I got to tell you there's a reason this place has been in business for so long. The cost of repair was comparative. The service is what makes this place shine. I dropped off my phone, they needed an extra day to get in the part. When I went to pick it up they wanted to make sure everything was working and functioning to my satisfaction. Very friendly and professional. I don't remember the man's name but he definitely knew his stuff and was very eager to make sure everything was good. I hope I never need to return for a phone repair, but if I do this is where I will go.

I came here not the shop because my daughter dropper her📱 and the screen was cracked! They have an awesome discount for those who are returning for services. Moreover after the screen was fixed my daughters iPhone 8 stopped charging. They were so helpful that they replaced the charging port for free then that didn’t work so they had to send it off to their experts! They also covered the cost to get it fixed 3 party! What a great holiday gift for my daughter! I highly recommend! New Technology with old fashion service that care about the customer rather than the all mighty daughter! I love this place so much! This is my second time going for a phone repair for cracked screen and now lcd damage and their repair is fantastic!!! Pricing is incredible, but the repair time is quick and easy and everybody is so kind. 100% suggest going here for a repair if you’ve got a damaged phone that needs fixing!

Prior to coming in called for price & estimate of time to fix phone and the lady on the phone was very courteous and professional. Boyfriend went in to get his charge port fixed bc phone wouldn’t charge & ended up being lint/dust trapped inside. Cleaned it out & port started working again. I dropped my iPhone 8+ a couple months back and the camera & flash completely stopped working. I was originally considering going to an actual Apple location but because of corona, they're all closed. I finally got around to getting it fixed and saw the reviews for this place and called for details. Amazing customer service, super personable and informative, the call was answered almost immediately and a quote was given within minutes. Both my camera & flash were fully fixed, only cost me $100 which is more than worth it in my opinion considering my only other options were to get an entirely new phone for $800+ or to deal with an extremely inconvenient situation for who knows how long. I also came in with a cracked screen protector and they gave me a new one for free. I went in around 5 and the work was done by 7 which I was very happy with because I fully expected it to take at least a day or two. They even waited a bit for me to pick the phone up after having closed which was really nice. Overall an amazing, easy, and super fast experience, thanks again !!

Highly recommend Go Gadgets of Las Vegas, located just off the 95 on Decatur. If you think you have to buy a new cell phone because cars have run over your cell phone or IPad/tablet and your screen is destroyed this is the place to go. I walked in with no appointment and was seen immediately about the cracked screen on my Note 9. It took less than 5 minutes to arrange repair and fill out all necessary paperwork, but the real shock was being told it would be done in less than 2.5 hours. 1 hour later I was receiving a call it was ready for pickup at my convenience. Picking it up I was amazed. It had been dropped on rough concrete but there was NO evidence of scratching or marring anywhere. I think they replaced the case as well as the glass for no extra charge! Their base rate was very reasonable. This was a fantastic experience and I know where i'll be bringing my electronics for repair from now on :D

This place was freaking amazing. The staff was so friendly the moment I walked in. I came to get my iPhone 7 Plus screen repaired and they did it in less then 30 minutes. You get many discounts on cases, temper glass, pop sockets. I totally recommend this place to anyone. The manager Luis was great at explaining everything, as well they provide a Limited lifetime warranty on their screens as long as their is no liquid or a broken screen. Stopped in to fix a iPhone that wouldn’t charge. The owner, I think his name was Miguel, fixed it in about 10 seconds and said it was complimentary. That great service led me to look at merchandise and they ended up having crazy deals on phone covers. Got 2 otter boxes and 2 glass screen protectors for under $30!! On top of that, they had a great waiting area with jenga and connect4 to wait while your phone gets fixed!

I am going to start off with the price was great but I took my son's phone in to get fixed (cracked screen) at 5pm and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes. I waited a hour then went back and was told it wasn't ready, it would be another 15 minutes. I didn't want to wait so I told them I would be back at 10am (when they open) the next day. I got there the next morning a little after 10am only to be told by a female employee it still wasn't ready. I was a little aggravated because I had to be at work at 1100. A male employee stated it was ready he just needed to grab it out of the safe then goes in the back to get it. (So I thought) 15 minutes later he comes back out without saying a word to me, so I asked him if it was ready, he said he was waiting on the key to the safe. I then asked when will the key be there and he said it would be there in about 10 minutes. If your business opens at 10:00 you should have everything you need to successfully run your business at 10:00 am. I was clearly aggravated because of the lack of communication. I told them I would have to come back the next day to pick it up because I had to get to work and didn't get off work until after they close. He walked in the back again then walked right back out and said I thought it was in the safe but here it is. This could have been a great experience with a little communication and a simple look on a desk.

This place is great, they're really nice, they really try to help you. They don't try to over charge or make you pay for things you don't need done like most other places. They are quick too, I needed my phone back quick, and I would have had it the same day except I brought it right when they were closing but it was ready the next morning when they opened so they worked past closing to fix it with no extra charge. I will definetely go here again if I need my phone fixed.

I contacted another repair company and got a response two hours after. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. Came here after a friend mentioned having great deals on phones. I later Googled them and seen they offered phone repair services aswell and after seeing their reviews and calling other places I decided to go with them . As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk employee very friendly . I spoke with a gentleman name mike and he was very professional and said he would get my phone ready by 5 pm I dropped of off at 230pm. I actually arrived prior to 5 and my phone was ready. He was kind enough to even put a screen protector on it as well as offer suggestions of the getting tempered glass (my phone was badly cracked) I would highly recommend go gadgets fast service and great customer service . I needed two iPhone 4s unlocked and an iPhone 5 screen repaired. I've been to several iPhone repair stores previously as I somehow manage to damage my phones quite often. Firstly, the service representatives are very patient with answering questions, communicating clearly and effectively. Secondly, they were able to perform their services immediately and had me out of the store within 15 minutes. Lastly, their prices were very reasonable in comparison to the other places I've used. Not only were their initial prices below the offerings of other repair stores I've found through craigslist but they also gave me a discounted rate. Fast, affordable and no hassle. I'll definitely return here next time I need repair services.

Well I called around trying to find a place to fix my I phone and every where charged so much 99$ +. I couldn't afford that at the time. So I called go gadgets and as soon as the clerk answered the phone it was great customer service. I asked her to quote me a price and it was the lowest in town! My Samsung Note 8 camera broke. I went to 2 different Phone Repair Centers and neither one would fix it without charging me a price for a camera plus lcd screen (for a hairline crack). For my final try I took it here, and within 5 minutes gave me a quote and started repairing my camera. Within 1 hour, my phone was ready. Called to get a price quote on my completely destroyed iPhone 5s screen. It was lighting up but nothing was visible so the phone was not usable. Art quoted me $79.99 and told me if I found anywhere that could beat that price, they would do it for the same. I was unable to find anywhere less so I went to Go Gadgets. They took the phone and within the hour my phone looked beautiful and brand new! I paid (cash only) and went on my merry way. I’m giving them 5 starts for salesmanship. I brought my phone here to see if they could truly fix iPhone screens without my phone having negative reactions. Didn’t even make it 24 hrs before there was an issue. My phone doesn’t stay charged for more than an hour even at 100%. It’s been about 3 days my phones has been pretty much a paperweight. Although I signed a waiver to NOT ask for a refund PLEASE BELIEVE I’ll be back in there talking to whoever was fixing my phone. FYI YouTube doesn’t tell you what happens after fixing a screen on an apple product because they don’t have it right either. BONUS TIP AFTER YOU TAKE YOUR APPLE PRODUCTS HERE APPLE WILL NOT SERVICE THEM ANYMORE. CONGRATULATIONS!!! You now have an expensive paperweight.

I went here about two months ago at the end of the day and they were literally to close in 10 min. I had an iPhone 6 Plus that I needed to replace the entire front assembly for. I replaced it and then it wouldn’t reboot just all sorts of how and what it could be. So I went to this location and dealt with the owner, I just know him as I call him Mr. Gadget lol. He took the time with me to try to use his equipment to reboot my phone, he showed me what I was looking at on the phone he even replaced the two pentagons screws for me because I lost mine. He tried his beat to give me an idea what was wrong with my phone. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. He had told me u need to replace the Nand or have it repaired and he was 100%accurate. Though he does not do this at his shop he said to find a repair shop that specializes in micro soldering. I’m still looking as they are all too expensive for me at the moment. But I have told everyone I know about his shop and I am here to tell you all right now that this is a great place, the people are friendly, you get good work for great prices and it feels like family from the first time and then anytime after. He always knows who I am. I love that in a business. Walk in and they know who you are makes you feel kinda important ya know what I mean lol. Go here it’s not a hustle and bye place. They take the time you need. I’ll be coming in soon to see them again for a charger.

At first, dealing with Go gadgets was a headache, we were lied to numerous times, and the service was not done correctly all due to one employee. Originally I had just gone to get my iPhone 7+ screen repaired and we had two choices of what screen we wanted, OEM or aftermarket, and both choices were pretty much the same, with the OEM feeling just a little bit better, and having better quality, but the OEM was not OEM come to find out, it was OEM like, and the screen was very unreliable, even though the guy said it was OEM, it was not. The guy also installed a new home button, something that I had never asked him to do, and this fake home button would drain my battery very quickly because it was a fake Bluetooth home button. A couple of weeks go by and the button starts to fall off, a day later, the button completely rips off the phone. We take the phone back to Go gadgets, and tell them about our problem, the owner who was in the office, walks out and helps with the problem, I am telling him the story of how it all happened and how we were treated, and he says that's not right, and how the guy who fixed my phone no longer works with the company. He gives us a complete refund and offers to take it to apple on his own time, and pays for the repairs. We book an Apple appointment right then and there, and he takes the phone and brings it to Apple the very next day (Due to the phone not having a home button). I get a receipt saying that the phone was paid for and it is ready for pickup, and when I return to Go gadgets the next day, my phone is in a protective sleeve working like new. The owner shakes my hand and also gives me another screen protector for if anything happens. You can really tell that customer service is his number 1 priority! It was a completely different experience than the first time I took my phone in. The owner did state this was not the way they do business, and he reviewed the whole situation and realized we were telling the truth, and his former employee was in the wrong! He apologized numerous times and made everything right. I would highly recommend Go gadgets to anyone who is wanting an honest, reputable, and customer-driven business to fix their phone, apple watch, or iPad. and if you do have a problem try and speak with the owner to resolve it. He will listen to your problems and help make the situation right to help fix your device and get it working like new again.

I liked the fact that my phone screen looks great however I can't even get into it because I wasn't aware of my password. However I told the guy who fixed it a possible password and literally dude tried it so many times, he disabled it for an hour and I only got 1 try to guess my password and next thing I know my phone is locked permanently. Definitely remember your password or ask them to only try once because I feel ripped off and feel as if I wasted $100 because they tried it so many times and now I have to get my entire phone wiped out because you people decided to get into my phone with the same password multiple times . First off, when calling about anything you dropped off, always ask to speak to the tech/owner. Otherwise you'll be calling back to get an update later anyway. The receptionist, while they try, are horrible about relaying the exact specifics. I had brought in a ps4, 1st gen that had a problem on the motherboard with the fan connector. Nobody else on the Northside of vegas would even touch it because it is a difficult repair. I went on knowing trying a fix would be a last ditch resort to buying a new ps4. While Gadget was able to fix the connector, he wasn't able to get a vendor for some other chips on the motherboard that had shorted out. So he said if I can find it, he'll fix it. I can't blame him it is difficult to find this part as I am still trying to find the part on my own too. Still looking actually. Only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because I was told literally a different story each time I called unless I talked to the tech. One day I was told a part had came in and would be done by the end of the day, was later told when I called at 6pm that the part had never came in. Called the following day to hear that there was no part just that the old fan going to just be soldered in with no connector. A week later I was told the full story and thank goodness because I came in there wondering if they had even opened the ps4 up at all from what the receptionist was telling me. I understand the owner, he's been at this for a while and has even stepped in as the tech because the old one he had didn't do things right. I appreciate that and his honesty. Would rather wait 2 weeks to hear what is wrong rather than just be told "it won't work" by everyone else. So if i can find the part, and come back, will update. But until then, Keep up the good work Gadget, just work on communication in the front desk because legit I was frustrated by the fairy tales that morning receptionist was giving me.

My husband’s iPhone screen shield cracked when he dropped his phone. It did it’s job though as the phone was unharmed. I went to their website and ordered a replacement shield. It came just a few days later. I only had to pay for shipping.
