So yeah, my girl smashed my iPhone 6 screen so I was looking into getting a new one but the price just didn't seem worth it for what I use it for. The first two phone repair places I checked out got absolutely horrible reviews. Thank you google for warning me about them. Well iCarryAllHollywood's high star rating certainly seems to be deserved. $70 and an hour later my phone was as good as new. And the people there were very pleasant to deal with. They have a pretty big selection of accessories too considering it's a small shop. Yes get your fixed here !

Very very very bad service, I had worst experience of my life with these scam artists, they manipulate you into using their service and once you're successfully scammed then they flip like a pan cake. After they damage your device they argue, yell at you, then blame you for your loss. If you'd like to avoid headache and losing your device then I highly recommend you to find a different repair shop near by, you won't have to go through what I went through. This place needs to be shut down. I encourage anyone who has had any problems with the unscrupulous and unqualified individuals at iCarryAll to contact the California Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair to file a formal complaint.

I am so pleased and appreciative of Fernando and his staff at iCarryAll. They were very friendly, patient, and were immediately able to make my iPhone s 6+ look BRAND NEW! He has a great selection of other products as well, phone cases, head phones, chargers, speakers, phones, tablets, YOU NAME IT! I have been coming to ICarryAll in Hollywood for almost 8 years. Any and every time I go in there, or call I am treated with great, professional and personalIzed customer service. This store is unique due to the fact it is located on Hollywood Blvd. it's open late so it accommodates my work schedule. This place can do almost anything one would be looking for as far as getting your phones to work properly. For me, this is huge because I am not so great with new technology. Over the years I have gotten to know the owner and he was always been so awesome to me. His prices are fair for services and phones.. well we all know how phOnes go.. they are costly anywhere. I have bought his used phones and I have utilized many of his services offered. I came in the other evening unlocking new iPhone prom Max .. this comedian that I had seen in Burbank (awful by the way) walked in ranting and raving about his phone - I knew nothing of the situation. He claimed he was an attorney and bla bla- and he wanted his phone -The owner Robert had it waiting for him (Lol) in fact handed it to him with no issue.. it was so bizarre this random "D" list comedian is claiming he's an attorney .. I will attest to the fact that all these years of doings business with ICARRYALL and sending business to this store, NOTHING has ever been shady, misleading or a bad experience. Saved my life! It was around 9 p.m. last Saturday and my whole screen turned green, I ran to iCarryAll as fast as I could and they gave me a replacement screen super quickly, a shipment of new screens was coming in later so they guaranteed they would give me a brand new screen as soon as the shipment came in. They called last night, I came in this morning and now I have a brand new screen and my phone works perfectly. Big thanks to the team there! :)

3 years ago I stopped in this store and saw the camera which I really wanted. That was Nikon D7100. And I got very good deal together with lense 18-140mm. That price I didn’t see anywhere else and I was wandered that I can get such a good price right on Hollywood blvd. And I still use this camera. More than 3 years already. Use it a lot because I travel, take photos and publish photo guides with hundreds of photos in each book. This time when I visited LA I stopped by again and I needed Macbook Pro. I was looking for specific 2015 pro model and they had it. I was very surprised that the owner still remember me. I was not ready to buy but few days later I came back and Sam, the guy who works there made me a good deal. This laptop is almost brand new and I hope it will work as good as my camera. I can recommend this place for buying used electronics and be sure that you get quality product with affordable price! Thank you for your business!

I called Robert at the store and asked about the price for fixing my White iPhone 8 plus seriously cracked screen, it was an emergency to get off a video and could not touch the screen to get inside of the phone. He told me the price is $120 and I didn't have enough. I told him I would call back. I scrambled up $5 more bucks and called him back; letting him know my situation and having only $105 - he stopped me and said come in and let me see. I'm so greatful he was willing to help me in the time of need when not having enough for the cost regularly. Needed my phone fixed and work 6 days a week....you probably know how that is. I live in the neighborhood and heard about I Carry All Hollywood. Normally I shy away from the tourist traps on Hollywood Blvd. but was pleasantly surprised to find that this place is not a tourist trap. James (I think is the owner) worked with me, moved me up the line a little, didn't hard sell me and made me whole at a fair price with 'hometown" service. Mom and Pop shops are worth it sometimes!

After a month of research, I knew the issue with my 15" touchBar 2017 was the GPU soldering and needed someone to do component level repair. The price of a logic board swap was completely out of the question for such an old laptop. I couldn't find anyone locally in Orange County so I searched via google for techs in LA. I found iCarryAll, I knew this was the place for me to go They guarantees their work for quite some time after repairs and also came in a bit cheaper than the competition for grade A work.
