iPhone 13 Pro Max the big one back glass was badly shattered. Got splinters and everything even with the case on. 1 day turn around because I came in at like 9 at night, but it was still great. I dropped my iPhone on concrete and shattered the screen and a few days later started to experience what Ojen called ‘ghosting’. My phone was completely un-usable. I was referred to Sunset iPhone screen repair through a friend as he had a very pleasant experience fixing his 11 promax which to my knowledge is the newest phone on the market So I figured I’d give them a shot and take my broken Xs Max in for repair. I was impressed. They were quick, they use quality parts and the owner Ojen was cool enough to answer questions and address my main concern. Replacing the whole front screen. It’s the bigger phone so I tend to drop it often but I bought a protective case and I haven’t had an issue since. Iphone repair shop is like a barber, once you trust your technician, you never have to worry about iphone or Apple issues ever again. So glad I was referred. Will be coming here again.

My phone broke today and I went to Verizon to see if they could fix it or buy a new one but that wouldn’t even let anybody in the store. I went online and found this cool shop on sunset next to like a gentleman barber shop and as soon as I called the owner picked up and told me to leave my phone inside their dropbox kit right in front of the store to avoid any contact and then come back in one hour to get my phone. One hour later my phone was ready and works perfect. Customer service was awesome and the contactless experience made me feel comfortable having someone touch my phone. It’s the only iPhone repair shop in operation within West Hollywood district to my knowledge walked right up the strip on sunset Blvd. Passed the Wiskey ago go . If you break your iPhone in weho they will help you. They don’t charge for diagnostic. If they can’t fix your iPhone they will let you know ahead of time, without opening your iPhone. They gave me a great tip. Not to ever give my password to anyone fixing my iPhone. He said it’s strictly cosmetic no tech should ever need your password unless in circumstances when they replace your rear camera or speaker. Which makes sense. They repaired my iPhone quickly and used every sanitary precaution due to the whole pandemic scare. I was having one of those days , my friggin business phone was buggin out and ofcourse my personal phone my own beautiful iPhone 11 pro fell, ( I dropped it) on the floor as I was getting coffee this morning and it completely cracked on the concrete. Thank god it was only the front. I just googled the closest iphone repair shop near me and was greeted and welcomed. They helped fixed both my iPhone X and my precious 11 Pro. Life savers.
