Just go here!! I walked in nobody was in line before me but all I can say is this guy said it would take 15-20 minutes to replace my iPhone 11 screen and he walked out 10 minutes later. It was perfection! The price is unlike anywhere and I called around before hand. The quality is great, my iPhone looks and feels brand new. Just do it. Don’t go anywhere else. I hope I don’t have to be back lol but if I do I will come here for sure!

I honestly never take time to write reviews, but i was sooo thankful to have discovered ifix, the gentlemen fixed my iphone 7+ screen which seemed unfixable in under 20 minutes!!!!! was only 65$ which was way better price then before when i paid 90$ at the mall which took an hour. Great job iFix!!

They will go above and beyond to help you. Once I was even told it wasn't worth changing a screen because it only had a small crack: honesty as well! I would highly recommend this store to anybody!

Did my shopping around to have my Samsung S8+ with a shattered back and an iPhone with a shattered front screen. To my pleasant surprise I tried iFIX LV, because of their centralized location and pricing. Had 2 iPads, one with a broken glass and one that got disabled. The gentleman in the store took both and promised to get it fixed by the afternoon. Within 3 hours they fixed both for the reasonable quoted price. I hope that they will work for a long time from now on and I can only give 5 stars to them! I would definitely use them again. These guys are the absolute best repair place I have found! The service here was friendly, excellent, and fast. These guys went above and beyond for me, and I could not be happier or more grateful! I had cracked the screen on my Samsung Edge7 and was looking to replace the screen. I called around to see how much it would be, and with half of the places in Vegas either quoting me what was practically the cost of a new phone or telling me to just stick it out for a while I was in near tears at wit's end. When I called them they gave me a very reasonable quote for the screen repair considering that right how the part I need repaired costs 280 dollars alone. I took my phone into them for the repair. I had the black colored phone and they informed me that unfortunately they did not have the black face plate for my phone, however they did have the silver and gold face plates in stock. If I really wanted a black face plate they could order it and have it in stock in a couple of days. I went ahead and opted for the silver face plate not really caring what the color of my phone was. They said it would take a couple of hours to fix and that they would contact me when it was ready. True to their word about two hours later my phone was ready. As he was handing me back my phone the gentlemen there said that they went ahead and replaced the back plate with a silver one so that my phone matched. He offered to put the black one back on if I wanted it, but he thought it would be nice to have my phone match again. He did all of that and did not charge an extra cent for this kindness. Needless to say I was delighted and very grateful! My phone works like a charm and looks amazing. These guys are wonderful in every way, and when I need something again I plan on coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

This place is amazing, finally people who do things right the first time. I went in last week because my Samsung S3 would not charge at all. They replaced the charging port and things are great! My phone use to take 8 hrs to charge to 30 percent. Now, it takes 2 hrs to charge from 4 percent to full charge. They are great and grateful that I drove from Northwest area to service my phone because they saved me lots of time and money.

Their services was exemplary! The screen on my Android cracked when I went to Vegas for two-day training. I dropped it at lunch hour and was able to pick it up before my flight departure at 6 pm. When I tried use the phone next morning, I found a hairline crack on the screen. I spoke to a staff who was very helpful and asked me send the phone back and they repaired it no additional cost and mailed it back to me. I call this a Super Service! Thanks, David!!!

I highly recommend this place for being honest and doing everything possible to fix my cracked iPhone. Found this place on Groupon they actually couldn’t use my Groupon voucher. I paid in full and about 2 hours later due to the extent of damage it had I got a call letting me know that the motherboard of the phone was no longer functioning and I would be able to get a full refund. We ended up recycling the phone. Great customer service definitely will return if needed in the future.

Had a broken screen on my SG4. Went to IFIXLV and had same day repair. Without going in to a lot of detail, there were some issues with the repair at first, but they made it clear that customer satisfaction was their primary concern and they made it right. This place is GREAT!! We needed to have the glass replaced on our Samsung Galaxy 8 asap. This particular phone is our main business phone and we could not afford to be without it for more than 3 hours. I called one company and they informed me that we would have to pre-order the glass and it would not be able to be repaired until the Samsung tech came in. I called iFIX and they said they had the glass already and they could get it done in 2 hours or less. I brought the phone in and got it back within 1 hour.
