Excellent customer service Friendly helpful and fast. Reasonably priced. In our case, we brought in 2 different phones a Samsung s9 and a moto g7 for screen repairs. Both cracked broken at 2 different times. Turn around was 3 to 4 hrs for ea. Not day. Thanks wireless toys for helping us Berry Ruffin J&B HAULING

UPDATE: 26 May 2021. The manager called me about my repair she asked how it was and I told her it wasn’t fixed. She said she wanted to make it right. My money was refunded. She said they take pride in their work. They stand behind their work. Thank you Had a IPad repaired and now am having the same problem. And I’m past by 14 days warranty. Right after it was fixed we brought it right back and they said it will be tight and it would loosen up. Now it won’t change at all. I don’t think they knew what they were doing. When I first took it in on Monday I was told I have it by Tuesday. When I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. Didn’t call to say it’s wasn’t ready. Then said it would be ready the next day then they called and said not ready by Friday and then when I called it still wasn’t ready. I guess it was at another store. Finally got it before they closed that day and was back the next day when they told me it was to be tight but like I said it it will not change now on any cord that I have. I was charged $145 and now I don’t have a working tablet. Not happy. When I used them in the past on changing iPhone battery they were great. Not his time

I am very happy with this place. I purchased my phone here. Ive only had one not so great service, but i cant say it was bad service either. Just not friendly, so its not too big a deal. My last visit, i really enjoyed the girl . she was very informative friendly and helped me save money. Cant go wrong with this place, they know what they are talking about. Wtg!

BEWARE! return policy on accessories No refunds given - only in store credit. Clerk did not make me aware of the return policy, and upon attempting return pointed to a sign with the no refund policy. I will be attempting to contact the store manager to rectify this. UPDATED: got a hold of the manager and after explaining the situation and that the packaging had not even been opened, he agreed to do a refund.

I took my phone in to the tech because my Sim card slot had a broken prong and it wouldn't read my card. It would have been a pretty penny to have the whole slot replaced. But the tech rigged it up for 15 bucks and I haven't had a problem since then and that was more then 6 months ago. He was fast and saved me some serious dough. Would definitely go back to have any phone fixed by him.
