Took in a water-damaged phone that was COMPLETELY dead. CR folks were able to quickly get most of the phone functions going at a very reasonable price (about the same $ that another local shop quoted just to diagnose the problem). Even so, the microphone was not working. Colby and company were determined to fix it, and they tried a ton of different repair strategies and assortment of replacement phone parts over two weeks. Ultimately it was determined that the motherboard was damaged, so there was no real (affordable) repair option. Despite their extended efforts, there was no additional charge. I felt that they were honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Should my new phone need repair in the future, I'm going straight to CR.

needed my iPhone 6 battery replaced. There’s no Apple store nearby so I opted for Cellular repair+. The battery was replaced in one hour. All functions were tested before and after battery replacement. Because I made my appointment online I also got $10 off the repair. The store manager and technician were both very polite and professional. Much better than the cattle call at an Apple store. Definitely will go here again for any battery or bulb needs.

Mike efficiently asked me a few diagnostic questions and then went off to try fixes. Crazy situation I was put in. Had to have screen on note 3 replaced. Was having all kinds of issues with the insurance claim taking forever. Had 14 days to return the phone I ordered while waiting on claim.
