contacts, text conversations, etc. had been erased. I did not want to mess my phone up any further so I immediately took it in to iExpert Studio to see what they recommend. Well I took in my brand new Samsung 3 tab cuz it would not turn on. These guys were recommended to me buy T Mobile @ 4th St. Live. Cam was super nice and said it would be $25 to clean it and find any other problems. If anything else was wrong $25 would be deducted from that cost. Sounded fair to me. The next day I stopped by and Cam says, I have some Great news for you. A simple cleaning was all it needed. Seems the power button had gotten gunked up by something. I think a bit of soda may be the culprit. Anyway he tells me that it is working like new. I was super stoked and asked what I owed. He said "Nothing", it just needed a cleaning and I had already paid for that. I took it home and as he said, it works like new! Cam was super friendly and efficient. My perfectly good iPhone 4 stopped working immediately after deleting the Facebook app. The Home button was no longer operational. Additionally, the Home button on Assistive Touch was not operational. The phone is over a year old, so the Apple Store wouldn't do anything about it (other than offer to swap it for a new one for $150. They referred me to iExpert Studio in the Kenwood Mall. I went there and explained my problem. The support person was puzzled when he learned that the Assistive Touch wasn't working. He asked if he could take the cover off. I said sure. He took it off, and reset the battery, and voila! All is working again. He didn't charge me anything, and within 5 minutes I was walking out of the mall with a working iPhone. A very happy customer!
