Super fast and fair! My only comment is for those with newer iOS devices: the True Tone feature does not get transferred over to the new screen. Just keep this in mind if you really care about that feature. Otherwise, the repair was perfect!

Mamun is the operator of the iProtech kiosk at Burbank Town Center Mall. He was very kind offering curbside service when I told him I was dealing with an injury. I told him I thought I could make it to the second floor location, and he was so kind as to tell me the closest parking area on the same level as his store. He quickly diagnosed my iPhone problem which was a lesser problem than I thought I had. Less honest service techs would have taken advantage of me. It was only a shattered tempered glass protective screen and he replaced it on the spot. We even worked out a deal for an extended warranty for this phone glass. Our transaction was more than fair, fast, honest with excellent customer service. I'm so glad I have a new resource for iPhone, iPad and other products tech service. Whatever your tech repair needs - ask Mamun first! I highly recommend iProtech and Mamun.

Great place! Came here today morning at 10 to fix my phone which seemed to be damaged from the inside. The man who works there is very knowledgable and offered me fair prices for the damage i had done to my phone. Only took 10-15 minutes!! Replaced my screen with a good quality screen and applied a tempered glass on it too. Been here twice! Recommend this place to anyone looking to fix their phones :)

I have had multiple shattered screens replaced and when one of their repairs got glitchy a few months later, they 100% honored their services and warranty and fixed the issue for me free of charge. Went in to repair an iphone charging port after two other places told me that the port is shot and it needs to be replaced. iProtech took a look at it, without hesitation, began cleaning it. Good lord are these guys legit. The touchID home button on my iphone broke. I went to 3 different cell phone repair shops. All told me there was nothing they could do, including one that took apart the phone to look inside. But iProtech (tech's name was Chiko) was able to fix it in 30 minutes. He popped open the phone and immediately diagnosed the issue, and then quoted me a very fair price. Extremely happy with their work.

Today was the first time that I tried this wonderful kiosk at the Burbank mall. The service was outstanding and the work was impecable. The owner went the extra mile in the ipad repair. The previous people who repaired this same Ipad at a different repair shop used super glue to ensure that the glad stayed attached. This is not the right method. I recommend iProtech to anyone who needs any form of phone or tablet repair.
