So, I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Matthew! When I came in to get my daughters iPad fixed this women came up out of no where and went behind the counter to get a chair. Matthew didn’t say anything he just politely helped her and moved the chair for her so she could have a seat. It just really blessed me to see him be so kind. He could have handled that in a different way but he was such a gentleman! You go Matthew!!

Every time I’ve gone to fix my phone, they were always very helpful. Compared to other places that I’ve gone, their prices for fixing phones, laptops, etc. are very reasonable. They have a nice selection of cell phone cases, they can order any parts you need and often find them at a reasonable price. Anyone I know in Maumelle that might need cell phone repair I would send here.

Well worth the trip! Repair of my daughters i-Pad was less than half of what others wanted to charge. Fixed it same day. They didn't have the the same color, so he put a black one on and said she could bring it back next day when he had the white and he would switch it out for free. He didn't want her to be without it for a day. This guy just earned our business when we need any repairs to phones/tablets.

I’ve had good experiences with A-1 before when I’ve had broken screens. This time was no different. There were some issues with bad parts, but I was kept in the loop as they worked through those issues. I dealt mostly with Johntae and he, while being frustrated with the parts problems, was very professional, helpful and persistent in effort to get my device fixed. My IPad is now as good as new.

April 11, 2017 me and my son's phone died on the same day. I spent 2 hours on the phone with At&t. Then went to the att store and spent another 3 to 3 and a half hours with two of the people that worked there while one of them was on the phone with a tech from Att. "what a mess!!"
