Mr Vi is a great costumer service person. He is friendly and he knows his job. Before I picked my phone up, he cleaned up another person phone because something wrong with the speaker… he didn’t charge a penny for that. We took a thanks from this person as a payment with a big smile. He checked my phone and explain every single step with knowledge and great manner. Thanks god for people like him in this world.

Did a great job and I would give them a five star review but they messed with my phone. Either they changed my settings on purpose or it was part of changing my front screen I don't know. I called AT&T and verified they didn't swap phones so I must say my phone looks brand new. However why change my settings? I'll go back but I won't give them my password again.

I went in with a near dead Galaxy Z fold 3 which wouldn't turn on. I had thousands of family and vacation photos I was desperate to save. I tried all the troubleshooting I could find but I couldn't get it to turn back on. V took a look at my phone and worked his magic to get it into the boot screen. I was able to backup and transfer my photos to the cloud thanks to his handiwork. V is the man! Excellent customer service and very respectful.

Took a phone in to them as requested by Google. I made an appointment but that made no difference - everyone is treated as a walk in. I was lucky there were only two people in front of me so it "only" took 20 minutes to be served. Then instead of an on the spot inspection and determination if the phone needed to be replaced - which was what Google told me - they took it and said it would be checked out and repaired in "one to two weeks". I got no receipt or tracking number so the website was hopeless to track my repair. After some communication with corporate (pretty sure this is a franchise) I got a tracking number from them after a week. There were no updates or anything until 10 days after I dropped the phone and I was told it was fixed. Once again I had to wait, this time more like 30 minutes for my 2 minute transaction to get the phone. Once home I discovered that when I tried to set it up again the fingerprint reader was not working. Fortunately after about four hours of fiddling and following tips from Reddit I was able to get the proper firmware installed and get the fingerprint reader working again. So big dings for not honoring appointments, poor communication, and inadequate QA on repairs. But the staff there were courteous and polite, just overworked and missing on QA. So far after a couple of weeks my phone has been behaving - no other issues with the repair. With hindsight I would a) try to locate a corporate owned branch, b) call ahead and ask about how busy they are with repairs, c) consider just mailing your phone direct to Google. However the latter might involve being phoneless for a while - at least ubreakifix does offer loaner phones - although I think that's because I had a warranty repair so Google was covering it. You probably won't get the same level of phone - I was offered a Pixel 4 for my Pixel 6. But since I still had my old Pixel 3a set up I didn't take the loaner.

Good experience phone pixel 5 was fixed in a day, was the last screen in house so got lucky there. The screen has been awesome almost better than new with no other issues. The store is a little warm fix the AC for the technicians they do a good job.

Had my daughters phone fixed here recently, the guys are very professional and know exactly what they are doing. Did not have to wait long to be helped and they were very attentive. I am surprised at the low cost to get her phone fixed also got a estimate on what it would cost to fix my iPad air and it is the best price I gotten as of yet. I will definitely be bringing my phones and tablets here when they need fixing. The repair time didn't take long either, they kept me updated on when the part will arrive and when it was done. I definitely recommend them.

First of all appointments don't matter, they only make appointments to get a rough estimate of how many people they will serve daily. It's a first come first serve business. Depending on the problem and if there system registers it depends on whether or not they can help. If they aren't busy, a basic drop off takes at least 3 to 4 hours...an example would be broken screens, etc. My visit turned out to be a waste of time as their system didn't recognize why my phone overheats. 3 weeks to get an appointment and be seen, for no reason, when I could have just walked in and expedited my Verizon claim (saving my burning fingers).

I cracked my phone back in 2019 which it didn't bother me. The top half of my screen would not respond to touch. I had to jam my charger in the port for it to get a good charge. I finally took my phone to get it fixed. Now my phone is like new. The staff treats me like a person I greatly appreciate that alone. UPDATE: It's been 30 days since the battery repair on Pixel 4XL and now my back glass adhesive is completely failing and my rear camera has completely stopped working now. Not sure if hardware fault or related to repair since I received this one (my 5th replacement) less than 4 months prior to repair at the shop. Aside from the time they needed my phone to fix (4-5 days without a phone is just not feasible in this day and age). If it's because of ordering parts..then there shouldn't be a reason you need the phone there the whole time sitting there for no reason. I know the repair doesn't take that long...something just doesn't add up

Pixel 4a had an unresponsive touch screen and was still under warranty. They fixed it in a couple of hours and billed google for the repair. I was out the door with my phone working great and nothing out-of-pocket. These guys are great!

I was unable to charge my pixel 4A phone while on vacation, so I came to this store. They quickly examined my phone, cleaned out the charging port, and tested my phone which fixed the problem. Since they didn't replacing anything, they didn't charge me anything for the port cleaning. So a big thanks to ubreakifix for fixing my phone fore free and making my vacation much more enjoyable!

Samsung chat referred me to them when they weren't able to resolve my first issue, which was easily done at this store. I love them!

Did a warranty repair on a Pixel 4a 5G in a day even though they were very busy. My only complaint would be the need to leave it to repair with the technician having access to personal data and no supervision. (Google does tell you to wipe the phone before hand, but in my case there was data that i could not wipe as there was no backup set up for particular financial files)

The goods - the people were super nice and my phone came back better than ever The bads - I came in for an $80 battery and walked out having no choice but to spend $270. I had a year+ old small crack in screen - NOT the LED. However for these people to replace the $80 battery they said they had no choice and had to replace screen and essentially refurbish the phone. I do feel what I got was a good value HOWEVER its not what I called for and showed up for. I wanted a battery....i wanted to spend 80ish dollars...i have lived with the small crack for so long i forgot it was there and didn't want to spend hundreds fixing it but they left me no choice other than refurbish the whole thing or sorry we won't fix your battery. They were in fact all nice, professional, fast and did a super job on repair...just stop forcing big repairs when only a small repair is requested.

These guys made it happen, I needed my Samsung s20 plus flashed under warranty because of software issues. I called ahead to check availability and they went and started to download the firmware while I was on the phone and told me to come in in an hour so I didn't have to wait very long. Awesome! I came in and they had it flashed in 20 minutes, unfortunately it was the device itself that was messed up hardware wise, for these guys got it handled and I appreciate them for helping!

Living in a time in which many of us rely on our cellular devices on a day to day basis, it was quite frustrating when I broke my iPhone 6 Plus screen uBreakiFix was there in a time of need to resolve my issue in less than an hour with superb customer satisfaction. I saw this place and read great reviews. I walked right in without an appointment, they were able to take my phone and with in the amount of time it took me to go get a haircut which was less than an hour they had my phone fixed. The customer service was outstanding and they ensured I received the proper protection for my phone which they bundled a case and tempered glass for my phone so I could receive a discount. My phone looks new and I could not have asked for anything more.

I had a great overall experience. One day, my phone stopped charging correctly and said that the device was overheating even in sum zero temperatures! I thought that it was all over until I brought my Samsung Galaxy S5 into the store. I talked to Raymond, and he said he might not be able to fix it, but he will give it his best shot. Next thing I know, I was able to pick up my phone the next day. Thank you for the amazing and quick service.

i used up all my incidentals from my apple care and Apple wanted $400 for a replacement iPhone 8 Plus. It had water damage the guys from this place offered to do a water diagnostics for me. HELLO!!! The people leaving negative reviews must have had issues that weren't fixable and were just upset that he couldn't help them. Not every issue (depending on the phone you have and how new it is) is fixable but the good news is that Raymond is up front and will "tell" you before charging you a dime if he can fix it or not. He wont take your money and leave you hanging. This guy is beyond helpful. He is worth every penny he charges and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Seriously.. go check it out. Bennie removed a broken lightening charger out of my iPad. A pet related incident where I tripped over my long charging cord snapped the charging tip in my iPad charging port. I tried to remove it but was unsuccessful. Bennie removed it quickly and it’s working great! He saved me an expensive repair somewhere else. I use ubreakifix for all my cell phone repairs. I came here last week to replace my screen on my galaxy s8 the staff were very friendly and the price was right around 240 bucks for the repair. Plus I swear they also replaced the bezel on the phone which I noticed because there was protective plastic around the edges and the USB type c port was virtually free of any scratches from me fumbling trying to plug it in the dark. A bonus I guess. Anyway it is like new. Thank you I shall return if I break it again.

This business was recommended to me by the BestBuy in store Samsung representative. I used this Henderson location as it was closest to my residence. Issue: Apps were using a lot of my total GB and the Rep couldn't find the problem to fix. Two male staff inside this repair store worked as a team to help figure out what was causing the excessive use of storage (GB used) by my Apps. One App alone was using 11 GB out of 32 total phone GB! The status of my S7 phone, current phone models and future models were discussed as I am not an average teakie. Very nice experience. . . Very great full for their time and help!

The guy here was professional, and helped repair my phone screen properly after I attempted to replace it myself without all the parts I needed. He texted me within an hour of dropping off my phone to let me know it was all back together and ready for pick up. I was charged $150 which seemed really fair. I priced out the parts I would've needed online to be between $80-90, but the extra 60 for labor is a small price to pay to have someone else do it quickly and professionally. They have a waiting area with kids movies playing for those who would prefer to wait, but you can leave and they'll just text you when it's ready. They also sell screen protectors, insurance packages and they warranty their work and parts are garranteed go be free of defects. I normally replace my own screens but after the experience we had with Leonard we will take our devices here from now on.

really bad service not the kind of people I will deal with after a second chance I allowed them to fix my mini iPad wish had a broken screen I tested the iPad in front of the tech for touch screen sound and everything before I left asked for the usual screen replacement and when I received the call to go pick up my surprise was it wasn't done claiming the motherboard was broken and the touch screen system was damaged prior to the service " I tested it in front of the tech no problem just a broken screen" I asked to talk to a manager no where to be found Raymond or what ever his name is so I left and ask them to contact me when ever he was available he never did waited couple days nothing pay them a visit again to see what they where going to do about it cashier guy I don't remember his name was polite told me we will do something about it I'm just waiting on my manager to talk to the motherboard department and see what they can do after a third visit same guy told me after I never got a call from manager that they wont do "nothing" it was broken before wish I told him we tested my iPad prior to you are my witness wish he agreed I wasn't lying about but they cant do nothing it was broken before and I reply my screen was broken not the motherboard they saw that my iPad was working 100% so something happen when they opened anyway I guess my next step its call Better business B. to put the complaint I will never do business again and wont recommend this people for nothing its to me really irresponsible and careless management and this items are not cheap at all so that's I guess what I get for not going to apple direct trying to save some money.......don't get rip off......... update 12/12/2016 I have to be honest and fair after finally getting in touch with Raymond the manager of this location I have to say they took care of the problem and give him credit for it will not be fair on my side no to let people know that after a week he returned my iPad corrected the situation I'm really happy with his service and not for free I wasn't expecting this but for a really fair price and the part the I liked the most is he totally understood the problem and he likes to take care of his customers thanks Raymond as a customer your action definitely will make me keep doing business with you we all make mistakes but we all can redeem our self. thanks again

Took a business trip out and my phone port to my knowledge was broken. The cable had to lay in a certain position for the phone to charge. I took it to this location and they let me know not to pay for a new port yet but to have them clean it and see how it works. Little did I know there was just pocket lint in the port that stopped it from charging in the right position. Didn't need to buy a new port and saved me cash. If anything all this cost me was some shame of finding pocket lint in the port.
