I just took a phone to these gentlemen to fix . I was so impressed with the service that was done very timely and perfectly. The knowledge these gentleman showed with my issue and with everything brought into them while I was waiting ,which ranged from different type phones to game stations of different types and ages, was amazing. They knew so much it was unreal. And they knew it off the tops of their heads. No .." well I'll have to look it up" stuff. Totally recommend them. Very impressed. Great smiles and personalities were a bonus.

Don't be like me and mull for weeks over how or whether to get your device fixed. You risk further damage. Should I need other repairs, I'll return to this location. I highly recommend.

My Samsung Galaxy S 20 Ultra battery life has declined over the past few months because of heavy use. They fixed that with a brand new screen and battery. Apparently Samsung makes them replace both at the same time. They did a great job, were fast and very friendly. Great job I highly recommend this place

From my personal experience (& I’m always late or forget due dates) they are very understanding if you can’t afford to pick up your game (on time, of course) but not only did they fix my game console for cheaper than expected but the customer service since then HAS BEEN PHENOMENAL. They fixed the phone and told me no longer than 2 hours. So I hung around for 3 hours later they wouldn't release me my phone to me saying Samsung had to give them the ok. So I had to leave. When I got home they called to say it was ready. I live quite a ways away

I do think they are pricey when it comes to the repairs. I was unable to get my phone fixed due to insurance being cancelled by the carrier and carrier admitted it was their fault and it was going to cost over $300 to fix my screen without the insurance claim ( small chip on side of phone caused half screen went black) and the phone isn't worth that price wise. I know they have to make money but that is still crazy. I will say my daughter has had wonderful luck with this company and she was why I went there in the first place. I gave 5 stars because all in all they were very nice and the locations were kept very clean.

Ken was very helpful, friendly, and couteuous from the time I walked in to the Pleasant Ridge location. I handed him my phone, and he said maybe this is not as bad as it looks. I had dropped the phone a couple of years ago on some brick steps. I was fortunate that it was only the cover that was broken, and all that was needed was a replacement for the clear covering for the phone face…Ken fixed this quickly, explained some options going forward and I was on my way. The cost was $100 less than my original estimate. We need more Kens!

I took my iPhone 7+ there for repair after taking it to another repair place in LR. The technician informed me that whoever completed the last repair on my phone did a horrible job. He explained everything that should have been done and allowed me to record it with my phone to have a thorough explanation of everything. On top of everything, they didn’t even charge me. I have a Samsung S767 that went on the fritz about 2 weeks ago. It wouldn't turn on this past Friday morning, so I bought a Samsung A32 5G that same morning. For some reason, the old phone came back on late Friday night, and I was able to save my data. This Sunday morning, the new phone began acting crazy, blinked off and on twice, then went out and wouldn't come back on for anything!! I went back to the place I bought it, and two employees referred me to U Break I Fix on Cantrell Rd. Listen, these young men had it up and running IN NO TIME FLAT!! And, I didn't lose any data!! Alex and Justin were so nice, the establishment was clean, they were very patient and explained all options to me, if they couldn’t fix it after even they took it apart, they weren’t going to charge me. They were able to fix my phone perfectly with just replacing the screen on iPhone 10. It was a much better experience of their competitor gadget pro..... Highly recommend going here before going anywhere else. My HP laptop has a shattered screen and I was quoted an insane 500 dollars from HP before they even looked at the damage- also would've had to ship it out and it'd take about 3 weeks to get fixed. Then, I took it to Best Buy where it was the same old story. They didn't look at the laptop and they would've had to ship it out costing me over 400 dollars . It also wouldn't be ready for up to 4-6 weeks. Luckily a buddy recommended this place. The person helping me was super friendly and informative. The bill is less than $200 and will only take about a week to fix. What a relief. It really felt like the other places were scamming me but i felt a sense of trust here.

He explained the difference in quality between Apple products and the select product and helped me choose the best bang for my buck. My phone was past the point of my own repair, and after a quick diagnostic, the staff went to work on replacing the part and fixing the phone. The process was quick, and I was readily satisfied. After using the device at home, I noticed the display coming up, along with light bleed on the edges. I returned to the store the next day and the problem was explained and fixed at no charge. There just not enough words to express how great this place is!!!! My mom went in yesterday to get her iPhone screen replaced. They are partnered with Apple so they use their parts!! He gave us a discount to begin with and then he noticed that her battery was bad. Which let me say we had just been to the Apple store and they said it was fine. We called the Apple store from this store and they told us they would not cover her battery under warranty because this store fixed her screen. Zach from the store got on the phone with Apple. He got that problem fixed and also got us an appointment for us to go straight to the Apple store to get the battery. If you ever need your phone fixed go to this store. They went above and beyond like I have never seen. Oh and I almost forgot, they gave my mom another $20 off because of her trouble with Apple.

This place is oozing with professionalism. They price match any competitor in the entire country, which is incredible considering how quickly they work and how open they are with their communication. They only charged me for the work they did to FIX my phone. Any work they did on my phone that did not contribute to fixing it (time spent diagnosing what was wrong with it) I was not charged for. They updated me every step of the way. This is the only place I will ever use to fix my phone ever again.

I came in on August 2 with my phone not being able to connect to my charger properly. At the time I was unaware if it was clogged with dust and debris or an actual broken part Obed could see the dust and debris and said it would be a simple clean and if that doesn’t work to go from there He was very quick and efficient about getting the clean done. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. As an IT professional, this is how I wish all places operated and treated customers. My Samsung Galaxy S10+ screen stopped working for no apparent reason. They said they would diagnose the issue and fix it under warranty if possible, saying they would call me (at my wife's number) with any issues. I thought a connector had somehow come loose, given the symptoms, but the screen actually died. They let me know that they had a replacement screen on hand and would take care of it under warranty. As an Samsung Care facility, they even put it through full diagnostics and QA to make sure it was to factory specifications before handing it back to me. Their estimate for the repair (2 hours) was still accurate and they did good work. Zero complaints. Highly recommend.

I have mixed feeling about this place. The first time (a couple years ago), my wife's iPhone 5 screen broke. They replaced it and it seemed to be good. A few months later, I was trying to do voice dictation and it wouldn't work. I realized that the mic was out and my wife said it hadn't worked in a few months. When they replaced the screen, they didn't hook the mic up correctly. Of course, there was no way to prove this. A couple weeks ago, my wife dropped her iPad Mini and the screen shattered. I looked around and decided to give this place a second chance based on all the good reviews it was getting. My wife took it in for a screen replacement and they indicated that it would take a day. It ended up taking the better part of a week, but they eventually did get it fixed and seemed to get things hooked up right this time.

But, wasn't told until after they applied it that they mail you a check. The cellhelmet app crashes when trying to upload my warranty info constantly. I went in Today August 8 2016 for a broken iPhone 6 glass screen repairs. They fixed it for around 100 dollars and they also fixed my broken volume rocker buttons for free while they did my screen. Took 45 Minutes and my screen works fine! 5/5 Stars! Edit: I went back in today August 22 2016 after realizing that my phone wasn't connecting to cell towers... All they needed to do was realign one of the pins that connected my sim card to my phone to let it connect to my phone company. They fixed it in under 30 minutes and gave it back to me free of charge. 5/5 Stars!

Just wanted the owner to know that this store gave me information that’s false. Also, the prices here are over the top. I called to get a price on an iPad 5th gen Screen Repair and whoever answered told me it was $179.99 and that nobody can buy just the glass for an iPad 5, which is $10. That wasn’t true.
