Store manager Anthony was amazing! He was by himself and handled 3 customers including myself with expertise, knowledge without wasting any unnecessary time. He was quick in his work and knowledge of all the products and how they work. He explained everything in detail and was precise in delivering solutions and education in the purchase of the new phones. From selecting a phone to activation was done in 15 minutes or less! He needs a commission raise!

Great staff, well the young lady is really great and knows her work…got me in and out in less the a hour, set me up with my new phone and case. I explained I am technically not smart for this upgrade thing.. she took her time and showed me how to use my phone and text which I do not due but will because of this young lady’s help…. You do t find to many knowledgeable people or even people who wanna help and she did that plus more.. When I come back to Vegas I will be coming back to visit Wendy and offer a job…. She’s amazing at her customer service, appreciate this young lady Verizon!

Great staff, visiting from across the country and locking your phone can't be pretty devastating. Julio was great, instead of trying to get my money and sell me a new phone he went above and beyond to try and reset my Google account. My husband and I went to the Verizon store located on Tropicana and Cameron in Las Vegas and had the most amazing experience with Tim and Chris. After being treated absolutely horrible at TMobile, we just wanted to switch carriers as painlessly as possible! Tim and Chris went well above and beyond any customer service experience we have ever had. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and made it such an easy and smooth transition and spent however long it took to put my husband at ease. He helped my sister & I in a very stressful situation, as we were visiting from the east coast. He continues to be wonderful in his service to us. I called to ask his advice about something else to do with my phone. I am SO GRATEFUL that he was the person to help me. God provided this angel during a difficult time. Great experience here with Jordan. He took care of me when I felt frustrated and wanted to leave Verizon. I had an older Moto Razr phone and he upgraded me to a new Motorola device and gave me the best bundle of accessories there was. I bought a Pixel 2 here. They helped me transfer my phone number from AT&T; it just worked. They didn't have any cases for the Pixel 2 though, so I'm a bit worried about dropping my phone. Also there is a gotcha about the phone being unlocked. They only unlock it once you pay it off. That's tough luck for me because I'm about to take a trip to another country. Anyway, I'm happy with my purchase so far.
